Terrific! Jason was our salesman. He answered all our questions and provided the information we needed. Also worked diligently to keep the process moving, as we were on a pretty short time frame. Probably the best salesperson we’ve ever worked with when purchasing a vehicle.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally address an unresolved issue related to my vehicle purchase and to seek immediate resolution. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Suburban (black) from your dealership on November 1, 2025. At the time of purchase, the check engine light was on, and I was told by the dealership that the vehicle would need to be in the service department for approximately one week to resolve the issue. After one week passed with no communication, I reached out to my sales representative, Jay Kern. I was informed that the service department had ordered the wrong part and that repairs would take an additional week. After waiting another week—again without communication—I contacted Jay once more. At that point, he stated that GM had been involved and assured me the vehicle would be ready by Wednesday, November 26, marking nearly three weeks for a repair that was originally estimated at one week. During my communications with Jay over this three-week period, he stated on November 25 that the dealership would cover my first vehicle payment due to the extended delay and inconvenience. As of today, December 23, that payment has not been made, and I am now concerned about the potential impact on my credit. I need to know what steps are being taken immediately to fulfill this commitment and ensure that my credit is not negatively affected due to a delay that was outside of my control. Additionally, this entire experience has been extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, the check engine light came back on approximately two weeks later, and I have already had to replace some parts out of pocket. I am requesting: Immediate confirmation that the first payment will be made as promised Written confirmation that my credit will not be impacted A clear point of contact to resolve this matter promptly I hope this can be handled quickly and professionally. I look forward to your response I will remove this when someone responds to me

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at AutoNation Buick GMC Park Meadows! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and centered around making things easy for us. Ryan, the Sales Manager, was fantastic. He promptly answered all our questions via email, kept us updated on when the vehicle would arrive, and ensured everything was ready when we got there. Even with the start of a new month and some discount changes, Ryan worked his magic to make sure we still got the best possible deal. We really appreciated his transparency and commitment to making it work. Vinny, our Sales Consultant, made the experience even more enjoyable. He gave us a great test drive and showed us all the cool features the vehicle had to offer. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared that we had all the information we needed. Even after the paperwork was done, he took extra time to walk us through the vehicle again and answer any last questions. Bryan, the Finance Manager, made everything easy and efficient. He had all the documents ready to go so that we could simply come in, sit down, and sign. No waiting, no hassle—just a smooth finish to a great experience. This was hands-down one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. Huge thanks to Ryan, Vinny, Bryan, and the whole AutoNation Buick GMC Park Meadows team. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for excellent service and an stress-free experience!

The service team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. The oil change was completed on time, and the inspection was thorough without any unnecessary pressure or upselling. They explained everything clearly and treated me with respect.

These guys are true professionals. I got a great deal on a sweet new (to me) VW from their lot, trading in my tired, high mileage Ford Edge. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Jon Konchar @ AutoNation Park Meadows!

Unfortunately, my experience with AutoNation Buick GMC Park Meadows has been extremely disappointing. My 2025 GMC Sierra Denali suffered a major engine failure at very low mileage and remained at the dealership for approximately three and a half months. The biggest issue throughout the process was communication. I repeatedly received conflicting information about parts, repair status, and completion dates. What I was told one week often changed the next, making it very difficult to have confidence in what was actually happening with my vehicle. I understand that parts delays and manufacturer approvals can sometimes be outside of a dealership’s control, but clear and accurate communication is not. After months of waiting and uncertainty, I finally received the truck back only to have the wheel flares fall off shortly afterward, requiring another repair and additional parts to be ordered. The staff were generally polite, but the overall handling of this situation fell far below expectations for a dealership representing a premium brand. Customers deserve transparency, urgency, and proper quality checks before a vehicle is returned. I sincerely hope improvements are made so other customers do not have the same experience.

