Don’t ever use them very high price and rude people. They charged $20.000 for heavy duty towing. I never see this high bill. They charged for every single pound semi truck on top fuel + admin fee. Never ever use them.

I drive for estes express. Was heading down 85 Thursday morning and engine detonated. Figured 5 or 6 hours to get a tow. Called Estes breakdown. It would 5 mins later she called me back and said about 60-90 mins. I thought that was great. Couple mins later Jimmy the driver called. Real nice. He rolled up had us hooked up fast. Got in truck with him really nice, clean truck and very professional I would recommend this company to anyone

The tech was nice But their price are crazy 330 dollars to come look at the truck wich I kind of fix my self I understand he has to Come out and fuel and time but 330 $ wow

Called for a tow last night. The lady was rude and sounded asleep and the price just to pull my car out starting was 350. Very unreasonable. Recommend price shopping first.

They are always available, there equipment is always up-to-date and their driver/operators are always very able when sent on a call that might be a bit tricky. This is one wrecker Service that has never let me down even under the most unusual situations.

Great service! One of our trucks had an an issue where the roof of the box was peeling off. We were not able to drive it and the truck was over a hundred miles from our office. I called Buck's looking for a tow but they went above an beyond. They met our driver on I85 and finished peeling off the roof so the truck could be driven. They were very helpful and professional. Thank you for helping us in a time of need.

Wonderful, fast service! We had a 2016 Mack stuck in the area. They ran my driver by a Loves on the way to the repair yard so he could fuel up so he could sleep in the truck until morning. Lisa was kind and knowledgeable of the area and got us a tow quickly. The driver was kind and efficient. Hands down the best experience i've ever had with a road call period. They Arrived about fifteen minutes after I called. Immediately went to troubleshooting the issue. Determine the problem very quickly and had all the parts on the service truck to get me fixed and back on the road. Once complete the price was very reasonable. Bucks has always provided great service to our company and will continue to use them .my most recent experience earlier in the morning had a dead battery requested a service call there was a bucks service truck less than 200ft from my location. The service attendant was great came used a jump started my vehicle made sure I was good. The cost surprised me. For less than 200 ft away jump box start 15 min $498, I have no problem paying,seemed a little excessive considering the amount of business that our company provides
