I had problems with them not processing things the way the insurance company proscribed. In the end, they got it sorted out. But I wasn't treated the best in the process.

Great staff. Forgot 2/3 of the names of the staff I was in contact with but one of them is Courtney and she seemed to go out of her way to make sure I was taken care of, not to minimize the other friendly employees though. Also, the lobby is nice and clean.

If you bring your car here, you will leave with low quality parts applied that you didn't agree to, if they even put it all back together. There can hardly be a worse repair shop. This is the equivalent of getting a mcburger without any meat in it.

We had our Malibu repaired here and we were amazed. From start to finish the customer service was impressive. We live two hours away and Dustin came in on his day off so we could get our car over the weekend. That is great customer service! I highly recommend them.

Took my car in for repairs because it's who the insurance company recommended. I was quoted roughly $860 and 2 days to repair the damage. It ended up being $1700(ish) and 5 days to repair the damage. I was never updated on the additional damage uncovered during the repairs and was instead blind sided by the additional 900$ owed when I went to pick up the car. If they had just called and properly communicated throughout the repair process I wouldn't have been as upset. I was also told the regional manager would call me after this entire debacle to talk about what happened, but this also never happened. I legitimately feel as though I've been scammed and this place might be one of the most prolific racketeering schemes of all time. The only bright spot throughout this process was the gal working the front desk, who tried to get the regional manager to come down in price a few hundred dollars. Unfortunately, it appears caliber collision cannot spare the few hundred dollars and is more than willing to ruin their reputation with the surrounding community.

I went to Caliber based off of my insurance listing them as a preferred shop. This apparently was the wrong choice. When I scheduled a time to bring my vehicle in, I was told it should take a week, +/- 2 days to complete the repairs. I dropped my car off on Dec. 10th. At that time, I told them I knew they had other clients, but if there was a way to get to my vehicle quickly, I would greatly appreciate it because I can't work without my car, so my household would have no income for as long as my car was in the shop. Late in the day on Dec. 11th, I received a text saying my new completion date was Dec. 20th. I called them back the morning of Dec. 12th to ask for more details and I was told they should be getting parts for my vehicle on Dec. 13th and they would start repairs after that, so hopefully they'd get it done earlier the following week, but Dec. 20th would be the latest. On Dec. 18th I received a follow-up text saying they were nearing completion for my vehicle. On the morning of Dec. 20th, I received another text saying they were completing reassembly, had calibrations scheduled for that day, and they would contact me for pickup. I hadn't heard anything by late afternoon, so I called them to get a status update. On the call they told me that one of the parts they received was damaged and my new completion date was Monday, Dec. 23rd. Why hadn't anyone checked the parts when they received them a week ago? I don't know. While also on that call, they sent me a text with the new completion date. I called them back on Dec. 23rd to see if my car was going to be ready for pickup and they again said they had to push my completion date back by at least one day, if not more. They then sent me a text saying the new completion date was Dec. 26th. I called back on Dec. 26th and they told me they weren't going to finish again that day, but they should have it ready on Dec. 27th and sent me another text with the new completion date. I called them again on Dec. 27th and they said they were working to finish my vehicle and should have it ready late that afternoon. They called me just before 5pm that day saying it wouldn't be ready, but they could deliver it to me the following morning between 10am and 10:30am. They called me the morning of Dec. 28th just after 9am saying they were finished and would deliver my car between 10am and 10:30am. However, they didn't get to my house until after 11:00am. At that point, I'm not sure what I expected, but I am not impressed with Caliber Collision's time management at all. I was without my vehicle for 2 and a half weeks and I was not able to work during that full time, so I've missed out on 2 and a half weeks of income for my family. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and time management. I will never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We hit a deer with the truck, which was loaded down with the last of our belongings. The truck was drivable and we got it to Caliber the following morning. We were surprised how quickly they got the necessary work done and we're back on the road just over a week from the deer incident. We're very pleased with their services, truck looks great and very helpful staff. For being new in town, not knowing where to begin, we're glad our insurance recommended them!

First time going to caliber to get some hail damage fixed. They did a great job. Staff were very friendly and helpful and if they say they’re going to call you, they actually do. Kept me updated through the entire process and I would highly recommend them. I will be going back for any future car fixes that I need.

My car was broken into and this company was very quick to get my car in and out. After I left my car with them, they gave me a ride back to my apartment and picked me up when the car was fixed and ready. Free of charge. Wow! The employees were also very friendly, if I ever get into another unfortunate situation again, this would be the place to go. They got my car fixed in a very fast and efficient amount of time, it's like it never happened. I am very satisfied with their services and would advice anyone to come here.

From start to finish a great experience. Courtney in the office was wonderful to deal with. Dustin handled the repairs and kept me updated. Loved being kept up to date via text. Took about a week from start to finish. Replaced hood, fender, and headlamp. Made sure everything was aligned and matched properly.

This place is AMAZING! I brought my truck in after it was hit, dropped it off Tuesday morning, and by Thursday afternoon it was ready—looking absolutely brand new. Chase, Courtney, and Jessie were all incredibly knowledgeable in their areas, and the technicians and paint crew did a phenomenal job. As long as I need car repairs, this will be the only place I go!