Excellent experience and a very knowledgeable sales representative. Jason Montgomery We leased a GMC 2016 Terrain and moved to AZ after our retirement. While in AZ for 10 Years we leased 2 Buick Envision Sport Touring models. Our lease was running out so while we were in Colorado I reached out to Jason and asked if he could help. He responded and within two days we leased another Buick Envision Sport Touring model. After some conversation Jason was the same sales representative that leased us our 2016 GMC Terrain. Small world. Bottom line we were completely satisfied with Jason, the dealership, and we love our new car. And will be excited to drive back to our permanent home in AZ in the near future.

Our experience with Jason Montgomery was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning of our car search, Jason went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we found exactly what we wanted. When it came time to go over our new truck, Jason took the time to explain every feature in detail — making sure we understood how everything worked and felt completely comfortable before we drove off the lot. His professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness truly made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our new truck or the amazing service we received from Jason. If you’re looking for someone who truly goes the extra mile, Jason Montgomery is the person to see!

Sold my wife a bad vehicle with lots of repairs needed. Put a bunch of bandaids on it. Had it since November. In the last 3 months we have spent 2.5k in repairs. When you spend 52k on the car you think you would be good for a bit. Ohhh don’t forget to add in your cost a 700 dollar protective coat they spray without asking. What a scam.

Vlad was amazing he helped consult us on the best truck for the best price. Not only did he help us find the perfect truck he helped us to get it in our price range. My finances truck had broken down and the process was easy to get him in a brand new truck. The process was smooth and he worked around our work schedules to close the deal with our busy schedules. Truly kind and honest and felt as we could trust him during the process. Great experience overall with the dealership and Vlad.

Went in for my regular service interval. Booking a convenient appointment was easy through their website. When I arrived they attended to my Sierra right away and gave me an estimate of time which they beat by more than 15 mins. My service advisor Matthew was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He even voluntarily applied a service credit I had forgotten about. Super pleased with AutoNation’s service and management team. See you guys next time.

I have had service for my Yukon here twice and actually ended up selling it to them. Their service department is really professional and quick. I had damaged my front parking sensors, they diagnosed it immediately which I knew that was the issue going in but they actually spent a second to verify and once they fixed it that resolved all the computer issues. And when it came to sell it they gave me an extremely competitive offer. I’ve been to other AutoNation GMC’s for service on this car and this is by far the best GMC dealer in the area I’ve been too. When I am ready for another Yukon or a Sierra I am absolutely coming here. My experience dealing with both their service and sales department was smooth every time and everyone I spoke with was competent. I would absolutely recommend if you are looking for a GMC or GMC service to come here.

Service Advisor was very friendly and explained the process. Told me that if the truck was to be in the shop for more than a day a rental car would be allowed under the warranty program. Car ended up staying over the weekend and a rental car was authorized. Compared to other experience that I had with a different GMC service department, this one went out of their way to make sure I was properly taken care of. Thank you.

I had an excellent experience! The service was fast, professional, and far exceeded my expectations. Every interaction was handled with care, attention to detail, and genuine courtesy. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated to making sure everything is done right the first time. Highly recommended for anyone who values quality and great customer care.

Thinking about buying a new car? ✨ Start the year off right and look no further than AutoNation GMC Park Meadows! I drove all the way from Colorado Springs, and I promise you—it was so worth the drive. There truly is no better place for exceptional service, and no one better to help you than the #1 GMC seller in the entire state, Jason Montgomery! We surprised my husband with his late Christmas and early birthday gift—a brand-new 2026 GMC Sierra Denali—and the entire experience was unforgettable. I feel incredibly blessed to have worked with such amazing people. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. Jason is beyond knowledgeable—he knows GMC and Buick inside and out. More than that, he is patient, attentive, and truly listens to your needs and concerns. He truly loves what he does, and it shows in every detail, every conversation, and every extra mile he goes for his customers. There’s a reason he’s the top seller in the state. He didn’t rush us, didn’t cut corners, and even stayed past closing time (almost 11 PM!) just to make sure my husband felt confident and excited learning every gadget, feature, and hidden trick in his new truck. Jason said it best: “I’m not happy until my customer is happy.” That kind of white-glove service is rare these days—and Jason delivers it effortlessly. If you’re looking for a car, no matter where you’re coming from, make the drive to Park Meadows. You will not regret it. Every single person there was wonderful—huge shoutout to Tyler for hanging in there with us, and thank you Shawn M. as well! My family is beyond proud to be the newest members of the GMC family. And trust me—when mama is ready to upgrade her mom car to a Yukon Denali, I already know exactly where I’m going… straight back to my GMC family at Park Meadows ❤️ ⭐️ 10 stars all the way on those surveys! ⭐️

