I had an amazing experience at BMW of Alexandria. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even let me drive some very special cars, which made the visit unforgettable. A special thank you to Bulent, the Sales Manager, for his professionalism and hospitality, and to Kevin from Sales, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the process. Both made the experience smooth, enjoyable, and truly first-class. I think the service reviews are spot on. Run...do not walk....away from spending money at BMW of Alexandria. I've had my last couple of BMWs serviced here since at least 2018, generally without issue, with the exception of the few mildly rude employees there. The service used to be professional, courteous, and custimer solution forward. That slowly declined over time, but definitely accelerated last year. I went in last August for an annual inspection and complaints of a slight shake. I spent every 3-4 weeks back at the dealership because the issue wasn't fixed. Each visit was another guess and hundreds more dollars, when the issue was a bent rim, which I told them I suspected, they denied was an issue, then charged me $1k for after milking me for all other repairs plus 3 of 4 new tires in 2025. They also charged me almost $900 to inspect for a sunroof leak, said they repaired it, but is still leaking (I learned that inspection costs less than 1/3 at other local BMW dealerships). Oh, and those tires, they don't match and can cause long term issues on my Xdrive/AWD vehicle. I finally gave up and took my vehicle to another BMW dealership. They were appalled at how much I've spent with no resolution to my issues, the hodgepodge of tires and the other service misfires....all while trying to get me to trade my vehicle. I am a creature of habit and will endure a lot over a long time period before I abandon a business, and I have definitely endured a lot. However, I cannot, in good conscience, continue to patronage or recommend this place. I've talked to friends & colleagues who share my concerns. Some suppose it's the recent change in ownership, others point to general turnover issues, but regardless, with the money we spend to own and maintain our BMWs, the service should meet and exceed. I am truly disappointed.

BMW of Alexandria is a phenomenal BMW operation! From the management to the front desk receptionists to the financing specialists, the staff is exceptionally professional and friendly. However, the crown-jewel of this excellent luxury car dealership is Krishma Fahim (a BMW client advisor and BMW technical feature “genius”). Krishma’s care and concern are unparalleled and she has consistently (over the purchase of three different BMWs) been an amazing, intelligent, and helpful resource. Buying a car is a major (and sometimes stressful) event in a person’s life, but Krishma’s customer service removes any potential stress from the car purchasing process. Krishma listens to her clients, understands their needs and provides custom-tailored advice and recommendations to make the car buying process as simple as selecting the “right” produce from the grocery store. I will ALWAYS come back to BMW of Alexandria for my vehicles and Krishma will be my personal client advisor until she is promoted to management (which I am certain will happen). Also, if you are worried about how to pay for your luxury vehicle, ask for Basir Sabeti (BMW of Alexandria’s EXCELLENT finance director) who will walk you through the financial aspects of your purchase and leave you confident that you are making a sound financial decision. From my experience, Basir’s goal is to ensure that you fully understand the financial implications of your purchase and that you are making the best (and most financially advantageous) decision possible. If you haven’t already deduced this, I love this dealership and I will be purchasing (and servicing) my vehicles there for the foreseeable future.

They kept our car for over 4+ hours to do maintenance. Which was fine, but then they gave us back the car with the most half done wash job I’ve ever seen. There was dirt still on the wheels. The customer service we received was rude and dismissive. For spending over $2k this was the worst BMW experience I have ever had.

I had the most amazing service experience today thanks to Jason McNally! After 5 years, my car battery died over the weekend, probably from the cold. I called and was connected with Jason. He was so helpful, gave me a quick quote, reassured me he’d take care of me, and got me in right away. His master technician, Matt, did a multipoint inspection, replaced my car and key batteries, and had everything done so quickly. Jason and Matt are absolute rockstars. It’s been years since I’ve serviced my car at BMW of Alexandria, and I’m so glad I returned. Thank you, Jason, for the exceptional service!

My experience with BMW of Alexandria has been great! Of the times I have been there all of them have been last minute emergency situations in relation to my vehicle. The dealer has always been accommodating and made every effort to get me the best price and also provide me with loaner cars. Esmirna Romero It’s always provided exemplary customer service, and facilitating my needs as well as my vehicles needs. Definitely would recommend this dealer over others in the DMV area.

