Came in with my car in bad condition from a T-bone and didn’t really have hope in it looking new again. I was devastated because it was a new WRX but when I got here for the estimate I was greeted by Lewis and he walked me through the whole process and was extremely patient with me during the entirety of my repair. I can tell he genuinely cares and that means a lot to a person going through something like this. No one likes getting in car accidents, but he made it less of a negative experience for me. Thank you again to Raymond Lewis. You’re great at what you do.

terrible service. the work is fine, but the finish part of putting the vehicle back together has been a crash course in frustration. they are very cordial and helpful in the beginning until the insurance cuts the final check. lord help me if I have any warranty items to deal with in the future. they talk slick and are friendly. buyer beware. I preempted the message below and sent an email. Do you think I got any response?

I had recommendation for caliber collision from both a good friend who has worked in the insurance industry for years as well as my own son who has had work done on his own car by them. The customer service was great. I was able to schedule an appointment right away to RN. The service advisor Jorge, who helped me out did a very thorough review of the entire car with me And together we even noticed damages that even I had not realized were there. The other driver’s insurance company clearly offered a lowball estimate and the repairs that they suggested were shotty at best and unsafe at worst. Caliber pointed out why things were needed and explained how the process worked and how the insurance company Payments would work, etc. In the end, the other drivers insurance wound up gaming my car totaled so then caliber worked with us and our schedule so that we could come and collect my belongings out of the vehicle. They allow us as much time as we needed, which was great because it was a very emotional process For me since the vehicle was purchased after my late husband passed away in order that I would have a safe and well running vehicle as that filled his wishes and promises that he made while he was alive that he would always make sure I was taken care of. So caliber collision gave me the room and the time to handle an emotional situation and a stressful situation on top of it in the way that best met my needs while keeping me informed the entire way and being exceptionally easy to deal with.

I had used Caliber Collision before for other minor repairs on my car, so when I got into an accident, I knew they were the shop I wanted to use and I am completely relieved that I did. Everything went smoothly from the very beginning and I can honestly say that my car is in better shape than before! They completely went above and beyond any expectations I had. I received exceptional service from Tim and David at 11025 N 23rd Ave, Phoenix, AZ. Tim went above and beyond by meeting me on a Sunday to receive my car as I was relocating across the country. We coordinated a time to meet since there was no towing available on Sundays. I needed to deliver it then due to job obligations and the U-Haul rental return that was also due that day. David assisted in removing my car from the trailer and safely storing it for repairs to begin. They both were kind enough to help me transfer my plants from my car to the U-Haul. They provided periodic updates to assure me that my car was being well taken care of with timely repairs. I can't thank them enough for their unmatched customer service. They deserve an award for going above and beyond!!

Not only was Dave professional and kind, but he went above and beyond by repairing the bumper free of charge. You rarely meet people in this industry who are this generous and honest. The work was done quickly, and the quality was excellent — it looks like nothing ever happened. Dave truly cares about his customers, and it shows. Thank you again, Dave, for your help and kindness. Absolutely disgraceful service and repairs. They needed 4 attempts to correctly paint the vehicle and provided nothing but endless excuses for these delays. The rear bumper when the trunk is open has the shoddiest work I have ever seen on a vehicle and is not flush with the rear of the car. I am concerned when the vehicle goes through a car wash/rainstorm water will seep into the back bumper and cause damage. It appears like someone was inebriated when they attempted to cut/fit the rear bumper as it is misaligned and has jagged edges throughout. They also put a disgusting tire shine spray that wasn't dried when I picked up the car and black flecks are now covering the vehicle behind the tires. The interior had a horrific chemical spell that had me gagging on my drive home. Also multiple "recycled" parts were included despite the vehicles being less than 2 years old, and I mean used not OEM refurbished which I could understand. This was undoubtedly the most horrific experience I have had with a vehicle, and makes being rear ended even worse. Someone from corporate needs to contact me immediately so the rear bumper and correct window tint %can be properly reinstalled. I am done dealing with the incompetence of this shop, everyone should avoid this location. Edited to add more photos.

They got my car drivable in just a short time and then did fine job replacing all the front bumper and under panels exactly in the time frame printed on the estimate. They coordinated with Progressive for my insurance & Enterprise for my car rental. Great job by all the staff at Caliber. Text updates were superb and timely.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Caliber Collision. The repair process felt completely disorganized and inefficient. They started with the body work before performing a pre-check alignment, which revealed additional damage that I had already reported. Parts were then ordered, causing multiple delays, and my estimated completion date was pushed back twice—eventually, they stopped providing an estimate altogether. I had to rely on updates, which were inconsistent and often came just before closing. Customer service was very poor. I constantly had to chase my estimator for updates, and promises to provide information were rarely fulfilled. At one point, the estimator became hostile and questioned whether someone else had called on my behalf to verify information, which left me feeling intimidated. When my car was finally ready, the door at the impact site was misaligned and sticking out. They fixed it in about 20 minutes along with other adjustments—raising the question of what was being done during the prior five weeks. Overall, the staff were unprofessional, inconsistent, and lacking clear communication.
