Tiffany was amazing from the start! She was very transparent and provided us weekly updates about the status of the vehicle. We chose Caliber due to a lot of highly rated reviews and they did not disappoint. They ended up fixing the front and rear bumper on our 2009 Lexus is250 from a 3 car collision earlier that month. The car looks brand new! Paint and installation looks flawless and I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone who needs any auto body work and I will be going back if I ever need any work done in the future! I am thrilled to share my outstanding experience with Caliber Collision following the repairs on my 2021 Ford F-150 XLT. From the moment I walked in, Sydney Dennis at the front desk made me feel welcomed with her friendly and knowledgeable approach. She went above and beyond to explain the entire repair process, ensuring I was comfortable throughout, all while expertly managing multiple phone calls and assisting other customers. Aris Contreras, the service advisor, was equally impressive. He took the time to walk out to my truck with me, carefully examining the damage and clearly explaining the next steps. His patience in answering all my questions was incredibly reassuring. I also appreciated the regular updates I received via text messages regarding the status of my vehicle. It kept me in the loop and made the waiting process much easier. When it was time to pick up my truck, I was pleasantly surprised to find it parked right in front, washed, and looking brand new! I had an unfortunate mid-grade accident with one of those rubber/plastic poles we typically find here in north Texas on DNT and 635 HOV lanes (was either hit that or smash into the car in front of me). The damage to my car was mainly cosmetic however it felt like the equivalent to walking around with a black eye. I am someone who enjoys cars a lot so to have a collision in my 1.5 year old car had me feeling pretty badly about the incident. Mario at Caliber Collision was more than professional; he was inviting, polite, warm, and put my mind to ease when talking about the necessary repairs I would encounter. He did a walk-around with me while I explained my story and helped identify other aspects to look at for further damage. He was also very upfront and honest about the timeline and repair techniques they would most likely do. He even made sure my rental service picked me up from his store on site without me needing an Uber or walking, and offered coffee and water while I waited. The work done to my care was AMAZING. It looks entirely brand new! The parts were all replaced with OEM parts without me even having to ask, and repaired body damage immaculately. The paint honestly looks better than before thanks to Mario going the extra mile to have the team buff out some surface scratches that I had got from factory and could never get off myself! They re calibrated all the sensors, adjusted my wheel alignment, and replaced a part that I was even unaware it was damaged or had potential to fail later on. 10/10 hands on service and quality of repair. The timeline and communication is 2nd to none. I'm aware parts are hard to come by these days due to manufacturers being behind schedule. But even so, my car was only there for 1 full week! Thursday to Thursday. Every morning in between I was given updates about my car's restoration process. I knew exactly what my car was doing on any said day and when that service was completed and moving to another station. Mario made sure to keep that contact with me without me ever needing to ask him myself. I hope I don't encounter another accident again anytime soon. But if I do, there is no doubt in my mind that this is where I will bring my vehicle. Thank you guys! :)

I was out shopping in the morning of 11/25 and when I parked my car died. I got a tow truck at the suggestion of the agent I spoke to at my Roadside service. The truck came before it was scheduled and we drove to Caliber. I have always had a good experience at Caliber when a car on my insurance was in a crash. I trust the people there. Aris looked at my car right then and determined the problem and fixed it. It was an easy fix and I drove away minutes later. I want to thank he and the other mechanics there for making the time to help me so that I could have my car over the holiday weekend!

Caliber Collision in Centro Plano will now be the only place where I take my vehicle to be looked at and repaired. This is the first time I have ever taken my car to Caliber Collision, and it is by far the best decision I have ever made. The service was incredibly fast, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they always put the interests of the customer first. The service provided by Mario Santiago and Manuel Cervantes was outstanding. In addition to communicating with me constantly, they answered all of my questions thoroughly and kept me informed of the status at all times. They were friendly and pleasant to work with. In general, we have grown accustomed to seeing the customer service industry take a shift and be quick to leave negative reviews. Nonetheless, I felt compelled to write a review and express how grateful and diligent these individuals were. These individuals deserve all the credit, and it is our responsibility as customers to recognize them and reward them for their hard work. Their assistance made the process stress-free and I am grateful for their assistance. Not to mention, that my car looks brand stinking new. Thank you, Caliber Collision! From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, I was greeted and welcomed by the staff. The associate assigned to my service was Paul and he walked me through what to expect while they had my vehicle. I was updated regularly through their automated texting system about where we were in the estimated time. Paul was great source of additional information and would also text me with more specific details so I always knew what was happening with our vehicle. The checkout process was quick and they went over everything that was done. I was back in my vehicle quickly and extremely happy with the service that was provided. I hope to never need their services, but if I or someone I know does, this is the crew I want to work on my vehicle.

