I've been coming here for around 5 years and I posted a 5-star review back in 2016 when I was a new-er customer. I'm happy to let people know that after several more years, and several more trips, I fully stand behind my 5-star review!! These guys are hands-down one of the best, most straight-forward, reasonably priced auto shops in the area. If your fix can be done some place else cheaper (like, at the dealer if still under warranty), they'll tell you. They 100% stand behind their work. They installed a new part with a rubber boot on my car and a week later, I noticed grease coming out of a tiny pin-hole in the boot. They replaced it immediately at absolutely no charge and a pin-hole like this could only come from the factory that made the part or the local distributor - it's not something they could have messed up. For those who keep track of this, if there are two ways to diagnose something - let's say a faster, easier, but less reliable way that uses a cheaper piece of equipment, and a slower, more involved, but more accurate way that uses an expensive piece of equipment - they'll use the more accurate way and they'll charge you slightly less than other area shops usually charge for the quick, easy way. Great management from a friendly, very experienced mechanic named Angel who constantly makes sure they are providing honest, high-quality work and the steady flow of customers, constantly full parking lot, and consistently high reviews all prove this is a solid, trustworthy mechanic. At the time of this review, the owner himself answers the phone so it's worth it to call, or come by, and get a quote or ask them about your issue before you take it elsewhere. If no one answers during office hours, call back in 5-10min - he WILL pick up and talk to you.

My care needed the fuel pump to be replaced & another repair shop had quoted much more than I could pay so we took my car to Brother Auto Repair and their service was excellent! We had to have my husband's car towed there in the middle.of the night because of a blown alternator. The guys there were super helpful the next morning. They really worked hard to get the new alternator in by end of day. They kept in contact all day. When it was finished I was expecting a giant bill and it was actually reasonable. They told us the battery was on its last legs. They ran our car for a few hours and monitored the battery. He called back to tell me that they did everything possible to limp the battery through but it wouldn't hold a charge. He was genuinely concerned it would leave us stranded. So he replaced it as well. Again totally reasonable prices. I absolutely recommend them and will be taking my cars there in the future for service. Honest mechanics are hard to find.

Hands down the best guys in the business. They are honest, fair, upfront and get the work done. We have been going to brothers for over 10 years after several bad experiences with other Auto Repair Shops. I have nothing but praise for them- we followed them when they moved from right outside of harrisburg to downtown concord. If you need work done dont bother looking around- the best it right here!! The staff at Brothers is awesome! I have been taking my daughters car to Brothers for the past 4 years and they are nothing less than fantastic! I bought my daughter another car and 5 days later it cut off on her. I had the car towed directly to Brothers and Angel and his team worked on the car for two days trying to figure out the issue and in the end charged me way less than he could have. After realizing the engine was gone, the dealership was coming to pick up the car for return and Angel went the extra mile to remove all of my daughters personal belongings from the car knowing she would not be able to get there in time to retrieve the items herself. Angel has always been honest and more than reasonable with pricing and I highly recommend Brothers to anyone looking for an honest and reliable mechanic!!!

My check engine light came on in the middle of a road trip, and I was in a time crunch. From my first call to the shop with Angel, I could tell their customer service was great! They diagnosed the car the same day I brought it in and were finished with the work the next day. My final bill ended up being a little cheaper than originally expected, they called me with updates and once it was done, then also sent me a text notifying me the car was done and with my final bill. Just honest people and lovely to talk to. Highly recommend! I only wish I lived here so I could come back to them in the future!

Angel is amazing, In early March we took our son’s 2000 Ford Truck there for breaks & rotors replacement and he discovered other parts he needed for his truck.. there was a minor issue in the repair and he & his brothers, fixed it right away and towed his truck back to the shop.