Underwhelmed. I submitted a contact form from an advertisement and was contacted a few hours later (normal). Upon contact with a sales rep we discussed the truck and I sent him the advertisement, filled application. Passed with flying colors, only to be sent back different pricing (+$150/M). It wasnt until I reminded him of the ad did they revert back to it, saying they would honor the pricing. We scheduled a drive later that day and was told he would get all the paper work ready.. When I arrived the truck was ready and staged. I liked it and decided to purchase it. Then I waited 60 minutes for the paperwork that was not done... When the finance manager brought us in the paperwork was not correct, missing agreed to conditions. Additionally documents were created to address this. The Finance Manager tried to sell me a bunch of add-on's and when I told him no, he pushed back two or three times... During most of this my sales rep was gone doing something and had little involvement. All of this is sales crap derived 10 years ago and should be reviewed. In 10 years customer expect different things. Be consultative, drop the add-on's, sales tactic BS.... like initial here to show your committed... in addition to the previous things I mentioned.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Purchased a vehicle from AutoNation but I traveled 4.5 hours from Wyoming after speaking/making arrangements with sales for two weeks. Despite the sales person Julio stating “there are no dents or dings in the vehicle”, on the day of my arrival, a chipped windshield was apparent. While being provided a tour of the vehicle, Julio again, would pop the trunk every time I walked to the back of the vehicle. I made a huge mistake in trusting his word and after traveling 4.5 hours home, I notice a dent in the rear tailgate. Immediately upon driving off the lot, all four of my vehicle censors began going off. You’d think that if Julio was aware I would buy the vehicle in two weeks, he would have used those two weeks to make sure the vehicle was in pristine condition. But he didn’t, and he clearly just wanted to sale. AutoNation promised to fix all of these issues (because I love driving 4.5 hours to fix something that never should have been broken in the first place). I spoke with a total of four individuals at this company leading up to my re-arrival to get the car fixed including Chris, Larry and Cody. Larry was extremely helpful. Chris is the manager of sales and made promises that he completely dropped the ball on. Such as, getting the censors fixed. The day before my arrival he informed me that nobody had arranged an appt with service to look at the censors. Whose job is that? The customers? When this is your error? This error was only caught due to my over communication with the company, as I had texted everyone the day prior to confirm my appts. Chris also promised to pay for my gas however, after he saw that I had spent 5 hours in their lobby waiting for the dent to be repaired, he chose to sit at his desk and chuckle with his buddies instead of fill my tank. (I’m not joking he made eye contact with me, knew that all i was waiting on was gas, and chose to make me sit longer while he goofed around, rather than stick to his promises.) I never received an apology. The customer service was dishonest, unreliable, and honestly a complete joke. THEY JUST WANT THE SALE AND DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPASSION FOR YOUR SITUATION. I took time away from my kids, my job, my life, to get a mistake fixed that never should have been there in the first place had Julio just been honest about the condition of the vehicle. I will never do business with them again and neither will any of my friends or family members. Side note: Cody did the paint and dent repair on the vehicle and he did an amazing job. He doesn’t work for AutoNation, he’s a third party contractor.

