I can't even say with only words how much I'm happy I found this place. My car was fixed so fast and for a reasonable price (in other places mechanics wanted to charge me at least twice more!) Mark is a great professional, he finished work unbelievably fast and good, I'm so grateful for that. Now I know the place where I can always bring my car if any issues. Thank you a lot! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I swear this place is the best. They are not the type of people to get you for your money they really care about your safety first. After getting work down on my Chrysler town & country, I did not have enough money to pay for new breaks. They did not want to send me my way with the condition my breaks were in so they did the breaks for me and told me to worry about the payment the next time I come back. These people are a blessing, I have kids that travel in my car everyday. I couldn’t ask for a better experience yet this is not my first time doing business with them. Prices are not expensive and the labor work is very fast.

I'm sooooo glad to have found this place. It's so difficult to find a good mechanic and shop. Frank (I hope I have his name right, I'm horrible with names) was professional, thorough, and walked me through everything related to my brakes along with the mechanic working on my brakes who was obviously a pro. Services were definitely reasonably priced. The work was done super fast. Clean waiting area. Just a smooth transaction all around and I'll definitely be a new loyal customer!

I tried during the morning hours and it was a mad house. Not in a bad way, but because the place was just so busy and so many people wanted their service. Which I saw as a good sign. Called later in the day, and they told me to come on over since it wasn't busy. I got an inspection, oil change, and head light lens cleaning all done in about an hour. The service was professional. It's a sizable place and seemed very well run. Plus, the prices were totally fair and no tricky added feeds. So happy I found this place. Totally recommend them and will go there again.

How in the WORLD could my car need 2 oil changes within months!! I paid $85 dollars for synthetic oil in july!! They put the sticker when to come back!! I went again in OCTOBER n pay another $85 dollars!! Now its november n my service light is coming on again!! Idk WHAT these people did but they charged me n did NOT put synthetic oul in my car!!! I have been coming here for YEARS!! Never AGAIN they ripped me OFF!! WARNING n i have NO leaks!! My car is brand new under 9k miles!! So this reply is trash FRANK!!! N trust i will find a better place!!! The dealership!!!

IF THERE ARE ANY REVIEWS CLAIMING “LACKLUSTER or DISHONEST PRACTICES” IT’S A LIE!!! Took my vehicle in because I don’t play the check engine light games and I saw their reviews. I had a nice bill but I had no problem paying. 3-weeks later the check engine light comes on again. I’m thinking “here we go!” Took my car in and I also told them about another issue. Got a call later that afternoon, the check engine light was from the previous work and they fixed the issue. Not only did they not charge me because the problem was covered under the first repair, they couldn’t find the other issue that I was talking about. SATURDAY my check engine light comes on, Monday I take my car in the shop and leave it. They can’t really tell if it’s one out of 3 possible issues. They told me if the light comes back on, bring it back. NO CHARGE. THIS IS MY GO-TO REPAIR SHOP!!!! They don’t make up stories or try to get over, they would rather be honest and keep their customers ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (⭐️)

I started going here this year. All three times (inspection, oil change and electrical lighting work) were all drive up and unannounced. They took the work immediately even though they were busy. They price the work to you before they start and update you on the progress. They are well staffed and have a large work area with multiple vehicle bays. Clean shop, well lit and professional staff. They are not one dimensional. They do it all (except paint your car) at a very reasonable price. This is my go to shop and feel comfortable referring anyone I know to this establishment for automotive service

A friend of mine recommended this place and I'm glad he did. This place is very clean and the workers are very helpful. Victor was the gentleman who worked on my car and I didn't know what to expect but overall it was above and beyond the service that I received. The price was a lot lower than what I thought I was going to pay. The gentleman who helped me when I went the next day whose name is Frank was super courteous and helpful and took his time to explain the situation. Thank you to both of these gentlemen. I will be bringing all of my business here from here on.

I arrived at 6:00 PM, based on your Google Maps listing, which states a 6:30 PM closing time. However, I was informed by a staff member that you were already closed and had begun closing procedures. Posting an inaccurate closing time is misleading and caused a significant inconvenience. To avoid disappointing other customers, please update your hours to reflect your actual closing time. 1 star for you.

I took my vehicle here to recharge my air condition on my 2012 Town & Country because of the positive reviews. Every year around beginning of the summer I had to recharge my AC because it was not cooling. After the recharge at Bronx Auto Repair Corp my AC is so cold to the point I have to turn it off. They told me that they did not see any leaks and that the place that I was going to recharge my ac was doing it incorrectly. 2nd Review - At Bronx Auto Repair Corp, I recently brought in my Chrysler Town and Country for an oil change. Frank, the friendly and welcoming staff member, greeted me and quoted a reasonable $65 for the service. During my visit, it was evident that people in the community stopped by just to say hello to Frank. Once the service was completed, they noticed a faulty fog light. Even though I had recently replaced the bulb and knew the issue was with the harness, they promptly addressed it without any extra charges. The team made necessary adjustments to the harness and fixed the problem. This was my second visit to this establishment, and both times I received exceptional service. I'm giving them a five-star review for their consistent quality. Bronx Auto Repair Corp has definitely earned my trust as my go-to place for vehicle maintenance.

Typical experience when going to a mechanic. They fix one issue, but take no accountability for another issue that occurs from their “repairs”. Check engine light turned on after leaving car with them. Will charge you again from having to bring car back and doing another “diagnosis” after paying significant money for initial repairs.

I actually went here expecting to speed well over $600 from being confused and not sure what certain issues was with my car. Turns outs just needed something tightened and an oil change they was super honest with me, unlike pretty much all Auto Shops. They are definitely the BEST in the Bronx in my opinion. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else for repairs. The photo’s I posted is of a second issue I had months later. I could go into a lot about the situation but they saved me $100’s by being AWESOME and Honest 🙌🏽🔥 If you come here and it’s packed and a long wait JUST BE PATIENT…. It’s worth it ☝🏽
