The man that helped me was very kind, and I was in a stressful situation, unsure what was wrong with my vehicle, but they were patient & helpful. It ended up just being a bad tire & they fixed it quickly! You guys are the best. I can not recommend this family owned business enough!!. The women who took my call, made my appointment and answered all my questions, absolute kindest and beyond helpful. Nick, replaced my front and rear brakes and did a phenomenal job. He called after inspecting my car with a quote (I was expecting the cost to be much more) and within 2 hours called to tell me he was finished and I could pick my car up.

Had issue with my 2017 Escape trailing arms pushing for completely gone. Nick was able to start on it. Do it in a very quick fashion and the repair was done Well as usual, it is tough to beat these guys. There are about as good as they get in the business. Good family own business.

Paid for these guys to do a bumper to bumper inspection on a truck I got from my uncle after he passed, they said all it needed was a battery and an oil change. Come to find out they didn’t even take the tires off, front break calipers were seized causing my front break to be stuck on. Front bearing was also blown as well as an oil leak from the oil pan and they didn’t mention it. Paid them over $700 to use their tow truck, an inspection they never did, and an oil change.

Not many people around these days like the people that work here! The mechanic took time out of his day to help me with a problem that was ruining my day. He didn’t even know me, yet he was fair, respectful, and kind! If I lived nearby I would come to them with any of my car issues. They are highly recommended

Made an appointment to have my truck looked at on Thursday 3/13 for 2 broken bolts on my exhaus3 manifold, let them knlw it was by my #8 and #6 cylinder. Dropped it off before they opened on 3/13. Was told it'll be ready by Friday 3/14. Finally got ahold of them right before they closed on Friday 3/14 and they hadn't looked at it yet. Gave them all day on Monday 3/17 and didn't get a call. Finally called me on Tuesday 3/18 and told me they weren't willing to work on it. Went into the shop to pick it up and said they wouldn't touch it because it's a Chrysler(Ram) and said they'd be able to do it if it were a Ford but weren't willing to as they didn't have much luck with Chrysler. For whatever reason they also disconnected my #8 sparkplug wire and never reconnected it so I got to drive it home in a ticked off rage or sputters and shaking. Business is really going down hill with Bill stepping back.

I just can’t get over the kindness! Sometimes when people have car trouble, they do not have car funds or another car to continue on with daily things. The lady at the front was very knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease and comfortable with trusting them to work on my 2017 Tahoe. She was a angel! And the price was so reasonable and definitely the time was so fast! I went to one other place and they were nothing like the Experience I had here!!! And the mechanic Fred was even so kind to explain everything! If you need a good trust worthy place, visit them. And NICE PEOPLE GO TO THEM!!!

Bills garage helped me out big time!! I ran over a huge bolt while getting gas to go north for Memorial Day weekend. The tire was not repairable, and I could not find a replacement tire to match the set on our newer truck unless I ordered it. Called around and finally found a place (Bills Garage) that was able to find the EXACT match, and get us on the road to vacation! Very quick, and very helpful!! Great staff, and very nice shop! Highly recommended!!

I’ve been here two times now, my car was making funny noises, not sounding good, both times they were completely honest and gave my car only what it needed ! I left both times with a better running car, plus they take very good care of their stop inside which is always a great sign of people who care. They have replaced my sway bars, and did a tune up/ oil change. They get a lot of business so make sure you call in advance! I will definitely be back but hopefully I won’t need to 😂❤️ thanks guys!
