Great experience with their mobile oil change service. Incredibly convenient, saved me probably two or more hours over the traditional way.

Recall on my F-150, bought vehicle here new almost 11 years ago (have purchased 3 vehicles here since 2014), they do all my oil changes etc , have never had a mechanical issue with any vehicle I bought here, , every visit, including this one, done in a timely manner.

Made an appointment for our vehicle to go in for a recall fix. Left it with them all day, called at night to see if it was done. They said they still had to order the part. So it had been sitting all day for no reason and we were without a vehicle for no reason.

Pretty lousy customer service. Had my vehicle towed upon a Friday night because of an electrical issue. Saturday morning I get a text saying that they can't do anything because there aren't any techs in that day and it will be Tuesday before they get to it. Call Tuesday afternoon and get told a tech has been assigned but hasn't looked at it yet so unless they call in the next hour it will be Wednesday. Call up Wednesday about an hour before close and get the same line. Wash and repeat for Thursday. Who knows when I'll actually get my car back since they will I'm sure probably have to "order the part" so they can sit on it even longer. Don't take a vehicle there unless you have no other choice.

Quick scheduling. Only issue is they said they would bring me back home but after an hour and a half (still kept telling me the driver would be there and the car never moved) my wife came to get me. Kind of a problem and rude.

Took my ford in for repairs, some under warranty and some not. Also needed a service on it. I was prepared to spend some money that day since I knew some stuff wasn't going to be under warranty. I get there and they refused my third party extended warranty from Honda, "the dealer I purchased the car from not too long ago". I went in knowing I would end up spending a couple grand on non warranty services and maintenance items but they wouldn't even bother with my warranty items. I thought they would have liked that I was getting stuff under warranty plus actually giving them money for other services. I ended up just getting the service only and if it needs anything else I'm going elsewhere. I really wanted to like this dealership and make it my go to for maintenence but the experience was horrible. They seemed like they didn't want to take care of me and had their best interest only in mind.

Had appointment set up on a Monday...did not get diagnosed till thursday. Finished it on friday...they mark up the parts . Now charge a 3% credit card fee. If you are wanting work done on time this is not the place.

I had Ford out in new tires and when they were driving my car out, the lining if the wheel wells were hanging down. When I asked why these were that way. The guy said it looked like they were being chewed on. My car is always parked in a garage. Lame excuse for the technician not too fix this as they obviously saw the liner hanging when changing my tires. The guy said they would get it next time. I guess we will see....

They wanted over $300 to change a ABS speed sensor that took less than 10 minutes to fix. I’m sure they could have done it in five minutes. It’s good to rip people off that don’t know any better.

I purchased my truck at this dealership. I’ve taken it there for all my service except for one oil change I had done at a Ford dealer in Texas as I was on the road temporarily. I came in to have two new tires put on the front of my truck. These were expensive tires at $500 each. One of the new tires was basically defective with 40 lbs of road force according to the dealership. They had to use a half a pound of counter weight to try and balance the tire out. The dealership even admitted it was more weight than they like to use. I was told to drive the truck home and if the tire gave me any problems to bring the truck back in and they would replace the tire. After driving home and noticing there was a little vibration, my wife and I decided that we did not trust the tire as we were getting ready to go on a trip to Wyoming with our camper in tow. I called back to the dealership to tell them I wanted another tire. I was told to come in the next day. I drove up to the dealership and waited for 45 minutes before I was told they were not going to be able to change the tire as they had no one able to do the job. I went back home after being told to get up there first thing the next morning. I was at the dealership at 7:45 thinking this would be quick. I was in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours. When I asked why it was taking so long? I went to talk to the service manager and he was very rude telling me “he had to eat a tire”. I told him they would most likely send the tire back to their wholesaler and tell them it was a defective tire. He told me “No! You drove on it and now it is a used tire”. I told him that I drove on it because I was told to drive it home. I said if you didn’t want it driven on, you should have taken that tire back off and put my old tire back on. He stated “I’m eating a tire!”. I said well the dealership is eating a tire but it’s not coming out of your pocket. He was getting more and more rude. I told him I thought I should get some Ford Pass Points for my trouble from having to drive to the dealership three days in a row (30 miles each way) and spending about 7 to 8 hours in the waiting room. He signed a document for a free oil change and flung it at me across the desk. He stated “I better not hear a bad review on this!”. I got my free oil change when I got back from my trip and that will be the last time I go to the dealership. I’ve read several other reviews about this individual and it is apparent he doesn’t need to be talking with customers. When I went to the dealership to get my oil change, I spoke to a member of management about the bad experience. I believe that is as far as it went as no one has reached out to me. So much for customer experience. I don’t know how they keep getting this 5 Star Service Awards.

