Brought my 2017 Chevy Volt plug-in hybrid in a couple of weeks ago after the dealership wanted nearly $3000 to replace a $400 part out of warranty (the High-Voltage Battery Control Module). Mike worked with me, told me this was the first of these he'd replaced, and got back to me after doing some research to confirm that he was comfortable doing the repair. I really appreciate that he was so up-front and transparent through the whole process. I'd called around a few other shops as well, and nobody else aside from the Dealer was willing to even consider the repair (which I get... that battery is scary). After a few days getting the part in stock, the guys at Norris did a fantastic job with my car. It's been running just as good, if not better, than before the original component failed, and the repair was about $1000 cheaper than the Dealership wanted. I'll definitely be giving Norris a call for future maintenance/repairs on my Volt. This was a fantastic experience start to finish!

I cannot say enough great things about Norris Automotive. My “check engine light “ came on and I immediately called Norris. They had me bring it by the shop to get a diagnosis. I was scheduled a time for repairs but while they were working on it they found it was “bad gas” being put into my vehicle. I was only charged a fraction of the price I was originally quoted and my truck runs like a brand new one. I mean let’s get real…. How many automotive repair shops will honestly go below what they quoted? Norris Automotive exemplifies what it means to serve customers with integrity. I will NEVER go to any other shop.

I’m not from the Burlington area and Norris Automotive was recommended by Morgan Towing as I had broken down on the side of I-85. Norris had my vehicle diagnosed, along with checking every component in that particular system to ensure that there wasn’t anything else that contributed to the problem. Parts in and replaced in just a few hours, extremely reasonable total cost and back on the road. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

After the last snow I had to get a new battery. It was a big issue to find a battery at an auto store for my make/model…and none had the cord in stock to install for electronics …I’m not tech savvy. Crystal @Advanced Auto sold me the battery & called Ryan about putting the battery in….this was after 6:30 pm. The next day Norris Automotive installed the battery. My left LED headlight blew when my battery died (coincidence). Ryan also helped me order a new LED headlight. When delivered, I called & they fixed it the next day. Ryan is a good guy & decisive. Ryan is amazing. He is the kindest and professional mechanic/ shop owner i have ever met explaining their policies, procedures and estimates thoroughly. I took my daughter's older honda there to look over the brake system. They diagnosed the problem as well as an unrelated power steering issue. They made all necessary repairs at an affordable price providing outstanding customer service. These guys know what they are doing and I highly recommend them to anyone in search of an A+ mechanic.
