This place deserves 10/5 stars. I am impressed with the professionalism, honesty, and kindness here. Shoutout to Amy for being so awesome and giving me all the information I need. They were able to see me ASAP—no appointment necessary. This easy to find location features vending machines and a coffee maker which are a huge plus. They also do far more than just brakes, and their prices are incredibly reasonable. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you Brakes For Less for taking such good care of me. I’ll definitely be back for scheduled maintenance along with any other issue that could potentially arise with my vehicle. Y’all are great!

Update: This has got to be the worst business in Lafayette, LA. I cannot see what others are raving about here unless they are solicited/fake reviews like they tried to get me to do. First off, when I went in to check a brake squeal in the back, I was 'sold' a front brake job at an exorbitant price along with falling for the hyped up, overpriced WSW blade replacement. Then the mechanic bragged about being the best BFL shop. Oh, he was so fast, I guess he forgot about cleaning up the drive bays... or was it intentional that a screw got in my tire in such a way that a reputable tire shop had trouble assisting me so that the tire wasn't ruined. I. also, guess that it's too time consuming for the mechanic to install the center tire caps correctly... One was missing. Their ONLY positive point was replacing it. And to top off this horrendous experience, the wrong mileage was entered in their computer, and it showed that 3000 miles was put on my Avalanche as it sat in their shop. This still does not match the odometer. This discrepancy was entered into the Carfax database wrong and showed up when I wanted to trade it in. And now they put my cell number into their text message system to remind me to have my brakes changed, yes changed... every 2 weeks?? What a joke. My bad... I believed the prior reviews about this shop. It won't happen again. The sad part is that this hurts reputable companies that do excellent tire jobs, like Southern Tire. Now bfl is claiming that they do any sort of work on any auto. Hmmm I wonder if they are licensed and insured for this.

Fast efficient really no weight guys are always on the point. This is the second time I come to this location just like the other location they satisfied all of my car needs. Receptionist is super nice. The staff is friendly. I would recommend this place. They also got a special going on right now for 5999 for an alignment with a $10 off with a Google review.
