I dropped my car off for a routine transmission fluid drain/refill and filter change. Upon receiving it back, I noticed that evening there was a very loud whine coming from the transmission under acceleration. The next morning, I returned the vehicle and spoke to the owner about this issue. My transmission has never given me any problems before and I was concerned it had an insufficient fluid level. The owner joined me for a ride along on 40 Highway. Immediately this very noticeable and abnormal whine presented with him to witness. The transmission even slipped/stalled hard while he was in it. He told me to leave it over the weekend so they could look at it Monday, as he agreed the fluid must be low. The next morning I received a call that it was ready for pick up, and that it was only a half a quart low. I was concerned it was much lower than that and asked for an extended 90 day warranty, in case any parts were damaged due to lack of lubrication. AAMCO of Blue Springs refused to honor their work and offer me any coverage outside the standard limited warranty that only covers leaks. The owner laughed off the potential that damage could have occurred and admitted they did not thoroughly inspect the transmission even after understanding it left their shop with low fluid. I did receive a full refund which was appreciated and a tech rode along with me to verify the transmission was no longer slipping or making strange noises. I do feel the refusal to honor their work is concerning. This was a case of my vehicle being returned to me from a certified mechanic shop in worse shape than I brought it in.

I had a great experience with Mr Singh. The first transmission they gave me was faulty and Mr Singh told me to bring it in and the where as prompt as they could to get my truck back in the road. I appreciate the updates and the way the treated me, it goes a long way that even if things are going great aamco in blue springs tries to correct things in a timely and friendly manner

Searched all morning for a place to get me in for an inspection. Thankfully AAMCO Blue Springs was able to work me in. I was pretty sure I need to rear brakes and these guys confirmed it. I checked online to see what the average price was Google search showed 600-900. AAMCO came in On the low side of the average And were able to do the work that day. The guys were great to work with. So appreciative I found them. I will definitely be back over and over again. Nicely done!!

Got an oil change done here this morning and it was a very smooth process! Needed a new drain plug and they were very quick about getting one in. Very reasonable price. And they didn’t make me feel bad about how messed up my car is (even though they totally could have). Definitely will be back when I decide to get the full repairs done. Thanks AAMCO!

I broke down close to there shop with a major repair. I’m a transportor with a Ram 3500 one ton pulling a fifty three foot step deck trailer. Max the service writer was very professional and fair in his dealings with me. The owner Mr. Harbans Singh allowed me to store two 53 foot trailers on his lot adjacent to the transmission repair shop, and was very instrumental and professionally involved with the diagnosis and repairs needed to return my truck to a better than pre-damaged condition - along with Ricardo one of his technicians that went above and beyond with the break down and resolve of the mechanical parts and labor needed to get me back out on the road transporting. The process was seamless and they even worked outside of there posted business hours to get me going. My Hats off to this business with out a doubt, I would highly recommend Aamco Transmissions and total car care in Blue Springs Mo. They are a Beacon of light in today dark business world. What should have been a simple oil pan gasket repair has turned into an absolute nightmare with this shop. Immediately after the work was done on my truck my engine started making terrible sounds. I brought the truck back in and they tried to tell me that the sounds weren't related to the work they did but instead it was a worn transmission mount. I was skeptical of this but trusted them and was charged over $500 for something that was not even related to the noise. So once again I brought the truck back but this time instead of looking at it further I was threatened and told to leave the property or they would call the police. All they had to do was stand behind their work. This is the most unprofessional and demeaning place I have ever been. I so regret ever letting them even touch my vehicle.
