This place is terrible. They can take sometimes 2 hours if they want to, just because they are the owner. Playing with people times and also the service on Facebook for question is bad, the guy talking thru gives information about sizes then when you go to the place after they go to check in the back for at least 20 minutes they tells you no we don’t have the size.

I have never experienced such abysmal service as I have with Burlington Tires. From February to March, I brought my car in multiple times for a recurring issue they promised to fix. I paid over $400 for repairs that never resolved the problem. Each visit was more frustrating than the last, with the same issue persisting no matter what they supposedly did. What makes this ordeal even worse is their complete lack of communication. They rarely answer their phone, making it nearly impossible to get any updates or help. When I finally did manage to speak with someone, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Despite my repeated visits and phone calls, they never attempted to genuinely fix the problem. Burlington Tires has been a colossal waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers and know how to fix cars.

Definitely not happy with this place at the moment! Paid for them to do easy struts, tie rod ends and an alignment this morning then turn around and open my hatch and find my struts never got put on! Then get told he misunderstood that the price he gave me was only for the tie rod ends and alignment. Then to beat all they said the outer tie rod ends that I got in a set wouldn't fit but I still got charged full price for all of it! Definitely will not be back!
