I've never had any body shop treat me the way Charlie's did when I had my Subaru repaired there. They took the time to sit down and explain every detail about the parts that needed replaced and continued to provide amazing service through the process. They took the time to come look at my door and Dave came out to work on it himself with a few tools and had me fixed in record time. Many shops would take the opportunity to make more money but he did exactly what I needed. If I need any more body work or anything they can do, I'm bringing it here and trusting their expertise. Just had some rust and paint repairs performed on my truck here. Dave was very knowledgeable, honest and explained several solutions to my problems and offered advice on which would be the best. The vehicle was completed in the quoted time (2 days) and the final price was more than fair. I actually anticipated paying twice as much as I actually did!!! I highly recommend this place!

After being turned away from 4 other autobody repair shops because they didn't want to do a repair I was paying for out of my own pocket, I feel so lucky to have found this place! The price was affordable and the work was done on-time, which is amazing in todays environment. They even went above and beyond to straighten my tailpipe when there wasn't a replacement to be found anywhere. Dale and the office staff were incredibly friendly and I would whole heartily recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you!

Not only were the employees of Charlie’s incredibly polite, helpful, and professional.. they went above and beyond! I had a relatively minor accident and it was my first time taking my car to ‘the shop.’ After a quick inspection of my car, I was given an estimate and I was talked through the procedures of what needed done and the specific costs. Everything was made very clear to me and I felt confident leaving my car there to be fixed up! Despite their busy schedule, they agreed to take my car in the following week. They called days before the week ended to let me know that she was ready to be picked up! When I got there, the payment was quick and simple. They even rinsed off my car and wiped it down. If you’re new to car-troubles or are iffy about where to go that’s trustworthy, this is your place!

I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone, their work is second to nobody. They have great customer service and are very professional! They also fixed my car when other collision companies were saying they couldn’t find/fix the damaged pieces. I had hit a mail box and caused significant damage to the front bumper, headlight, fender of my 10 year old SUV. It is a European luxury brand and having the work done at a dealership would have been astronomical, probably as much as the auto was worth undamaged. I went to Charlie’s Collision Repair to ask them to consider fixing the damage. Dave Osborne advised me that owners of this brand preferred to have the dealership make repairs. Parts were very expensive and had to be shipped from St. Louis. He was reluctant to even look at the SUV. I showed him pictures and persuaded him to consider making the repairs. Had the SUV towed to the shop and an agreement was reached . The total was at least 40% less than I expected to pay at the dealership. First, …..the bad news. Dave had warned me, “I hope you’re not expecting it back anytime soon.” The good news was, …..a wrecked SUV was sitting in the repair shop, not my garage or driveway. It was finished exactly when promised,…. “not anytime soon”. I was kept informed on progress and problems until repairs were complete. When I picked it up, Dave, the office manager, and the mechanics escorted me to the finished SUV. They were all that proud of the work they had done. And, it looked perfect. The SUV had been cleaned inside and out. I was advised to take it home for a week or so, make a list of anything I was unhappy with, bring it back and they’d fix everything to my satisfaction. It’s been seven weeks and it has not been necessary to return. I was very satisfied with the work performed and convinced the cost was very reasonable. What a great group of people!!

Not worth the time, pay a little more somewhere else and get it done right the first time. We got quoted for 3 days but it was 5 days. We understand it takes time to do it right so we waited, however once we received it there were imperfections in the base coat but we were assured it was the clear coat and they would fix it in an hour if we brought it back, we did that and the imperfections were still there as the bits of particles that got into the paint were on the base coat. They said we could bring it back again and they'd do it over. Now we came back to pick up the car again after another 2 days and were told it was perfect, upon me saying there were a few scratches on the clear coat, we got yelled at and told they're not working on it anymore. They even refused to look at the car with me and said if we want them to work on it more we'd have to go to court, well here are the pictures since you wouldn't look at it in person. It would have been a simple clear coat fix.
