An experience I will never forget!! My husband found, by accident, the truck of his dreams while I was on a job interview. As we waited to hear if I got the position or not, we were greeted & shown around by Bill. While applying for the truck, I got a call that I had received the job and also received confirmation of approval for the truck! I kid you not, Bill was more like family at that point & was so happy for us & we chatted more about the job than the truck LOL! It was the best shopping experience we've ever had from start to finish! Very easy to purchase, no pushing, no haggling, we plan on having the truck serviced there as well!

Dishonest and careless service department. The technician carlessly left a tool that's now wedged in my new vehicle after performing recall work, who knows what else was damaged by the tool being left behind. I was lied to about no software updates being available for my radio to fix stability issues...a simple google search will show that an update is available. I was told oily soot leaking from a gasket on the EGR pipe is a normal operating characteristic as well as the rubber chunks embedded in the power steering pully from the drive belt. The rearview mirror display that reboots numerous times a day couldn't be duplicated even though I provided a video of it happening. The non-rythmic ticking from the engine that gets louder every day is also a normal operating characteristic.

Had a great experience, came to them after a really bad experience with another dealer. They were able to give me a great price for my trade in, gave me plenty of options for the vehicle I wanted and also got the final vehicle I choose from another state. They are not pushy but more helpful than anything. Dan (salesman) was super friendly and helpful, if he didn't have the answer to my questions he was quick to get them for me. Worst experience I’ve had. Called to try and schedule an appointment because my check engine light was on and dealt with the most hateful and pathetic service employee. Had an attitude the whole time and was extremely unhelpful. He told me to drive it 3 hours back to the dealership I bought it from and have them fix it. It was my first time at this dealership, so i am very disappointed.

- I was charged excessively on labor, hours were doubled up for the job. (takes "x" amount to tear down the top side of the motor once) was charged for tear down twice. - I did not ask for my cabin filter to be replaced and was not made aware they were changing it. - I have an after market oil filter system on the truck and was asked for the filter, assuming they needed to change the oil. They did NOT, but changed my oil filter for no reason with the old oil still in pan, makes no sense and charged for labor on that. - I had an extended warranty, but in between the service advisor and the warranty team I was stuck with $3,883.52 because they couldn't compromise on the labor charge. Extended warranty told me your dealership was charging too much on labor. NOT HAPPY... WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM MOLLE AND WILL NOT TAKE EITHER OF MY VEHICLES INTO YOUR SERVICE DEPT!

I was having trouble with my Blazer EV that's still under warranty. I scheduled an appointment (Sunday morning) for 1PM Tuesday afternoon through the My Chevy app. I showed up 15 minutes early and the service writer informed me his one and only EV tech was leaving in a few minutes and he couldn't get to it. I asked what could be done and he said without leaving the car there for several says there was nothing he could do. I asked if they had a loaner and he said he was out of loaners (of note, when I had warranty work done there about 15 years ago they set me up with a rental). Since I didn't have any other ride options I had to leave. I'm confussd as to why there is an option to schedule service appointments through the My Chevy app if they are going to be invalid/ignored? Surely if they saw the appointment in their system and there was a scheduling conflict they would have called me? Also, why isn't a rental car an option when you're out of loaners?

I would not buy a vehicle here ever again! Bought a used truck from Molle. First rain shorted out the backup and front cameras. My 30 day tag expired while at the dealership getting repaired. If I had not covered it with an extended warranty, I would be screwed. I thought for sure they would cover the deductible given it had not even been thirty days but they said that could not be done. I would not trust them to stand behind the vehicles they are selling. The sale process was great but sadly this ruins the experience. I would look elsewhere if buying a used vehicle.

I went to Molle Thursday November 13th, 2025, at 2:10 p.m. and asked for an oil change. The service advisor quickly snapped, we are all booked, no oil changes today. This was the most pathetic version of, "you're not worth my time get out of here bud" that I have ever seen. Rude and offered no apology or offer to come back tomorrow. I sent the follow message to the service manager Mike Bradley and received no reply. I called earlier this week about scheduling an appointment for an oil change. I was specifically told by the gentleman on the phone that it was a first-come-first-serve matter. I arrived at the service center today at 2:10 p.m. The service advisor acknowledged me and asked me what I needed. I told him I wanted an oil change. He abruptly replies, “there are no oil changes available.” I have visited many dealerships and have never been refused an oil change. It is not like I showed up near closing time. Whatever the reason for non-service today it did not seem right. I left this dealership and had my oil changed at Cable Dahmer Chevrolet. The oil change was a nonissue. The service underwriter was cordial and polite. Why can’t your service department replicate the same service and treatment that I received today at another dealership? My intent for visiting your service center was to support the dealership that I purchased my Malibu from. Granted, an oil change is one of the more affordable service needs of customers. If you are unable to handle the minor needs of a customer, why would I return for more expensive services in the future? Communication is important. If there is a hard cutoff for an oil change then state, the policy for everyone to know and understand. I was both sad and disappointed when I left your service center today. I will not be returning in the future.

We came in on a Saturday and purchased an awesome certified pre owned 2025 Trax. Worked with the sales person Kyle who was informative, helpful and low pressure. They helped us fit it in our budget and got us in and out in a super reasonable time frame! The car was kind of icy as it was super cold out and on Sunday when we washed it we noticed some minor paint imperfections and brought the car back in. Kyle and his manager Ray were all over it and had it taken to the body shop where it was clay bar waxed and literally looks better than new. I’m a super picky customer and they handled this hiccup incredibly when most dealers probably would have told us to kick rocks. It’s easy to get great customer service when you’re looking to buy. But rare to find it after they have your money. Molle will be our only Chevy dealer from here on out!
