On 11/11/25 we were going to Wilmington for the day, and coming over the bridge my splash guard caught on something and was scraping the ground. We didn’t have a lot of time because we had to get back to MB but we couldn’t drive it like that much further. I didn’t get the guy’s name at the counter but he got us in and out so quick putting pins in it for us and sending us on our way. Not only was he quick to help, but he was so pleasant from the second we walked in and should be an example for all auto shops. Thank you again!

I love Blacks Tire on Oleander!! They have always done right by me, but more importantly after an unfortunate incident with another shop, they have really stepped up & made everything right for me & I will forever be loyal to them! I want to highlight Sam and his team at the Oleander location for an amazing service experience. I got into contact with Sam and had new tires on my truck within 2 days. I asked about a tire that I used to love that they don’t make anymore and he offered a perfect recommendation for me. I have a 30 yo Japanese import 4x4 van that needs alignment. I think his name was Brian, the service member was very helpful and explained that my vehicle would not be able to be serviced at this establishment but recommended another shop that might be able to meet my needs. He even researched my vehicle online and showed me videos on the membership threads of other import owners with a similar issue. I was not charged for the evaluation and assessment. I felt that this service carried an exceptional level of professionalism and integrity towards the customers needs. I was very pleased with my interaction and will be using Blacks Tire for any future needs on my other "domestic" vehicles.