Came here to purchase a used Chevrolet Suburban. Spoke to Caden Noar who was young and enthusiastic but lacked experience, and knowledge of the car he was selling and sales experience. The price of the car was decent for the year and miles but it did have issues with an exhaust leak and broken passenger interior mirror among other things. Caden and I went on a test drive and the car drove well but you can definitely hear the exhaust leak. After the test drive Caden allowed me to pickup my wife at home with the car and bring her to the dealer. She was able to drive it and liked it but wanted to ensure these issues were fixed and that there not be any more hidden issues. We handed Caden the keys and told him we are going to have dinner and discuss. We decided to sleep on it and got a text from Caden the next day. We advised him we wanted a discount for the issues to cover repairs and advised that his manager would only take 750 off because there were multiple people looking at the car. I told him deal! I just want a repurchase inspection to ensure there are no other issues and we would get the deal done. Caden was advised Branch auto was right down the street and they were expecting the car I asked him if he could just drop the car off their since we were all the way in Castle Rock and once the pre inspection was done and it looked well then we would drive down and sign for it, this was about 1pm. Caden said sure no problem. A few minutes later he called back and said his manger told him he could not do that because multiple people are looking at the car and that Autonation does their multi point inspection and that should suffice and he could give me a copy of the report. I told him I had never purchased a used car without my mechanic touching it. I then asked him for a copy of the inspection to see just what was found. I then called Caden multiple times and he did not answer with questions. I got a text asking what I needed. At this point I just told him I’m gonna come down there and talk to his manager to show how serious I was. Upon getting to the dealer Caden greeted me and was going to hand me the keys to go to my mechanic for pre inspection but when I told him it’s 4pm the car may have to sit overnight because it’s so late now, he told me had to ask his manager. That was the last I heard or saw from Caden. The sales manager Ryan Kelly came out and told me he was not going to release the car for a pre inspection that I could do it after I purchase the car and I told him “how is that a PRE inspection check, if it’s after the purchase” he argued that Autonation has a multi point inspection and they also have a 5 day 250 mile warranty. I argued thats after you run credit and after all the paperwork is done, so if I have to roll back the dice my credit already takes a hit. I then told him this is not the first used car I have purchased from a Autonation and the last time I drank the koolaid only to find out later that the car had issues. He then told me again that there are multiple people test driving the car right now and that there was an appointment set for tomorrow in the vehicle also and that maybe after the appointment tomorrow I could take the car for a pre inspection. It took everything in my power not to tell Ryan off. I told him “ you mean to tell me that I am now at the end of your priority list on this sale even though I already told you done deal pending pre inspection that I am going to pay for and I was first to look at the vehicle” He then shrugged his shoulders and told me to call him tomorrow. At that point I don’t care how good the deal, the service, sales and customer service are terrible. Caden is inexperienced and doesn’t have the knowledge base and Ryan is a terrible leader who doesn’t know how to treat customers or care. If you find a car in their inventory that you like here go to another Autonation and have them pull the car , the staff here is horrible what a waste of time.

After searching for months for a unicorn deal on a truck I decided to look out of state. I bought my last truck from Auto Nation and had a great experience so I thought I’d try again. I found one at Lone Tree and met Max Curtis. Unfortunately, the truck I was interested in sold the same day I saw it but that didn’t deter Max! After presenting me with several options and me turning them down he continued the search. In less than a week he had another one, this time he nailed it! We drove six hours from NM to see my unicorn! It was perfect for our needs and had everything I wanted. Max was professional, personable, knew the vehicle and was able to answer my questions. Talk about service after the sale, he’s called, emailed, or texted more times than I can count to check us and the truck. Another amazing experience at Auto Nation! Thanks Max! John

I had the pleasure of working with Steven. He was so great. He really walked me through each step of the way and explained things to me well. He was able to find me exactly what I wanted. It was a quick and efficient. I highly recommend working with him. I felt comfortable and confident that he was actually wanting to help more so than just trying to get me to buy a car.
