Excellent service. Took my Subaru in for a tire repair - they immediately found the nail in the tire, removed the nail and did the patch repair on the spot with no waiting. High quality tire patched ( from the inside of the tire) was much better than the simple tire plug done at most places - cost about half of what others were asking for the service! Highly recommend!

Raul was very friendly and we will absolutely go back there when we need new tires and front end alignments. He was reasonably priced and even checked the other tires for us. I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had with Brothers Tire. From start to finish, they went above and beyond. First and foremost, Brothers Tire displayed an impressive level of expertise and professionalism. Their transparent approach and genuine concern for my vehicle was truly refreshing compared to many local mechanics. What really stood out was the extra effort they put into solving a tricky problem. I had lock lugs on my Camaro and needed them removed (I misplaced the removal tool). My dealership priced this at $300 minimum and Brothers Tire was able to complete the task for under $50. It also only took them about 10 minutes to get them removed. They were very nice and remarkably fast. On top of their technical skills, the customer service was exceptional. They were both friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about their work. I’m genuinely impressed and grateful for their outstanding service. If you’re looking for a mechanic who combines expertise with exceptional customer care, look no further than Brothers Tire. They’ve earned my trust and my highest recommendation!

My mechanic recommended that I check these guys out! I had a low tire earlier this morning and turns out I had a small nail in it. They were super fast and friendly also affordable. They patched me up in no time. I highly recommend this place. All of them were working hard. One of the guys came over and checked the pressure in all the tires. I will definitely be back! I am a college student, not from Durham, and the employees here treated me like family when my tire became flat and a chain tire company down the street overcharged me for brakes that were placed on incorrectly and attempted to overcharge me for a new tire. My parents found this company online after reading the reviews. They charged me half the cost quoted from the other tire chain and actually had a tire to put on immediately. They didn’t have to order it so I didn’t have to miss classes. They also fixed my brakes for a reasonable price. The most important for me was that they were nice people and had provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend “Brothers Tires.”
