oil change and alignment on the 2019 vette went perfect good people good service and in and out in under 3 hours. i live in Aurora and tried both gm dealers in my backyard and ended up making you guys my service center after several different experiences at other dealers that i didn't appreciate. Normally I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. But my last few visits have been absolutely miserable. Made an appointment with a service advisor who sounded like I was bothering him, and needed to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and tire air sensor checked cause it wasn’t working. Well, he talks to me like he’s doing ten things and I’m the least important one, and after that visit, I ask what was wrong with the sensor, and he looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Asked me “what sensor?” Well turned out he didn’t jot that down and I had to make a NEW appointment for it. Called and checked on the correct time to make sure I wouldn’t miss it, HE NEVER MADE THE APPOINTMENT. I was furious, but they made it right by having the director call me, set me up with a guaranteed appointment, and a discount on services. Fast forward to two months later, I now have that tire pressure light on again, granted this happened a few days after they “fixed” it, I just transitioned jobs and moved so I had no time to deal with their mistakes and it wasn’t a serious issue. I finally get the time to make the appointment, and when I arrive (early) I’m told it’s going to take a COUPLE HOURS. What the heck?! A couple hours for a sensor!? That’s ridiculous. I’m told the techs take their lunch at 12-1. Okay, that’s fine, they deserve it and they work hard. But why the absolute hell would you let me make an appointment at 12, when you KNOW there’s going to be an entire HOUR it’s just sitting there?! Took an hour and a half to get a quote for the fix, then another hour plus to get it fixed… I live in downtown Denver. I made the drive all the way down here for every service I needed (I’ve spent thousands here for regular maintenance and the like) because I appreciated the service and care. This has been the only dealership to touch my vehicle since I moved to Denver in 2020… I think it’s time to find a new one. And I will NOT be recommending this dealer ship to friends, family, or coworkers. Which I’ve done in the past, and they have gotten several repeat customers from my recommendation regarding the fantastic service (when there actually was any). I missed an appointment because of this, that I now have to reschedule and can only be done a month and a half from now. Because my appointment was for 3:30 in Denver, and I brought my car here at 12. I ASSUMED 3 hours would be PLENTY of time for such a small fix, and make sure I could have time for traffic. I was mistaken both by the quality of service, and capabilities apparently. Planned to buy a brand new truck as well and had every plan to do it here. I will be taking all my business elsewhere, I advise you do to, for your own sanity.

My experience here has been fabulous!! I can't say enough good things about this place. I was kinda nervous about buying a new vehicle because I'm a woman and afraid I'd get taken "for a ride." Just a bunch of head games and "bait-n-switch." I was so pleasantly surprised. I mainly dealt with Gin and he was so informative and took the time to explain everything to me. I bought my car from Bozarth Chevrolet almost two months ago, and Miguel was amazing throughout the entire process. He was very clear, professional, and always had an answer for everything I asked. I had a few issues along the way, but Miguel was always helpful and made sure everything got solved quickly. Even after the sale, he’s stayed in touch to make sure everything is going smoothly, I’m currently in the process of getting my license plate, and he even scheduled the appointment time for me to go pick it up. From the beginning I called to schedule to have my car looked at he’s provided top notch customer service and has kept me in the loop the entire time. He’s followed up with my warranty and doing everything to ensure my family has a safe and up to new suburban. Having a car in the shop is the last thing anyone wants to deal with, but Ace and Bozarth have made this a lot easier for me. I’ve enjoyed taking my car here until I had to deal wit the service advisor “Dylan” he does very little to help the customer, showing little effort in trying to get things fixed that need to be fixed. He tries to sell you on quick jobs that need little attention but when it comes time to actually diagnose and fix something that really needs attention, he tries to avoid it. The Chevy app allows you to pick your service advisor. If it had a feature to avoid Dylan, I would use it. Other than that, I have had a wonderful time at Bozarth Chevrolet.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE FOR A CHEVY. They sold me a "new" 2025 Colorado and after only days of owning it I already noticed things were wrong. The rear differential needed completely replaced and the part was back ordered weeks along with broken springs and broken buttons on the radio. I had had the truck for only a few days at this point. Finally after a couple weeks in the shop and after it was "fixed" I immediately noticed the issue wasn't gone even though the tech said it was. Dropped it back off and they found the entire drive shaft needed replaced now and it was backordered a month. this is now a total of almost 40 days in the shop it will have in the first 2 months of ownership. They compensated me for the first problem with a small payment and some oil changes. The second time it happened? BC Roberts offered me nothing but trying to sell me a newer truck for 9000 dollars more. He said they had exhausted their good will. They took no responsibility for the broken truck they sold me and the continuous problems it has presented. Mind you again I bought this truck less than 2 months ago. BC Roberts did nothing to help me any further and just resulted to trying to upsell me a more expensive truck. Also, their maintenance team lacks communication. I have to constantly reach out for any updates or timelines with the broken truck. All in all, if you want a chevy of any kind, go ANYWHERE but here. They will just screw you over and will offer no help.

The service manager I dealt with, Ace, was kind and professional. I had a number of things to be done to my vehicle and each one was done quickly and efficiently. I also had 2 recall items to be done and those were done easily. They did not try to upcharge unnecessary services, and they let me know of any additional costs that came up, like cabin filters. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would go back for any additional necessary services on my Suburban.
