I came in for an appointment to repair some minor bumper damage, expecting to go through the whole insurance process and pay my deductible. Instead, the service advisor took one look at the scrapes, grabbed a buffing tool, and buffed them out on the spot - free of charge. Not only was I grateful but extremely impressed. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with my repairs. They got the repairs done earlier than I expected and Melvin was very consistent with communication, providing me with updates twice a week. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. After a horrible experience with Gerber collision where I was misled, kept in the dark, and ultimately dropped as a customer just for expressing frustration over their delay in ordering parts I was feeling completely defeated. That shop had wasted over a week of my time and treated me like I was the problem after they failed to follow through. Frustrated, I called my insurance adjuster and asked if she had any solid recommendations. Without hesitation, she said out of all the shops in her territory, these guys were the best. That didn’t seal the deal right away, but it was enough to make me pick up the phone. From that first call, I could feel the difference. Paige at the front desk was warm, communicative, and professional. Eric and Mel, the managers I worked with, were absolute rock stars. They kept me informed every step of the way no runaround, no excuses, just straight-up top-notch service and honesty. What really stood out to me was the culture behind the scenes. Most of the staff have been with the company for decades even the body techs. And both Eric and Mel were body guys before moving into management, which means they truly know the work, respect the process, and value quality. You can feel that pride in every interaction. In an industry known for turnover and rushed jobs, this shop is the rare exception: patient, detailed, and clearly run by people who care. It’s not easy to impress me but they overwhelmed me with professionalism, care, and execution. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. This is how a body shop should be run.

Great initial meeting with Mel, adjuster, at Caliber on Grand. I felt he understood what I wanted, he buffed off a little nothing and we discussed what needed to be fixed for a little scraper by another car - why we went to him, to be reasonable, but have my wonderful red car look essentially perfect again. Update: I felt they only charged what needed to be fixed - a new layer of plastic protectant, and new wheel cover - very reasonable price. They were only going to suggest paint if the plastic had not protected as hoped. I hope photos load such that you can see the work.

They knew this was our everyday driver yet they failed to fix pretty much everything that was damaged under the car and several other things that was caused by the accident. So now my wife is scared to drive our 9 month old daughter around in it because of the sound it makes ever since we were rearended they just rushed thru it and fixed it for as cheap as they could. SMH!

My car was recently damaged by another driver and needed some repairs. Caliber was perfect - they helped navigate the process of working with the other driver's insurance, getting and returning a rental car while mine was fixed, and the quality of their work was perfect. While I don't look forward to needing a body shop in the future, if/when I do, I'll be coming back here!

I went in to have some minor scratches looked at. I was planned to have to pay the deductible, leave my car there - the whole shebang. Melvin took one look at my car and said "you shouldn't have to pay for this, we can just polish this right off" - and did exactly that. So shoutout to Melvin for helping me out and not keeping my car unnecessarily or making me spend money that didn't need to be spent. Honesty is the best policy!

I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision for repairs after an accident. All of the staff were nice and friendly. A staff walked me from Caliber to Enterprise, about a block away, to pick up the rental car. He asked if he could carry something for me and he ended up carrying my purse as I had a lot of pain. It was such a kind gesture. Caliber was very communicative and kept me updated every step of the way. They kept in touch mainly via text and then gave me a phone call when my vehicle was ready (a week later). They cleaned my vehicle a bit, both inside and out. Caliber did a great job of fixing the damage to my vehicle. I can’t even tell I was in a car accident. I hope I don’t ever need Caliber again, but should I, I will return to them.

The repairs were completed. Not the problem. Heat/AC needed to be fixed, gave me a rental, fixed in 2 days. I can live with that. Money and phone were taken from my car. BIG PROBLEM. I was told by the GM he would look into the situation, and give me a call after a week. I gave multiple weeks and nothing. It was not an amount of money that would make or break my living, but it was money nonetheless and an older phone that still did work (used as a back up). I did not entirely expect anything to be returned but when promised a phone call from the GM is not done, that is the second reason why I would only go back if I have to, and that's because of the warranty from the establishment. (even though after writing this I'm sure it will be seen and they would react accordingly) ***I dont know how this review got posted on a different location let alone a different state. Caliber Collision on NE Grand did a excellent job of putting a new license plate holder on my front bumper. I went in a on a Monday, they ordered the part and called me on Wednesday the part had arrived. They installed it today on Thursday and only took them 10min. Great friendly staff!

The service was absolutely impeccable and seamless from start to finish. They even coordinated directly with the Enterprise rental car down the block, which made having a rental while my car was being repaired incredibly easy and stress-free. I received text updates several times a week, along with access to an online portal where I could track exactly where my car was in the repair process. Melvin, in particular, stood out. He was relational, attentive, and a true professional. The entire team was friendly and professional, but Melvin went above and beyond. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. The finished work is flawless. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

I’m very impressed with the level of customer service here. I had my car being repaired here through insurance and they made me feel like a valued customer beyond. I received real time updates of what’s going on, they walked me personally to the rental car lot, friendly and helpful service to answer any questions, they made a super complicated process of car repair and insurance turn into something so easy I didn’t have to think twice about, and to top it off- I couldn’t drive to pick up my car when it was ready due to having a baby and they dropped my car off at my home personally. That last bit was icing on the cake to genuinely gain a customer for life, it is things like that that truly take customer service next level especially in this day and age. Im truly so impressed and grateful for the service they provided.
