I paid over $4000 to have a stereo, speakers, subwoofer, alarm and a back up camera installed. I had my truck in there 8 times because the stereo would quit working, and so my heat controls wouldn’t work…. Then my alarm would arm when I’d close my liftgate. After 2 years of fighting with the systems and them, I moved across the country and when winter started, my brand new battery was always dead. Longer story short, I had to pay someone to uninstall that alarm because it WAS the problem. No more dead battery even after days of not driving it. Sure they tried to make it right several times, but in the end, you should not have to go back approximately 8 times, let alone pay more to have the things taken out so you can make Dr appointments. I missed appointments for spinal injections, (very important), because my battery was always so dead that the key itself wouldn’t even open the doors so I could jump it. Choose somewhere else if you don’t want constant issues. Sincerely, The one who makes it to her appointments since uninstalling alarm system! Brad, I’m really sorry I had to do this because I’ve known you for years and you yourself wouldn’t even return my calls. That’s really too bad.

I own a Wildland fire brush engine and I needed some extra USB chargers installed. Mike B. installed the charging ports and made a modification of a on and off switch on request right then and there when we came to pick up the truck. I will always go to Brads going forward. The price was too good to publish here- I wouldn't want to get anyone in trouble ;)!!

Just had a full system installed in my car, along with a sub and dash cam in the wife's new car. Travis was amazing to work with and listened to my thoughts and understood what I was looking for. Just picked up the Mazda today and am literally blown away with the system! Although it has been many years since I competed in car audio competitions, I do have an ear for quality and Travis and crew killed it!!

Very disappointed. Not really into these ratings but this is stuck in my craw. Have been a loyal customer to brads for years. Lights. Security system backup camera and another visit for something or other. I feel I've showed true dedication to Brad. Went into get new viper key fabs and it was 70 some bucks. Gave me a break and knocked it down to 63. I get on line and there 29 each. Now I fully was to pay the up cost as I know a business must profit. But more then double? I was shocked. Because I was a loyal customer. Please in the future Brad remember the ones who keep coming back. Cause I now will go else where.

Had a great experience at Brad's Car Tunes today. The wifes car radio was on its last leg and needed to be replaced. Called at 9 am, got the car there by 10, and had the car back by 2. They even went above and beyond by making the new system work without having to order in a spendy new dash kit. Saved me hundreds of bucks. Awesome people down there! Very glad I came to Brad's

We were sent to Brad's for new fobs, but since our security system was outdated (22 years old), we found out that we needed an entirely new system. I've lived near the Eugene/Springfield area my entire life, so I knew from the longstanding reputation in the community that Brad's specializes in stocking only high-quality products and offering professional, personalized installation. We had the new security system installed, and decided to throw in an Alpine touchscreen media receiver and a back-up camera. Our entire experience was fantastic, and everyone in the shop is professional, kind, and offer impeccable customer service! Travis in particular stood out, as we were able to eavesdrop (while we were in the waiting area) on his kind, knowledgeable, professional treatment with every customer who walked through the door or called on the phone. About 2 years ago I went to Brad’s Car Tunes to get upgraded sound in me Bronco and got hooked up where the music was loud and clear while rolling down the road with the top off. Amp, speakers and subs. Recently I had him do me Ram. Again, amp and subs. Super fast service. No issues and most importantly a great price. If you’re wanting better sound I’d recommend checking out either location!

My experience with the entire staff at Brad's Car Tunes was amazing. I had them do a full system for my Camaro 2SS and I am incredibly happy with the finished product i received. The staff at Brad's Car Tunes built a custom sub box and amp rack then wrapped it in vinyl to match the color palette already existing in my car. They helped me pick out the best products to go into my vehicle and were realistic on the pricing for me without any hassle. Having just completed my first joy ride with the new system i am thoroughly impressed and would recommend anyone looking to get any audio work done on their car to visit this wonderful establishment. Have an 01 Silverado was quoted $1000 for the same work at other shops, they just did for around half the price and their local and they were friendly and they cut me such a good deal. I called my brother who brought his truck in to have them do work absolutely top-notch customer service, friendly, funny, fair pricing worked out a good deal. Installation was done immediately took an hour and a half will be going back
