Can’t thank these guys enough. The customer service is next level , awesome communication and extremely quick work. They had my new engine ordered and in my vehicle and me on the road in amazing time. Their honesty and integrity is refreshing, thank you to all the crew, staff and their mechanic Brian. Excellent experience. Got me in immediately with a weird engine malfunction code. Looked over car and it had more unusual codes. Explained it needed knowledge a dealer would be able to evaluate. No charge while trying to determine issue and gave me the information to give the dealer. I would definitely come back! Super nice staff. (Dealer was able to determine the issue as they had seen it before.)

The guys were great. Kept in contact with me. The only bad part was my part showed up broken. Witch delayed me getting my truck back by a day. But that's not the shops fault. They had it ready the next day at 9am. Great job.

Expect to pay incredibly high prices if you go here compared to other auto places in the valley, and they will not replace brake pads without fully replacing rotors (they won't take them anywhere to refinish, either). Total price for a small crossover vehicle brakes and rotors (front ONLY) almost $600, and completely unwilling to budge on it. And don't even get me started on their tire suggestions/ pricing tier.

My Subaru had issues with the TMPS system not working which means replacing the wheel sensors. Point S got scheduled in and were great on getting the job done. Best of all Point S saved me over $500 from what the dealer quoted I always know the dealer is the most expensive place to get work done but it sometimes surprises me of how much more expensive.

The manager, I believe his name is Tom, stayed in contact with me regarding repairs and rectified the situation with my car. Incredibly kind and helpful people! I came in after discovering a nail in my tire, and even though they were busy, they still made time to help me. They told me it might be about an hour wait, so I asked if I could be picked up and come back later. And they were so accommodating and understanding. I wish I remembered their names because they were truly wonderful. Once my car was ready, they called to let me know, and when I came to pick it up, they told me there was no charge at all. They even checked another tire that was low and filled it with air for me. Such genuinely kind and caring service!

Gills point Chris and all the stuff there are all amazing It was really cool. They had a loaner car for me to borrow, even though not fat guy, friendly, but it worked. They took care of my Dodge swap the engine. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Play even put up with me calling And bugging them about it. Not because it took longer than expected. I just really missed my truck. Thank you again for putting up with me And fixing my truck can’t wait to see you guys again
