Worked with Lincoln Keller. We live in Kansas, so the process was a bit scary. However, Lincoln was great with his communication and very helpful. At some point he said, “trust me”. Not necessarily what you want to hear at a car dealership, but im glad i took his advice! He did an amazing job making this experience as easy as possible. I fully expect Lincoln to be running that dealership in the near future. 1 down side….he’s a Texas fan, but he made up for it! Seriously, thank you Lincoln, well done!

I'm currently in the market for a large Sedan I went to bmv Lubbock When I went, I was up front that I wasn't planning to buy but today just explore my options they were more than accommodating and understanding my sales rep josh a very knowledgeable and helpful young man He took the time out of his day to show me some of the different models available for the 2026г And provide me with literature and links to the different options that I have regarding purchasing a bmv i 100% recommend them I should have originally just went to them I originally went to look at some cars at mirrors volvo and did not feel like they were willing to help or really wanted to sell me one but bmv Lubbock Hands down will get my business I cannot remember the last time I had such a pleasurable dealer experience If you are in the market for bmv They have a very good selection and are very knowledgeable about the cars their hospitality is also absolutely outstanding

My car had a PCV failure. Took it to BMW of Lubbock on a tow truck on a Sunday. Next morning, at 8:30am received a call from Justin W, the Service Advisor, for an intake call. By early afternoon, had a comprehensive report from Jayden T, the Tech. The report included two 2-minute videos with walk around and a great vlog-style explanation of the fault, of the repair, and the results of the Multi-Point Inspection. I had a great experience as a customer. Highly recommend!

Recently, I brought my vehicle in for some recall work, and I was fortunate enough to work with someone who recently transitioned from a tech role to a service advisor. His deep knowledge of the technical side of things really shone through, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of seamlessly. He was attentive, professional, and truly dedicated to providing excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. Peyton was a joy to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable and kind, he took the time to listen to what our wants for a new car were. We never felt rushed to make a decision. He took the time To find out our driving habits and how many miles we truly drive in order to suggest the best package for us. After an initial bump, the experience quickly turned into one of the smoothest and most pleasant car purchases I’ve ever had. Michael Sanford, the General Manager, was professional, direct, and addressed my concerns promptly when I reached out to him. He truly provided the confidence I needed to move forward with my decision to purchase the X5 from BMW of Lubbock. He then connected me with Peyton Walker, who guided me through the rest of the process seamlessly. Peyton was outstanding—courteous, highly knowledgeable, and extremely well-versed in both the 2025 X5 and BMW’s ConnectedDrive technology. He made the entire experience easy, transparent, and stress-free, which I greatly appreciated. Was here a couple of weeks ago and, unfortunately, caught the staff in a meeting. Returned to find that it was worth the wait. The meetings work if they’re teaching professionalism, courtesy, and every measure of customer-centric behavior. Couldn’t be happier. Brailee went above and beyond in showing me the functions of my new car and is very genuine in her desire to ensure that the customer is completely comfortable with each step before moving forward. DJ was also incredibly nice and helpful. Very professional. Mr. Flowers will treat you like family if you happen to speak to him in his role as sales manager. Great team. I would strongly recommend BMW of Lubbock and will be back.

Exceptional service from start to finish! I’d like to sincerely compliment Tim Harmon for his meticulous attention to detail, genuine care, and consistently positive attitude. His professionalism and thoughtfulness turned what is often a stressful service experience into an excellent one—smooth, reassuring, and genuinely pleasant. He is an outstanding advisor and a true asset to BMW Lubbock. I was especially impressed that Tim personally followed up and reassured me regarding the unfinished order of the tire lock key from last year, which truly reflects his commitment to customers. I’d also like to recognize Mike from the shuttle service, who was excellent as well. He provided professional, reliable, and welcoming rides to and from the service center and my work at the Tech campus, making the entire experience even more seamless and stress-free. And, the video- I loved the service video that showed the work in progress—including clear views of the underside of my car—which added an extra level of transparency and trust. I just bought a 2026 BMW M2 from Lubbock BMW, and honestly, it was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Right from the first call, their team was so professional yet genuinely friendly, they were completely honest and upfront about pricing, options, and everything else, without any of those shady games or surprises that you sometimes run into. It made the whole process feel effortless and exciting, not stressful at all. They listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions patiently, and guided me step by step, making sure I felt comfortable and informed every inch of the way. The highlight for me was when I showed up to pick up the car, they literally rolled out a red carpet!