Latest of many blunders on an M850i, they send me a diagnostic video July 3rd advising front left wheel bearing is binding and tire is 15 degrees hotter than front right and they send in insurance claim. The next day the new director, Dave, calls me regarding my request to exchange an EV loaner and we have a disagreement on the loaner and how to check a brake caliper on my car. He tells me he'll test drive vehicle himself and evaluate. He calls me back and says there is nothing wrong with my car and to come pick it up. I called my insurance company worried about the binding wheel bearing. The agent called BMW and spoke with my service advisor Maxim Reznichenko he was recorded saying we just want Mr. Brown to come pickup his car and have it serviced elsewhere he proceeded to tell the agent that he doesn't think the problem from the original accident and then asked the agent about another claim on the car. My car had been there since June because on April 13th I went in for a scheduled 11a routine oil change 4hrs later I get my car back. 10 minutes into the drive home I see a foot-long crack in the windshield on passenger side. I called immediately and got voicemail. Service advisor called back and hour later said he'll speak with manager and call back on how to proceed. I called several times within that month left messages and still no call back. After a month I decided to put in an insurance claim to get my windshield fixed. There's a lot more to this but their resolution was to pay the deductible which they did; that assumes guilt! This place is very unprofessional to say the least in my opinion. No place to service your car let alone a BMW! Here's an update regarding the windshield install. I've added pictures and videos the horrible install of the windshield and one video shows an unclear windshield as the wipers make a couple of passes. You cannot drive this car in the the rain especially at night. This is not an aftermarket windshield but it's definitely defective. I took my car in to BMW of Alexandria July25th, showed management my concerns about the windshield and told him I'm not able to see at night in the rain. He advised miggt be able to fix without removing windshield and he'll have someone call to set up appointment for repair. It is July 29th and im still waiting for the call. Service is open 7 days a week.

I had service done on 05/10/25. I believed BMW of Alexandria dishonest and liar to customer. I had 4 new tires done on 05/11/24. One of my tired had nailed, I told service advisor that tires covered under road hazard warranty and manufacture Warranty when I purchased. But he was denied and said it was not covered and asked me to pay for replace. I emailed this concern to Customer Care for month. However, they wasn’t response. I was very disappointed with BMW of Alexandria.

Team was great! Andrii, Mr. Tu and Sean took the time to earn my business. My trip from NJ to pick up the car was straight forward with no surprises. The trip was well worth it! (Purchased 6/25) UPDATE (8/23) I purchased this vehicle just 2 months ago, and I am still waiting for the part for my front bumper. This delay is unacceptable. When I called to follow up, one of your front desk staff hung up on me (transferred me to an unattended line while I was speaking) and then ignored nearly 10 of my follow on calls. When I finally reached someone, I was assured that my “urgent” message would be relayed to a sales manager and that I would receive a call back. That call never came. I traveled from New Jersey to complete this purchase, and the drastic drop in customer service since the sale is extremely disappointing. My salesperson Andrii has also stopped responding to my texts. Mr. Tu we had a great interaction when I was there please contact me so this issue can be resolved. I’ve include a new picture of the missing piece (circled) I’m referring to.

Pathetic service at this dealership. Avoid buying a car here if you can. I own a vehicle worth over $100,000. At the time of purchase, it came with only 6 months of valid inspection. I raised this concern with the sales representative and was assured that I could bring the vehicle back later to have the inspection completed. I made an appointment for today specifically for a drop-off with a loaner (appointment was confirmed), drove over an hour to get to the dealership, and then waited 45 minutes just to be seen by a service advisor named Jason McNally, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was then told that a loaner could not be provided for this type of work and that my only options were to either come back another day and wait or stay over 3 hours for a simple inspection. It became very clear that loaners are handed out based solely on the dollar amount of work being done, regardless of the customer’s time, convenience, or prior assurances. That is unacceptable—especially at a dealership selling high-end vehicles. Additionally, management should speak with Jason McNally regarding basic professionalism and respect. Not only was he disrespectful to me as a customer, but I also personally witnessed him speak to another service representative outside in a discriminatory and inappropriate manner. Completely uncalled for behavior. Very disappointing experience overall.

I only recommend BMW of Alexandria because of Mr. Gian Carlos Sabino and Mr. Dustin Aliano. This is my first luxury car and I really thought it was out of my league. They made me feel comfortable, answered all of my silly questions, and didn’t look at me funny when I got really excited about some of the features of the X6. lol. But seriously these two are true professionals and I would not have the car today if it wasn’t for these two gentlemen.