This Caliber Collision location has done several repairs for us. The work is excellent, the pace of repairs impressive and the customer service unmatched. The General Manager, Chad, was very involved in the process. The Service Advisor, Ken Kite, is always fantastic and the body tech did a great job with some extra customer pay special requests as did the paint shop and detail team. Would recommend to anyone without reservation.

I had a hit and run on my car, 2023 Lexus ES 350. Insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. The Allen store does not work with Progressive. The central Plano store does. I sent in my car after I confirmed with my insurance adjuster. And insurance company sent paper work directly to the shop. Very convenient. Lesley worked with me on my rental car and the repair appointment. Aris worked with me thru the whole process. Picked up the car after 2 weeks. Happy with the results.

I don’t recommend coming here. The customer service at Caliber Collision in Plano is deceptive; they charge you extra for parts without your knowledge. They keep your car until you pay for the additional costs after the car has been repaired. Customer service is acceptable, but it becomes frustrating when they are supposed to assist you with the car repairs. They attempted to overcharge an elderly person for labor or parts, and the woman remarked, "Isn't that too much for just labor or parts?" It's disappointing.

Worst experience with their advisor, Aris, that I've ever had dealing with any collison center in 20 years. Lies about the parts ordered for my car (says it's OEM when it's aftermarket), unapologetic, and when I asked him why I was notified that my vehicle was ready when it wasn't, he flat out told me to take it up with Allstate. It's my car, not theirs. Why would you not tell me about my car? Been out a rental for almost a week because I was notified my car was ready, but when I arrived, I pointed out it wasn't. Was then told it would be ready Monday, so I didn't go through the process for getting a rental for the weekend when I only needed it for work. Then it became Tuesday. Then I get a call Wednesday mid afternoon that it will be ready by the end of the day. And they still missed a repair that was caused by the accident. Done with this shop. And my car STILL needs work. Alignment they performed is off, the new mirror is tilted up noticeably, they did not buff the A pillar from the impact, there is no valve stem cap on my new wheel and tire, and the door molding is coming off. And it's only been 30 minutes since pick as I'm on my lunch break, no telling what I will find after I wash it since it has been raining.

I can not say enough great things about Caliber Collision! They took care of my car after the accident-fixed it, painted it, detailed it (even cleaned the inside!)They were in constant contact with us about the status of the repair, which was very helpful. I needed to drop off the rental car after picking up my car, and they took care of that also. They went above and beyond, and were the nicest people! I would highly recommend them if you need any repairs!

My car is missing parts. They put it together just enough so that it looks passable in the parking lot. They take too many shortcuts, and have poor quality control after charging insurance almoat $5k for repairs. After having my car in twice for repairs, I contacted the bodyshop manager about my concerns. He put me in a car, and agreed to fix my concerns leftover from the first repair. Get my car back 2 days later, and on my way back to work, my alignment is still off, but off to the other side now. This was my 3rd trip. Waited during the weekend, jacked up my car, and checked to make sure there wasn't something bent causing them to not do the alignment correctly. When I did, I saw the new splash guard hanging loose under my car. Upon inspection in 96 degree weather on a Sunday, 5 of the fasteners were missing and it was installed incorrectly. And it is not like they fell out, because part of the old splash guard was still attached to my car. Three times it was in for repair, and a I had to remove it along with my crossmember in the heat to do their job correctly. And then I had to take my car to Firestone for the alignment that these guys did twice. Firestone nailed it the first time. I need to find a shop to fix the mirror Caliber can't seem to fix; when I have time I will deal with Allstate about them.

Imagine trusting a place you thought would never break that trust. I left my car for a paint job and a few small dents. The original estimate was 5 days, and at first the communication was good, so I felt confident. It ended up taking more than an extra week, but when I picked it up, I focused on checking the exterior work only. The next day, I noticed my car had been driven 10 miles. When I asked Ken, he said they “needed to drive it 8 miles to reset the system,” which I later confirmed is completely false since my service was ONLY paint. I also found dog hair inside my car, I do NOT have pets!! and discovered my dash cam had been intentionally unplugged. On top of that, the interior smelled overwhelmingly like cleaner, there were half-cleaned stains, and worst of all, some of my personal belongings were missing, including an item with deep sentimental value. Ken didn’t take any of this seriously, didn’t listen, and didn’t offer an apology. BE CAREFUL with this place. They clearly use customers’ cars for personal errands and do not respect your belongings or your trust.

Sending kudos to this branch of Caliber Collision especially to Chad and Aris. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! A few weeks ago, my son got into an accident and they helped us out immediately. Putting our nervousness at ease( we went there immediately after the crash). They walked us through the process and what the expectations were. Very professional throughout, kept us updated on the progress of the repair. As a mom, I truly appreciated the sincere kindness and professionalism. The body work was top notch! The office is clean and had nice plants too! Thank you!
