Jefferson Auto is the best. Very good prices, they never fix and charge you for unnecessary things like dealerships do and the owner is great. They have earned my complete trust over several years. They usually have a backlog but if you can fit in their schedule it is worth it.

Paul has worked on our cars for years now. I recently had an issue with my sons car and took it up to have Paul look at it. Paul decided it was actually the battery and put one in from his shop. He told me to drive it for a week and call him to let him know if the issue goes away. I asked him what I owed him for the battery and labor. He told me not to worry about it until we knew it was fixed. After driving it for a week with no issues, we realized it was in fact the battery. I called Paul and settled up with him regarding the costs. Who else would let you take their battery, drive the car for a week, tell you not to worry about the costs until we know it's fixed?? No one! This is a perfect example of why we use Paul and his services. He is very knowledgeable in his trade, very professional and is the most honest repair shop/person we have every dealt with. I would highly recommend bringing any of your car issues to have Paul over at Jefferson Service Center.

A buddy found this place and suggested it to me. I have since gone no where else. Paul is as honest and trustworthy as you will ever find. I have taken my work vehicle and personal cars to Jefferson for several different issue or even when you have no idea what the issue is and they have never let me down. Prices are very reasonable and they will tell you if something needs to be fixed or is something that you can let go without worrying about it. I took my daughters car to them because my daughter keep hearing popping noise when turning and I had looked it over without finding the cause. I just knew it was going to be something big and cost a ton but that was not the case. After giving it a look and taking it for a test drive they were able to determine that the lug nuts where just slightly loose. Paul even apologized for having to charge me $35 for something so simple but I was happy to pay for their time but it did take them about 30 min to looking and testing to find this. It was just one of those things that are not obvious until you find them. A dishonest shop would have taken me for much more. Best shop I have ever found and hope they are around for years to come.

Most trustworthy shop in all of KC. Paul the owner never pushes for unnecessary repairs. I've sent them on some wild goose chases and he has never charged me a diagnostic fee. He will let you know exactly what's needed. Paul is the owner and he has an excellent staff of skilled mechanics. I've been using them for 8 years and they have worked on several cars of mine. They don't have an alignment machine, so you might need to take your car somewhere else if you get suspension work done.

The owner by the name of Paul was unbelievably rude because i stopped  him from screwing my female friend out of $3900 for a transmission replacement and decided to get smart over the phone when I asked a very simple question about the transmission. He replied and i quote "ill figure it out in the next few weeks when i have nothing better to do because im not working on it anymore." Do not bring this person or shop your buisness because they will over charge and try to take advantage of customers and especially women

A friend recommended Jefferson's and I was super impressed with this service center! My husbands brakes were in super bad shape and had to be fixed quickly. Paul is super kind and trustworthy. Even though the price of fixing cars is never fun, I was impressed with the prices here. I think if we had gone somewhere else we would have had to pay thousands for no reason. Paul was super quick about getting our car fixed as well. I will be going back for future services!

I've been going to see Paul for years. I used to go to Able over in Kansas until we were charged $65 for checking the air in the tires. Anyway, Paul is straight up. Tells you if he doesn't find any problems and doesn't charge you for looking at the problem if he doesn't fix anything. I think this is the most honest automotive repair center that had ever existed. After getting to know me and because this is where my Dad went for 25 years I've been aloud to make payments before and I've even been told to take my car home and see how it does before I pay the bill. No other place does that for anyone. I am a faithful customer of Jefferson Auto Service and I have recommended all my friends to go there. You won't meet a nicer more honest mechanic than Paul. He's Awesome!

David Lee is my name and I don't typically leave many reviews. However, I have to recommend Jefferson Service Center because they did a fantastic job on my Mustang. I find it difficult to find a dependable and honest mechanic and these guys are the real deal. I don't live close but received a recommendation from a friend at work and I won't go to another repair shop again. First impressions mean a lot to me and Paul is a great individual, easy to talk too and gives me the same impressions of that of having a great neighbor. I finally found a place that gives me peace of mind and I can trust. I like the model trucks around the walls and he runs a very clean shop. I can't thank you enough!

I will not take my vehicle anywhere else for repairs/diagnoses. After being told I needed over $800 in repairs at a car dealer, I took my car to Paul. He found that the vehicle did not need the repair stated by the dealer. He was able to correctly diagnose my vehicle's issue and get it repaired quickly for around $300. Jefferson Service Center is honest and very reasonably priced. If you are looking for an honest and reasonable auto repair shop/service center, I can highly recommend Jefferson Service Center.

My wife and I were passing through on our way to Denver when every light on the dashboard started flashing and beeps-a-beeping. And then it started serging. I got off at the first exit which was about a 1/4 mile away and coast off the highway and then into a small service station. I parked out of the way of the pumps and said a little prayer. Looked on Gmaps and lo and behold, Jefferson was a minute walk away. Walked up and let Paul know what was going on. He came down with a battery pack and he verified that the alternator was shot. He said he probably couldn't get to it that day (it was about 2pm) but the next. I thought that was great! We were going to grab some stuff and go to the hotel next door and stay the night but Paul came back and asked us to wait as he had the part and was thinking to get it done by 4:30pm. Well, it was done at 4:37 and he appologized...LOL I mean, 2.75 hrs from the time alternator went out till the time we were back on the road. That just don't happen. Very professional service and all of the other alcolades. Highly recommend. Paul, remember, stop by if you are in Eastern Idaho.

It can be intimidating as a woman to get your car serviced, but Paul was great and made me feel comfortable and informed of what needed to be done. I got a nail in my tire 2 weeks after getting new ones from Paul. He took it out and looked at the tire for free. Highly recommend!
