BEWARE of this shop! They are scamming people! Came in to get my brakes checked and get a quote for rotors and brake pad replacement. Was told both front rotors had to be replaced given they were worn badly along with the pads. Also the rear brakes Measure at 35% but the rotors were at 60% was told it was going to cost $842.31. Took my vehicle to a local dealership the front rotors were at 90% and brake pads were at 50%, rear rotors were at 80% with the pads at 80%. Dealership changed out pads and did the brake flush for FREE. Total cost $248.00. BEWARE of who you let look and inspect your vehicle. Brakes needed to be replaced but rotors were in perfect condition and showed very minimal wear.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for years. The service is prompt and reliable and I have never had to return for a problem that came up after they completed the work. Even something as basic as an oil change, which I used to do myself, I have been taking to this location so I can have a second set of eyes to catch potential problems that I may miss on my own. They are never pushy and I have come to trust both their recommendations and quality of work.

Yesterday was the second time I have taken one of my vehicles to this location. Both times I have been extremely impressed with how this location treats their customers. I was a mechanic in a dealership for 15 years and have a hard time trusting someone else to take care of my vehicles. Waiting in the lobby while my vehicle was serviced, I overhear how Sandy and Brandon discuss customers vehicle concerns/findings with their customers. I have never heard one repair recommended that didn't make sense or seemed like they were trying to upsell/oversell repairs. They tell customers what their vehicle needs at the moment and what they should be aware of for the future and can wait. Sandy is so kind and professional to everyone and Brandon discussed more advanced issues or questions from customers with simple explanations and professionalism. At this point, I will not take my vehicle anywhere else if the service/repairs I need are something that THIS Brakes Plus can do. Thank you all!

Been coming here over 4 years now! They are extremely consistent! My alternator had went out and my battery was cooked but they gave everything to me straight. I needed to replace both but if i didn’t want to i didn’t have to… I just would be coming back sooner than I would like lol! They worked with me to find a price that worked for me and knocked out exactly what I was looking to get done. Brandon is my guy! He looks out for all and is very understanding! I also appreciate that the entire staff is helpful even when the staff I usually work with are not in. Cars are expensive to keep up with but quality customer service and quality work on the cars mitigates any of that at this location!

This place is a complete scam. I came in for a simple overheating issue and was talked into nearly $2,000 in repairs I did NOT need and shocker, it didn’t fix anything. My car is still having problems When I asked to speak to a regional manager, the store manager flat-out refused. No accountability, no integrity, just take your money and shrug. If you enjoy being upsold, ignored, and left with a worse car than you came in with, this is the place for you. Everyone else avoid at ALL costs.

Jess with brakes plus is amazing! I’m a young father with two kids and a a stay at home wife, we have one vehicle used for work and our sons school, we have a limited budget and Jess was phenomenal at working with our budget!! No communication. Take the day off before you schedule anything. I took my car in because my breaks were being spotty. I scheduled an appointment for a break pad replacement thinking that was the issue. After waiting the full hour thirty, they came back out to tell me my brake pads were good, but threw a $1,600 list of other issues I needed to take care of. They did throw a discount on the overall price, but I didn't know they were inspecting my car and they didn't let me know till they were done. So problem not solved, but located. They said I needed these issues fixed immediately and to keep my car parked till we went through with the fixes. I decided to jump the gun and go ahead with a second appointment fixing everything they had listed, they ordered in parts so I could get my car in as early as 9am. They said they'd get it quickly put together and should be finished around lunch. I waited till about 12:00pm before making a check-up call. They said everything looked good, just draining air and gonna give it a test drive, but seemed to be on the closing ends of the operation. When I arrived at 2:00pm, they gave me a greeting, but it wasn't until 10 minutes later that they said they were about to call me because the part they ordered was broken. Now it'll be ready before the end of the night. I mean, I get it. Shit happens, things don't work out, but I would've hoped for a little better communication so I wasn't running back and forth on a 30 minute commute. I also don't get the point of giving me a list of everything that needs fixing then deciding to not go forward with a couple of them. Final update: appointment scheduled at 9:00am, picking up and ready at 5:20pm. There is a new warning light in my car that requires me to take it back, but perferably to a different dealership.

I was taken care of by Sandy today for getting my breaks done and her customer service is exceptional! From booking my appointment over the phone to checking out she was absolutely wonderful!
