⚠️ BAIT AND SWITCH: They quote $120 for an oil change to get you in the door, then pressure you into $1,200+ in "required" services that are actually optional. Called for an oil change ($120 quote) and timing chain inspection. When I arrived, I was told I needed additional services that were "required" and "mandatory" for BMW vehicles - microfilters, brake fluid, intake silencer, and vehicle check. Final bill: $1,217. The pricing was absurd: $238 for cabin air filters (5-minute job), $334 for brake fluid flush ($279 in labor alone), and $279 to plug in a diagnostic machine. When I asked about the timing chain inspection I'd specifically requested, I was quoted $600. I declined and left without the one service I came for. I later learned the "required" services were optional recommendations and overpriced. I would not have approved them if told this. Most concerning: BMW's inspection claimed I had "heavy" oil leaks requiring $5,000+ in urgent repairs. I filed a warranty claim and an independent inspector evaluated my car - they determined the leaks are minor seepage, not urgent. BMW exaggerated problems to sell unnecessary and overpriced repairs. Multiple reviews mention identical experiences. Use an independent BMW specialist instead.
