My F-150 that I also purchased at Blue Springs Ford had a nasty run in with a whitetail Deer 🦌 in the middle of Kansas on a Sunday night. I called BSF Bodyshop the next Morning and spoke with Derek and Heather and gave them some info and boom!!! Tow truck was in route and the vehicle was tore down and inspected/ estimated in under 36 hours. My insurance Company “Acuity” promptly agreed on the estimate and my truck was repaired and back in my Possession in under 2 weeks from the initial accident. The truck looks Brand new and Driving like it was pre -Deer hit. I was Impressed and would Recommend this Bodyshop if you get into a Auto- Collision 💥. Nate.

I have had great experiences with Blue Springs Ford in the past. However, this time when trying to get a headlight bulb replaced I was incredibly disappointed in their customer service and the misinformation I was given. Upon scheduling the appointment they told me that they would have to remove the entire bumper just to change a headlight bulb on my 2018 Ford eco-sport, then proceeded to schedule me for three weeks later because it was their first available. Three weeks is too long without a headlight so I did my own research and was able to go buy a new bulb and had it replaced in less than 15 minutes for over $100 less than what they told me. Always do your own research, do not allow this business to deceive and price gouge you.

The bill was incorrect by over $100. Escorted to the garage where I had to wait on a manager to correct the mistake for 30 minutes. Walked back to wait in line to pay, asked to go to the next window, then directed back to the first window to wait again. When I received the receipt, I asked for a copy of the work that needed completed because I paid $100 to get a diagnostic check. Was informed that I had to go back out to the garage to get that. Very frustrating, time consuming, disorganized, and lacked internal communication.

Dropped my car off for oil change. I was told I'd receive a call when my car was ready. I did not receive a call so I had to go to service center to see if my car was ready. The oil had been changed but.... they weren't sure where my car was. Maybe out front or getting washed? My car was located out front and hadn't been washed. I was also told I'd receive an email with information/details regarding my service which I have not received. Most likely, won't be going back.

After they have had my car for almost 2 full weeks it is still yet to be repaired correctly. Went to pick it up and color match is poor and there are scratches in the clear coat. I denied pickup and left car there. It’s just a back bumper I didn’t expect this kind of trouble from such a simple straight forward repair.

The oil change and tire rotation was completed without any issues, so 5 stars on that point. However, we dropped it off at 7:30am and I finally had to call at 2:30 to check on the status, which they told me was completed. So, they failed to call me back as proactive. A second issue was that they told me last time I was in, that I needed a new cabin air filter which would run $40. Knowing that my cabin air filter was bad meant that they had to remove everything to check it, and then put everything back in place. Well this time I brought my own K&N cabin filter and they still charged me $20 in labor. Labor which they would have performed exactly the same even if I wasn't replacing my cabin filter. It's just ticky tack charges like this that seem very offputting. I used to go to Bob Allen Ford and was never charged little fees like this, especially if it wasn't any additional work that they weren't doing as a part of the service anyway.

This repair shop was able to restore damage to my Chevrolet Equinox from tree limbs and a hit from a car while parked in a parking lot. The car returned clean, perfect, interior cleaned, and the place where it was kept appeared secure and well lit during the repairs. They worked well with Progressive and although it did take some time due to the Christmas holiday, expectations were set by the store in a reasonable amount of time.

Very disappointed in the collision center. Took my f250 here for front end damage and it sat for 2 weeks waiting to be put on a lift and have the front bumper removed to inspect for further damage. They told insurance after the inspection the damage went from 20000 to 40000 which put the truck at a total. The truck was never moved, never put on a lift nor the bumper being removed…. Would not recommend this place!!!!!!

Would have given half a star if I could have. I bought a new truck in March at this dealership. It had a few paint chips and some damage to an interior door panel. The salesman said if I wanted to buy this vehicle they would repair it to like new. When they finally got it in, it took them a week to work on it. I went to pick it up, the interior door panel looked horrible, the paint had splatter and orange peel and over spray all over it. I told them I would not accept it. They put it back in the shop, this time for 2 weeks. The interior door panel was replaced with a new one. The paint still has orange peel, and over spray They told me I was being picky. Unbelievable. I wish I would have never bought the vehicle.

Service was fine and they got me out of the dealership in the time they committed to. Like many businesses these days, they are starting to charge a 3% fee on credit card usage. The dealership mentioned that I needed new tires, which were competitively priced after checking around while I was waiting. However, I went to another local tire company in town that doesn't charge the same fee, so this dealership lost out on an extra $1000 of business because of it.

Had a recall on my Ford vehicle, was told they would have my car up to 48 hours. The same day I dropped my vehicle off, I got a call later in the day stating it was ready to pick up, I was pleasantly surprised! Jonah was wonderful to deal with, thank you! My only complaint was there were no loaner vehicles available for a service out of my control (recall), otherwise great experience!

BEWARE: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my vehicle there to the passenger side door and wheels fixed. They had the car for months and never replaced the wheels. When I picked up the car there was more damage to the front fender and hood, which they couldn’t explain. The repainted door looked terrible.

Brought my 2021 VW Atlas to get a simple back passenger door fixed. Went to pick it up and trim was already coming back off. A scuff mark on the bottom trim was still there and a scratch in the middle still on the door. Obviously I left it there to get fixed the right way and again I went to pick up my vehicle back up and the dent is still obvious in the light and the scratch remains.

Don’t ask them to help out with anything extra. Asked them to take the 5 minutes to unbolt the brand new hitch we put on our vehicle right before it was crashed. The guy Derek that answered the phone told me quote “my guys don’t work for free”. After the unexpected accident and now being without a vehicle this is how the accommodate their customers.

You had my vehicle for 5 months. I understand that there was a third party involved, however; nothing was done to accommodate. No offer of a loaner, bi-weekly updates to just tell me two more weeks for six weeks. I don't any pressure was put on the third party. I tried your shop because that is where I bought that car. But I guess getting my money or the insurance money for the repairs is all that matters to Blue Springs Ford. I wasn't going to google or yelp review, but since you didn't check with your department about weather a clint would be disgruntled and you have sent me so many emails wanting to know how my service was, I will not be sending out reviews. This was my response because they wouldn't stop send the survey texts AND emails.