This is the worst place for body repairs. Collision repair is an appearance repair. Shitty work will show up. Paint on my car was quite a few shades off. Im surprised they tried to ship my car. Come on guys. If you can't even see a mismatch in color, you shouldn't be doing body work. My hood was sticking up about a half inch. I thought they didn't close it only. No, it was already close. My door that was hit was way off, the window was sticking out and not even closing properly. Upon inspection, many parts weren't even installed. A bumper light fell off in the parking lot when I tried to pick it up. They took car back to refill their screw ups just to find out that they were still missing pieces for the car and it was going to take alot longer. Apparently a piece was on backorder and they weren't able to get it. This is after my car was put back together. My vehicle was taken to them because they were recommended by the insurance company. They were supposed to be subaru certified but I doubt that. They rewrote a new supplement and told the insurance that the issues were not from the accident. This concern was for the door and bumper they just installed. Poor workmanship. Own up to your mistakes. Don't try to pawn it off and blame the job you did and prior. You were paid to do a job and now you're blaming the parts. Its not the customers fault. If you got bad parts, that's on you. If you want your car fixed, avoid this hole of a place. I will keep sharing this experience to everyone as the manager got involved. He was very rude and unprofessional. My car eventually went to another body shop and got repaired. Caliber collision headquarters knows about it but I have not seen or heard from anyone. I would steer clear of these corporate body shops. Half ass work and they don't stand behind their work.

I would like to give some great thanks, and feedback to the people who work for Caliber collision. hey are so awesome for what they did for me . They did not have to but they did an assessment of my car I just brought a few moths ago . They did great in giving me some advising on what to do about damage that was not disclosed in my auto deals with a dealership . I had to bring it a couple of times back to them because of the car not being safe to drive , in which the dealer took it back but at one time fix damage that on the vehicle .The fixed the superficial damage , but the important issue of why It was brought to my attention by Caliber collision However, as of today I got a green stamp of approval that the car is and is in deed drivable safely on the road, with no concerns . I applaud these guys because any other person would have really milked me out of some money . But they were honestly looking out for me as the consumer . That important to me because it seems that just you think there is no humanity is world this happens . Where you have people here that do the right thing . So , even thought there was to money transaction done , I had to say I have the best experience here .

I chose Caliber because they are on my insurance company's (progressive) recommended list. I took my Suburban in on 11/7. At that time a gentleman came out to assess the damages. He walked around my vehicle with a marker and marked all my little scratches, dings, dents, etc. A CYA, which I understand since they have nothing to do with the repairs.I did point out that my chevy bow tie on the hatch is missing and told them about my driver door handle being partially broken.I showed them how I open the door 4 times in a row.He circled the handle and drew an arrow to the left side(which is how I open it).I Went inside and spoke with the lady and she said I would hear from my insurance company if they decided to total it out, or I would hear from them by Tuesday afternoon (11/11) if insurance would be paying for the repairs. I didn't hear from anyone.I called caliber on 11/12, and they said they forgot to call me. They said they had some parts on order already.I got text messages from them and an automated system that seemed to contradict each other.I did call a couple times to get updates on the progress because of that. On 11/25 Chase called me to tell me that my vehicle was ready but that the person who washed it broke my handle. He said he got the cost down to $70 that I would have to pay to get it fixed.I told him I wasn't going to pay anything since I didn't break it. Im sure the guy forgot there was a special way to open it when he washed the markings off. Chase called me back and said the company wouldn't pay for it, but he would pay out of his own pocket. He had to order the part and it should be ready the next day. He called the next day(11/26) late afternoon and said they had been working on the handle for over 3 hours and they were having a hard time with it. I suggested maybe it was the part. He said he was going to order a new one and try again. The next day was Thanksgiving so I wouldn't be getting it back then(understandable). I got a call on 11/28 saying my vehicle was ready. I was excited since it had been 3 full weeks! My husband and I went to pick it up. It was out front so we took a look at it. We noticed a few things. There was a paint chip on the bumper, the bumper where it meets the head light had a hump, there was a couple imperfections by the grill, and there is a large gap from left to right where the hood meets the grill. We went inside and the lady at the desk came out with us to look it over together.I pointed out all those things to her. She sent out a lady named Jessie.I pointed out everything to her and she had nothing to say about the paint chip in the bumper. She said the bubble part on the bumper would fix itself when it gets warmer(so I guess next year), the other 2 marks by the grill- that's the way the parts came in and they just painted them. She said the hood looks like that so you can get your hand under there. It was apparent that this was going no where, and she did not care, so we just went in and paid our deductible and left.I got less than a mile away, and my oil lamp light came on and my suburban said to turn off the engine.I pulled over on 40 highway and my husband had to go run to a store to get oil. While im sitting there waiting I notice the plastic piece on the inside of the door handle is not in all the way and I couldn't push it in either.Obviously they got frustrated with it and just left it that way. Then I noticed the gas gauge was a lot lower than it should be for them claiming to have only used 2 miles.I called to complain while sitting on the side of the road and it feels like they don't care about any of it. If you take your car to get a paint job, would you be okay getting it back with a paint chip already? And i have to wait for the weather to warm up for my bumper to look like it should? I will say that the front desk person, the gentleman who marked up my vehicle, and Chase were nice. Jessie needs to do better or not come out next time. I will be calling my insurance company today as well. Also, customer last name is Wing, and vehicle is Suburban LTZ.
