Never use this place the owner is a hack the place is a dump. Trust me on this don't go here you will regret it. You may save money but you also get what you pay for garbage work.

Do not and I mean do not go here these guys mess up my car and keep some of my parts. They are not good for there coustmers and will act like it's your fault. Not a good shop. Hate to see anybody get what happened to me.

Wish I could give it no stars, I brought my truck in for a cam phaser fix and it took them 3 times over a span of a months and a half to finally make me angry enough that they never fixed it. I had to take it to another place to have it done. This place is the worst they got the money from the warranty company and that's all they wanted, they never gave me a call to update me on my truck, just said it was fixed and a week later it would start breaking down again. Would not recommend for any type of work.

I have always had my oil changes done at this location and loved the quality of work and the customer service so when my car was hit from behind on the freeway I had it towed here and repaired. My son has had work on his car done here as well with minor issues and with his exhaust system.

Very bad mechanic shop he got 6k from my insurance billing them for things he didn't fix got my vehicle back after almost a year and it's still not fixed used all old parts and whatever he had to fix things never received 1 reciept for anything I see there's alot of people on here he's done the same too please get in contact with me if you also want on my lawsuit VERY VERY bad business believe me stay far away from this shop

I have never left a review but I need to help a stranger. Avoid this location at all costs. The work they did was not only a waste of time and money but I had to take my car to another place to fix the damage they caused. 0/5. They did thousands of dollars worth of damage to my car.

This is a great environment, and great people, and if you're here getting work done and food is being ordered you're probably going to get fed as well, , come by and check us out and just give your basic honest opinion online. I've seen Ray help people out consistently and some people appreciate it and others are just always going to complain no matter what you do however we have nothing but repeat business.

I have taken my vehicles there for years. Just took my truck in for O2 sensors replacement, and door handle repair. Ray found broken wires in fuel sending unit, he could've raked me over the coals but he didn't. He was and always is very fair and a dependable family guy. If you need help, these are your guys. I'm just a guy, not an employee or whatever, he did and always has done right by me.

Do not come to the shop I repeat. Stay away!! Not only did the shop have my vehicle for almost a year. Making excuse after excuse as to why the repairs have not been done, I pick up my vehicle less than 48 hours later. Later the vehicle starts having issues. Once again the shop was paid almost $6,000 to fix the damages that were not done. After contacting the shop and speaking to Ray the manager and filing a BBB report for the business, he refused to fix the vehicle the correct way. He is no one that can be trusted to do any work on your vehicle at all. He literally took the money he was paid and did janky job under the hood. After taking it to a second mechanic, there was proof that he only used clamps to fix the holes and the hose under the hood. Very unacceptable. His excuse was " when you brought the vehicle to me, the vehicle was damaged" , well obviously the vehicle was damaged. That's why it was sent to your shop for you to fix the damages and repair the vehicle. It's just so mind-blowing that an established business like this is still allowed to be operating and running. This is nothing but a scandalous business that needs shut down immediately. All you have to do is read the other reviews. No other car shop that I've been to. I've been treated like this or had my car come back to me with not everything fixed. My next steps are filing a civil lawsuit against this business. Please everyone stay away and do not take your vehicle here no matter what!

If you need a Smart start DO NOT go here. Half ass install job. No mount placed. Did not provide proper instructions on usage . Took 2 days to install something they said would take 3 hours. Owner didn’t provide the proper documentation and when asked for it was told “I don’t have time”. Unit failed multiple times in the first month. Absolutely, horrible service And horrible work. If you’re in need of one of these head down the street to Brownstown, this guy is not worth the hassle. I would provide zero stars if I could.

RAYMOND BITAR RIPPED US OFF!! Long post: upon financing my first vehicle, I was told that speedey on telegraph was my “warranty shop” So- in a panic one day, I google them. I call this shop. Ray told me “yes we do the warranty work for George’s” so I take my car to him. Engine light on. He tells me a “hose got disconnected” he “reconnected “ the hose and charged me $400. He wouldn’t let me use my debit card. Said I had to pay cash, or CASHAPP. No receipt. Said “too busy” I ask- can my warranty cover this, “no no, save for the big job” implying my warranty needed to be used on a more expensive job. Fast forward. 4 times I took my vehicle to him. Each time more expensive. No description of what he did, just “I’m very honest” “you have to take the car to us because warranty” Forward to Thursday. Thanksgiving. My engine blew up! The shop tells me it’s been going wrong for months. Said that the engine has been on the decline. So I call my warranty shop. Yes, my warranty expired BUT I thought- lemme call the guys who ALWAYS did the warranty work right? Raymond BITAR answered, I told him my situation- his answer? “WERE NOT YOUR WARRANTY SHOP” He lied to me. For years. I paid him multiple times. Turns out 6 months ago when he replaced a camshaft phaser, & said we needed new plugs and coils- the engine was failing THEN. He lied to me and did shotty work to get my Money. Each time I paid him, he put the money IN HIS POCKET and denied me a receipt. “Too busy” constantly. I contacted the BBB. By this man touching my car, he voided my warranty. He lied to me, and never proved any broken parts once. I am a woman, I am not knowledgeable in engines. He saw me coming. Owners are dodging me. Now I have a $15k finance and have to replace and fix an engine. Thanks guys. BBB has a D- score on this shop. The reviews didn’t lie. They are a rip off. Thanks guys. Beware car owners. This is not the good speedees. Owners of the real shop told me they are already dealing with this issue with the same guy, advised me that I got ripped off. But can’t get help from anybody.
