They did exactly what I wanted. I arrived to get a price quote and to look over the fabric options. I thought the price was reasonable and the fabric. The owner said it would be about two weeks to receive the fabric order. Almost to the day, he reached out and scheduled the job. I dropped off my car at 10am and was able to pick it up the same day around 5p. Ron did the job and it turned out beautiful! They matched the fabric based upon the brand and model (Toyota Rav4) and I could not be more pleased. They also did my sister's car years ago and hers' still looks great.

I had a great experience. I had both my front seat reupholstered and my car looks incredible. They did a fantastic job. They told me what to expect and how long it would be. Very convenient : They have a drop box and I was able to drop off my car before before they opened. Overall I would highly recommend them.

Ali provides the best service anyone could ask for- fast, courteous, low price AND superior work. I may never need his service again but i would never look anywhere else. You shouldn't either. Someone said he doesn't answer the phone. He is busy working BUT send him a text and the reply is quick. My 10 yr old VW needed a headliner replaced. One company said he wouldn't work on the car because it's too difficult. Another said the same but quoted $1100. Ali did it for $300 in 1 day. The results look better than new.

They reupholstered a motorcycle seat for my 2004 Honda CBR F4i and it came out perfect! Seat was done in 2 hours and back on my bike! Very nice people. I’m a customer for life!

I wish I had before photos of how bad the seat looked when I brought it in- the two outer panels of the seat were torn up and duct taped when I got the car. They were able to replace those panels in around 24 hours, and it looks great!! Much faster than I was expecting and reasonably priced. I’m sure once I have everything cleaned the seat will look brand new thanks to their work!

I called them yesterday afternoon, Right after I burned a hole in the seat! 😔😖 I spoke to Ali the owner, he gave me a quote with just texting him a couple pictures of the damage. And I needed it repaired quickly ! I got there this morning, and was done in about an hour and 15 minutes.. Only because I talk so much, to Todd who was doing the repair. Very much an outstanding, and most excellent job!! They got me in and out when I was in a hurry!! Highly recommend them! they took excellent care of me.. You can see the repair is excellent!! Business Reviews 2022 8/15/2022 - Broadway Upholstery, Gainesville FL Communication! I chose this "Broadway Upholstery" because they were the highest rated(4.8 stars on Google) on in Gainesville. I had a custom item. I brought in the a center console cover for VOLVO XC60 that needed modification. I arrived in the morning and was told it would be ready in the afternoon. I called to check on the status in the afternoon. I called four times, each time I getting voicemail stating they did not check their voicemails often and that I should hang up and try again or text them. I sent them a text and did not get a response. When I got to the store Ali checked his text and saw my message. They had not to c started working on it. Ron said he would drop what he was doing to work on it and that it would take a half hour. I returned about an hour and 20 minutes later and they were still working on it. Ron did a good job. He ended up customizing the console cover in a way that made it highly useful in my car. I would go back to this business keeping in mind that it's difficult to communicate with them via phone and text. 4 stars die to poor communication.

These guys did an appalling job on my seats, not only did they refuse to repair them they told me that they were going out of business and for me to come pick them up. It only took about 1 week for all the stitches to come apart The fabric itself was ripping at the stitching because the amount of times that they had to try to stretch the fabric to get it right. They were also supposed to wrap my dashboard and completely destroyed the dashboard in the process, I never got the dashboard back. The only reason I did not Sue these people is because he said they were going out of business which they never did it was just an excuse and I have all of the text messages.

Looks a little rundown. Patching service was complete trash, do not get it. You would be much better DIY with Amazon. However, if they replace sections of your leather entirely, it looks pretty good. It wasn’t an exact match, but it’s pretty hard to spot unless that’s what you’re looking for specifically. Overall, I’d probably drive out farther for an upholstery place, as it was pretty expensive and the way prices were explained made me confused. No straight answer on material cost vs labor.
