Overall they did an exceptional job. They detailed the inside of my cab for free, and the manager spoke with me about a sensor that was out under the hood prior to me dropping the car off. He helped pinpoint what it was that was needing fixed so and he suggested a place for me to get it fixed. He was very kind and the secretary Jessica was phenomenal! My car looks better than ever, they were great!

Do not take your car here! Took my car to them after a hit and run. They quoted me one week and it took 2 weeks to repair my car. The paint job was atrocious. The seems of the body did not line up. There was even a sensor lit up on my dash when I picked it up. When I pointed it out to them they lied and tried to say it was like that before the wreck even though when they printed the report it stated otherwise. Had to return the car back to them to fix their own repairs and they wouldnt cover a rental or give a loaner car. Terrible work and terrible customer service!

I purchased my vehicle here in mid 2020. I had some issues getting my title from the dealership, but they stayed on it and made things right in the long run. I appreciate their commitment to customer service. Also, the body shop where I had work done was lightning fast, with a 2 day turnaround on removing dents and re-painting a door and hood. They also detailed the vehicle inside and out at no charge. I would definitely recommend these folks for purchasing a new vehicle or having body work done.

If I could give a million stars, I absolutely would! Jason was an absolute joy to work with. Getting rear-ended is never fun, especially when your car is nearly your most prized possession. Then to add the stress of trying to work with insurance companies and rental car companies, can make for a very overwhelming experience. Not once did I feel overwhelmed during this experience, which is almost unheard of these days! Jason went above and beyond in every single aspect. He’s knowledgeable, reassuring, and puts the stress that comes with car repairs to ease. I can’t say enough how appreciative I am! McCarthy, give this man A RAISE! It is well beyond what’s deserved! I would highly recommend McCarthy Collision Center of Blue Springs! Jason, Jessica, and Dave made sure to treat my car like their own. They were very responsive and answered all my questions and concerns. Even though my car was not a car that they commonly work on, they did a phenomenal job at fixing it and making my car look like new! When I dropped off my car, it needed a to be cleaned and washed. When I went to pick it up, they have already washed and detailed the inside for me. It was like picking up a brand new car. I cannot say enough good things about this place and their staff. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure everything was clearly communicated, which I truly appreciated. Despite my repair being a relatively small job (under $1,000), I was treated with the same level of respect and professionalism as if it were a major project. Amazingly fast turnaround. They gave me an estimate of 5 days to get the front end and passenger side fender repaired. Took them about 4 days to replace it all and have it painted. Everything is put together perfectly. Gaps in the panels are very common on the focus and they kept everything very tight to minimize this flaw from the factory. And the paint work, flawless. Looks fantastic! Couldn't be happier with my experience. Friendly and helpful staff made this repair a breeze and stress free for me. Would highly recommend to friends or family.

I received my vehicle and horrible body work, none of the body parts lines up anymore. They tried putting washer under bumper to lift up the bumper , not the correct way of doing things especially 10k body work. Half a*** job. Forgot to recharge ac conditioning and left ac service caps off. Missing trim pieces. I would not recommend this place at all.

I had someone rear end me and needed body work on my newer Genesis GV80. I went through insurance and the whole process was absolutely seamless through McCarthy. Communication is huge to me and they made sure I was informed every step of the way. My car came back looking back to factory new and I’m pleased with my whole experience here. Jason was outstanding from start to finish. Being 66 years old and not having to file a claim with another person's insurance for the last 30 years, things have certainly changed. Jason took the time to explain the process and kept me up to date on what needed to be done. On the days that he was off, his associate Payman answered all of my questions and returned my phone calls keeping me up to date on the repairs and the claim process. Their work quality was outstanding, as well as their customer service. Going forward, I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere but McCarthy Collision Center in Blue Spring, Mo.

I rarely write reviews ever but if you're going to get your car body repaired, please do it here. I had no faith in the timeliness and insurance process of getting my Mazda fixed, but Jason completely flipped that around and explained the entire process with accuracy and was the best liaison to the insurance company I was dealing with. He obviously takes his job seriously and does it with a passion.