Dropped my car off on Monday morning at the request of the service department. It sat for a week before they reached out to tell me it will take a couple weeks to order the part. Why have me bring it in if they had no intention of touching it for a week. And told they are months out if I need a car. But feel free to rent one on my own.

Absolutely the worst! I have never been so upset with you until this visit! I brought my suv in with a slow left front tire leak and the service coordinator informed me tire was not repairable and the tread was down to the wear bars on tires with 20k miles with a 60 k warranty in for wind noise in my driver side window and told it needed my outside rear view mirror replaced?? Are you kidding me! I brought it in with a slow leak in the left front tire , your technician said it wasn’t repairable and needed to be replaced , I came and picked it up as I was waiting on parts , so took it to Walmart where I bought the tires, they repaired the tire and said it was fine !!! I also wanted a plastic molding replacement for the driver seat where the seat controls are , I called and said don’t do that work as I can do it !! I got there and they had replaced it and that was unauthorized work! Not sure what has happened at blue springs ford!!! But this experience has absolutely been the worst !! Not sure I’ll ever be back. Additionally I had the works done the oil change and diagnosis for the the wind noise when I went to pay I had forgot my Ford credit card , as I was picking it waiting to pay insisted that I pay for that plus the diagnosis on the air leak $195 , so I paid, I said I would pay but be back tomorrow with my ford card when I returned the manager refused to take my card as she said she had she had a new system and couldn’t issue. a credit my first card ! Absolutely BS ! You guys have been the worst of the worst on this occasion! I’m so disappointed with you! Additionally the cashier led me to believe manage would issue the credit to my card so I could use my ford card

Was informed that can not make a service appointment even far into the future. Told me they would have my car for 3-4 days before it could be looked at. 2023 Mach e is having electrical glitches and ford help line told me to get serviced. I just needed a diagnostic and then to come back later for repairs because it still drives. CAN NOT leave my car for days for a diagnostic then assuredly wait week or better for the parts to come in. Poor choice by management. They get two stars because last time I was there they met expectations even having my car for a week. I recommend to the managers to remember that in costumer service roles if you “tell a customer how it is” you’re not serving, you’re prioritizing. Good luck

I scheduled a service for an oil change and vehicle alignment. It took over 2 1/2 hours for this to be completed. I had to approach to ask someone how much longer at about the 2 hour mark and then he stated there is another issue that will be repaired the following week. I’ve had oil changes done here two-three other times and it still takes an hour or so. EXTREMELY SLOW. I would recommend dropping off vehicle. I plan do that for this weeks repair.

Initially took my car to the Blue Springs Ford mechanic shop due to hearing grinding in one of my tires. When they looked everything over, they found I needed a bearing replaced on my right front tire along with multiple other things, ultimately charging me $7k to fix everything. Since the damages were caused from a collision of me hitting the curb in the ice storm, I found insurance could cover it all. The shop then said when insurance takes over, they no longer fix the damage, it would have to be the collision shop. Ok, great, so they send my car to the collision shop. Then we get insurance involved. Had to wait for insurance to do their appraisal which took a week. That part has nothing to do with Blue Springs Ford. It gets appraised, insurance sends me the receipt of what they paid. That’s when I realize they fixed the right rear tire. When the damage was the right front tire. They also didn’t include the other things that needed to be fixed. I call the collision shop and getting it worked out. Insurance comes back to appraise again. The collisions shop fixes the damage. They give me a call saying everything went well until they took my car for a ride and realized my right front tire bearings needed to be replaced! Which was the biggest thing needing replaced to begin with! So insurance came out again to appraise that. Finally getting my car fixed and back after 35 days. When I talk to the the guy at the collision shop, I guess the people at the mechanic shop didn’t tell him everything that needed to be fixed. In other words, they do NOT communicate with each other even if in same company. I assumed they did since the guy at the collision shop never asked what needed to be fixed with my car. And for some reason thought it was the right rear when I brought it in for the right front tire. So I’m giving this review due to poor communication between shops that wasted lots of time when my car could’ve been done within 2 weeks tops instead of over a month. Also over charging. $7k is insane. When insurance did their appraisal, they paid them $3k.

