Hands down best customer service in the state of Michigan. The owners are very kind and treat every vehicle as if it’s their personal vehicle no matter what the issue is. I brought to them my truck which was missing suspension components and with 0 hesitation they got to work and ordered all the parts needed and I am proud to say that they are the only people I trust with my vehicles and I would not want anyone else’s service if it’s not at “Turks auto service.” I will 100% bring all my vehicles as well as my friends and family’s back to them. Everyone there is extremely passionate about what they do which means you are in good hand…you will not have to worry about anything being broken or installed incorrectly. I want to thank the owners for making sure everything is done correctly, My next vehicle is coming here for all maintenance/engine work from here on out. Thank you so much for the amazing work!

I cannot say how much I appreciate this place! I originally went to a different mechanic that tried getting me to pay over $3000 for work that didn’t need done. Then I found out about Ray’s and not only did they seem genuine and honest but they were thorough and did the work in a timely manner. My ride is now purring like a kitten once more and I am super happy that they did an excellent job! Plus they can do financing on repairs if needed to which I don’t see at many other auto repair shops. You won’t be disappointed if you go here!

I was able to drop off my car Tuesday afternoon with no advance notice and had it back in the driveway working on Friday. After seeing the dealer and Dearborn Total Automotive across the street for the same issue, I would go back to Turks first. They listened to me and reviewed the previous paper work (rather than ignoring me and diagnosing from scratch). Professional and clean place. No complaints so far, seems to have fixed what the dealer couldn’t!

Let me start off by saying i have never ever been so comfortable and understanding at a shop more than ever. I took my Jeep Wrangler to get serviced there I was kinda nervous and worried because I’ve never been there before. I had a bad vibration in my steering wheel. They took me in as a walk in diagnosed my vehicles issue and explained what was that problem and what could have caused the issues. Still let me remind you it was my first time there so I was still nervous and worried paid for the diagnostic fee and left. Called a few shops around and asked them what would it coast at a different shop. Some asked for almost twice the amount. So I called back Turks and took my car there. Fixed the issue solved the problem I was very happy and excited about having my car drive normal again & I even got my car detailed at the end😁 Very nice/clean and friendly environment. I’d definitely recommend to friends and family I’d never go to any other shop I promise That snap-on display is to die for😍😍

Quality service, unbeatable rates. My new go-to spot for anything mechanical. They did everything for me in practically no time. New tires, suspension, oil change, brakes and alignment all within a few hours of dropping it off. Though I wouldn't mind spending time in that comfortable waiting room, they offered me a ride home instead of keeping me waiting there. Granted, I live a couple minutes away but the fact that they went out of their way to satisfy a customer was amazing. I can't recommend this place enough. The service and hospitality was unheard of and the work was flawless. They gained a lifelong customer.

Though I didn't get my vehicle worked on there because their estimate of $4;000 was extremely high! I will at least say, the staff there was very friendly, even down to the tow truck driver. I still give them 5 stars because of how friendly and accommodating they were, but their estimate was extremely high.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Turk’s Auto Repair in Taylor, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. Great experience! It’s nice being able to go somewhere where the men won’t take advantage of you for being a woman. I got a used vehicle that came with some problems, the first mechanic I went to told me $5000+ in repairs. Came to Turks & it was 1/3rd of the cost of repairs, honest & fair work, very sweet guys.
