I purchased an interior car detailing from Groupon. I read the fine print, and there was no mention the cargo area was not included in the detailing. When I booked the appointment with Car Toys there was no mention the rear was not included as well. I was a little disappointed with the thoroughness of the detailing, as well that the back was not cleaned. I would have added the rear cleaning if someone would have mentioned it. However most of the hard part had been taken care of and I would say it was still worth the money.

Went there recently to get my wife a new car radio since it’s an old car. We picked out a radio we wanted and were told they didn’t have all the parts in stock. That’s okay no big deal, I was told they’d give me a call back the next day but I didn’t get one. So I called the store and spoke to a very rude employee either named mark or Mike and was told they’d call me the next day because they hadn’t left to get the part they said they’d go get the previous day. At this point I decided that I didn’t want to buy anything from this store with that rude of a guy working there, but it’s been a week and a half and still no call back yet about that part. Guess my T-Shirt and jeans college look makes me to poor to buy a new radio i was ready to pay for day one. Don’t go here if you want service because they ghost you if you’re to poor looking. 👎

Dropped off car day of install and it was done in about 4 hours. Way faster than what they estimated it to be done. Install is clean and the product is working great.

These guys did a great job on my tint & installing my radar detector. I’m very happy with the finished product. . 1 con though. They called me at 2:40 to tell me my car was done. I paid over the phone & expected to get in my car to get back to work on time. I had to wait extra time when I was there for no reason. This made me late for work. Just some feedback for whoever reads this. I would still use them again.

Came here to get my 330i visor and windows tinted and I was nervous about my interior getting dirty since it’s a cream color but the car came back nicely tinted, clean, with no scrapes anywhere so you know they’ll take care of your vehicle! I got my car detailed. This is the package I got Interior detailing package includes: Deep vacuuming of the interior of the vehicle Cleaning of the interior including dash, vents, instruments, and trim Cleaning windows inside and out Application of Adam’s Interior Detailer to the interior to provide UV protection and nice clean finish 30 minutes of an O3-Ozone and odor neutralizer treatment Finishing with a scented Adam’s odor neutralizer. I asked to get the smell taken care of. I did an upgrade to achieve this. But not only is the smell still there but the vacuum was horrible the windows were horrible. They did not call me when done. I just feel like they didn't do a good job at all and the smell is still there. Super disappointed with the service I received.

I’ve visited this location 3 times over the last month for component speaker installation, window tint and a 12in sub in my VW Tiguan. I could not be happier with all the services I received. Prices are competitive maybe a little expensive but that’s to be expected when you provide quality service and products. This new Sub hits different! I would recommend this Car Toys to anyone👍

FINAL EDIT...READ THIS! This is a hard-won 4-star review and would be a 5+ had the journey to get here not been so difficult. But...consider this a gold-guilded and polished 4-star review with accolades. After many (too many) visits to the Lone Tree Car Toys, the new manager, Mike, and the technician, Brian, were finally able to fix the long laundry list of issues created when I first took my car in. All things considered, the technical issues may have been a confluence of hardware and software issues coming together to make the perfect storm, which if true is not the fault of the guys working at the store. The initial response from the previous manager and Car Toys Corporate was a shrug. And dudes...I was not happy. After a fairly heated exchange (mostly on my end), Mike took the ball for team Car Toys and ran with it. There was another 3-4 visits, (for a total of 7-8 visits) and lots of time on my end coordinating drop offs and pick-ups mid week, but eventually diligence paid off. After removing the 3rd party alarm, replacing the Maestro unit, and then the head unit, everything seems to be working. The A/C knob stopped working right after the first visit but thankfully is back to new. I love my car again! Seriously, had it not been for the initial (and expected) corporate reaction and the sheer number of visits, this would be a 5-star. Certainly Mike and Brian deserve 6-stars for their commitment to solving the problem. Thanks for seeing this through to the end guys! EDIT: Store is under new management and they are taking steps to resolve the numerous issues on the vehicle. Will update further as project moves forward. Bumping from 1 (zero) star to 3 star for Mike and Brian's efforts. Still having issues but they seem committed to resolving. Nothing perfect in this world...just want some effort and they're trying, so that's good. Hoping this all gets resolved and happy to further edit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!!! I can not stress enough, the incompetence at the Lone Tree story is astounding! I spent over $8000 on "toys" to my new car and the only thing that works is the subwoofer. I have taken my car back 4 times now, and each time the problems get worse. Now that they've dragged out the repairs, they say it's past the 30-day window and won't honor the return policy. So I'm stuck with $8k of crap equipment that doesn't work. This isn't even an exhaustive list of the missteps, manipulations and flat out lies. • Head unit randomly turns itself on and off. • Head unit disconnects and shorts out near hospitals • Head unit does not dim at night, causing safety issue. • The radar detector...same. Randomly shuts on and off. • The car alarm I had them install...randomly sets itself off, usually early in the morning, waking neighbors up. I have resigned to disconnecting the battery and no longer driving my car. • Key fob no longer works. The only way to unlock car is by touching the handle. That or just leave unlocked. • Key fob no longer opens trunk. • At times the heads lights refuse to turn off, no matter the position of the switch. • The USB plug-in's no longer connect. On the 3rd visit I was told by the store manager that it wouldn't be a problem to bring it back and remove all the components, refund me my money and make me whole. On 4th visit (3rd visit fix didn't work) I am told by the new manager (now the 3rd manager at the store...tells you how well they're doing) that nothing is refundable. Not one cent. Rather, the "fix" would be to swap out to different equipment, at my cost, that doesn't "really fit in the vehicle right." Are you kidding me??? This is the fix, is to make it even worse??? If these were my answers in my professional I'd be toast! I told the (now 3rd) manager this was unacceptable. He told me I'd have to hunt down the 2nd store manager (no longer there) and take it up with him and that he was unable to offer any other solution. Then he hung up on me. CAR TOYS IS POSSIBLY THE WORST VENDOR I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Visited the Lone Tree location this morning. Staff were helping two customers so I waited patiently. When staff finished with one of the customers I was not acknowledged. I walked to the front counter but both staff members appeared to be assisting the remaining customer so I again waited. Another customer walked in and was immediately acknowledged by the staff and they began to assist them. I was not acknowledged until I begin to walk out of the building. I am a person of color and the other customers were not. Apparently the staff working today at Car Toys were not interested in assisting a person of color.
