I called early in the morning and spoke to Cleveland. He was incredibly personable and informative. He was able to get me in same day and my vehicle was able to have a major service done. I was wildly impressed with his professionalism and communication. Not only were all of my questions answered, he also showed me in real time the problem with my vehicle which I can't stress enough of how much I appreciate being shown what's wrong, instead of being told. I have been coming to this location since I was old enough to drive. I can recall the puzzle table in the lobby, and many hours spent at it while my parents and I waited for the work on many a past car to be done. More than that however, I can recall the friendly atmosphere, and the amazing staff that has been a constant here. Today during an oil change, I met with a sales representative named Cleveland who showed exceptional customer service, personal skills, and amazing human heart. In a time where it is difficult to have faith in humanity, he is a reminder that there are good people out there willing to help, and willing to make your day a little easier. I came in this morning to get a flat repair done on my tire and the person who helped me was Cleveland. He was very courteous and polite and attentive and helpful with my questions. I really appreciate it. The. Great customer service that I received. I’ll be returning tomorrow morning to get my tire fixed and though I leave live in Green Valley Ranch I’m willing to take the drive back out here to get my tire done.