Had oil changed a couple weeks ago and they left out the screws that hold the shield on under the front of the car! The shield dropped while I was driving it. Took car back to Fords and they were very nice about it and fixed the issue!

Made a 10am appointment for an oil change. Showed up pulled in another car pulls in behind me. That car gets the attention of 2 service people while I sit there and wait. 5 minutes later a woman says help him he's been waiting. Service guy asks me so do you have an appointment. I say yes 10 am. He says you dropping off or waiting. I say waiting he proceeds to tell me it will be at least an hour before we can get you in. What are appointment times even for?

TLDR: Been going to Blue Springs Ford for years, but the abysmal level of communication from the advisor during my last visit along with confusing and expensive inconsistencies in the diagnosis I will not be returning. Details: I took my vehicle in awhile back for an issue and could not afford the repairs at that time. Brought it in on 12/17 to perform those repairs and they didn't see the previous issues at all but recommended a completely different expensive repair. I asked them to ensure the new recommendation was correct due to how vastly different they were between the two visits and each would cost ~$2,000. In almost 2 weeks I never received another phone call. I did speak to my advisor during this period, but only after having to call multiple times and leaving multiple voicemails. I just got lucky one day and he answered. The diagnosis now included all the original work I brought it in for, as well as the new work, and some additional items not included in the first call. This made no sense and even the advisor came off a bit unsure about it. At that point I asked for a second tech to take a look to be the "final decision" on what work was needed as I was ready to commit but didn't feel confident based on what had been mentioned thus far. The advisor agreed and said he would have someone else take a look. Radio silence again for multiple days. On the 29th I physically went up for the second time for an update, to which there were none. I just paid for the smaller items that were done and left with the car at that point. I'll take it elsewhere to take care of the larger work that needs done. I understand how busy the holidays can be for a service shop and with teammates taking time off as well it can cause delays. Had the advisor made any effort to at least keep me up to date on the situation with a quick call throughout the process I would be getting the remaining repairs done through this shop and not sitting here writing this review.

Let me start by saying that I have never left a negative review for any business before. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I brought my 2019 Ford F-150—which I originally purchased from Blue Springs Ford—into their service department for an oil change, a full inspection, and to diagnose a noise concern. I specifically asked them to investigate the issue and replace any parts that were needed. I dropped the truck off in the morning and left it there for nearly two days. When I picked it up, I was told they found no issues and that only the oil change was completed. The service cost me $250, which I did not dispute. However, when they pulled my truck around, I immediately noticed that the front windshield trim/liner was hanging loose. I pointed this out to the employee who brought the vehicle up. He took photos and said he would start an investigation. While this wasn’t a major defect, it was clearly something that had not been present when I dropped the truck off. A short time later, I was told they could not have caused the damage because “they did not wash the truck.” This was simply not true—they did wash it, and I had to ask them to pull photos to prove that I wasn’t lying. At that point, a manager came out and directly accused me of damaging the vehicle myself and attempting to get the dealership to pay for it. I never once asked for compensation or repairs—I only pointed out the damage that was clearly present when the truck was returned to me. Being accused of dishonesty over something this simple was shocking and extremely unprofessional. I was treated as though this was some kind of setup rather than a legitimate concern. Because of how this was handled, I will never return to Blue Springs Ford, and I would strongly recommend that others take their business elsewhere. This entire situation was unnecessary and completely unacceptable.

I have never left a bad review for any business before but this one felt necessary. I had my transmission replaced by BS Ford a year ago and paid more than the car is worth for it, the only thing that made me feel better was that it came with a 2 year warranty. I took it back in last month because the transmission was acting up again. They kept it for a week before even letting me know what was wrong (needs a new transmission AGAIN), but I had my warranty. They kept my car in pieces for FIVE WEEKS, dodging my phone calls to check in on possible timeframes, only communicating with me through short texts once every two weeks. It felt like pulling teeth to get any info from them. I’m a full time student and work full time on top of that. I don’t really know many people who can go that long without their car in general, as they also did not supply me with a loaner vehicle. Finally after 5 weeks, they let me know the car is ready but they busted the starter in the process so I needed to pay $500 for a new one. Said it was making grinding sounds but it was 100% fine when I brought it in. Probably needed to make some money since I brought it in only because my issue was under warranty. The most unprofessional, could care less about their loyal customers, I will never go back. I bought the car brand new from them & have gone back for maintenance many times since then. Steve was in charge of the whole process so way to go Steve! You guys are officially the worst. Didn’t even give me a new warranty for my second replacement transmission.
