Got a basic car for a decent price but when we asked to have power door locks installed they were not helpful.

This place is absolutely horrible. They didn’t even run any numbers for me to finance a car. Absolutely ridiculous how fake salespeople are just to make a few grand in a day. Completely selfish.

I would like to thank the attendant Alaina who surprised me with her friendliness and professionalism, a great experience, she even helped me with the translation from Portuguese to English, facilitating the negotiation with the financial manager, another positive point was the service and friendliness of the financial manager who was simply objective and clearly honest in my point of view, I would like all resellers to maintain this level of professionalism.

I was looking to sell my car and after getting the runaround at a bunch of other dealerships I stopped at Bruce Bennett Nissan. Within 15 min I had a fair offer, the paperwork signed, and they even gave me a ride home Would definitely recommend them.

I had buyers remorse after buying a 2025 Altima but I've grown used to the car and the service since has been great there.

Price change on car I was looking at 6 am this morning confirming it was a good buy, it’s now 1pm and they added 3k stating first , they fixed something on it and then said it was a website error. I have the screenshots of price. Was just looking to buy the car in cash and there was no remorse just “ do you still want it”

Phenomenal sales experience and after service. I used to think going to dealer meant high pressure, nobody blinks until the deal is done....not here. And thats all thanks to Erika. Super friendly, very personable and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is right and looked after. All the staff supported her. It really turned what I used to dread, in to a very pleasurable experience. Thats the reason I bought my first ever brand new vehicle from these folks and Erika.

Brought my wife's car in for service. Andy was great. Took time to go everything in detail. Gave me his recommendations of work that needed to be done without feeling pressured that it had to be done or else like at some other dealerships. Had my car in and out pretty quickly and they fixed an ugly scratch on my door for free too!!!! Name one other dealership that does that. NONE!!! The best part was I brought a Subaru to Nisssan. All my cars regardless of make are going to be serviced here from now on. Only negative comment was the waiting area. It is in the showroom and they were playing club music that was a little loud. Maybe add bottle service to complete that ambience.🙃 Thank you Andy.

This is my initial review of Nissan Danbury. Although my first impression was bad with them because the car I went for sold out and still scheduled an appointment I decided I'll try again for the next listing. (There is a disconnect between online schedulers and in store availability) I bought a used 2018 Nissan Rogue SL with 87kmiles. This time I called 15min before my visit to the dealership of the availability of the car. The manager Abe and sales person Chaima this time made me feel good for giving Nissan Danbury a second chance!. 1. Overall sales process went smooth after the test drive. 2. I did buy extended warranty which Nissan offers up to 5 yrs, as this is a used car and dealer warranty only applies up to 2 months for cars less than 7 yrs old. 3. What made me feel good about the dealership is I had pointed out couple of issues with car after the purchase, Abe instantly said I'll take care of it :) shout out to Abe I'll update the review once I drive my car for some time and get my service 100k done

I was driving from Vermont to Delaware when my system alert light came on. I have an EV (Ariya) and it would not charge. Went to this dealer without an appt. They took me right in. It took about 15 minutes to repair. I was so relieved! Shout out to Mike and Victor. They deserve a raise!!! Highly recommended! Thanks guys.

Feedback on My Experience with Your Dealership When I initially engaged with your dealership, the customer service was outstanding, and I felt confident in my decision to purchase from you. However, after picking up the car, I noticed several issues that detracted from my overall experience. These included: • Scratches on the underbelly of the car. • The license plate not being properly secured with screws. • A ding in the front windshield discovered shortly after driving off the lot. I was assured these issues would be resolved, but after two months, I have been repeatedly redirected between stores without any resolution. Additionally, I have spent over $1,500 addressing these problems on my own. What began as a great experience has turned into a frustrating one, as I’ve encountered unreturned calls and a lack of follow-through. While I understand that issues may arise, the lack of communication and accountability has left me questioning whether the problem lies with the salesperson or the dealership’s overall culture. I hope future customers will have a better experience, and I share this feedback in the hope that it leads to improvement.

Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. We brought our car in for an oil change and to check a warning light on the dashboard. The oil change was pricier than other local mechanics, but this was expected. What wasn't expected was the audacity and the upcharging. We had to pay a $250 "diagnostic fee" before they would even look at the warning light. Then, they tried to charge us $3,000 for a repair that 2 other mechanics said should not cost more than $300. They tried to charge us $500 to determine "if there are rat feces in the car" and said that actual cleaning would be even more. They charged hundreds of dollars to replace a headlight, another task that other mechanics said should have been much less. Throughout the entire process we were talked down to and treated poorly. It felt like a cash grab rather than a service.
