My car door was hit in a parking lot so honestly, I chose Caliber (S Mint St.) because I was working directly with the other driver’s insurance company and Caliber was on the list of auto body shops that they work with directly. Glenn was my POC and he was great. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and if I had additional questions, he was easy to get a hold of. The entire experience was very easy and when my car was ready for pickup, I was able to leave my rental with them. My car door looks great! The door ended up being replaced and the paint job on both the door and adjacent areas looks perfect. The car was also extremely clean both inside & out. My overall experience was very good!

my vehicle went to the mint street location and they shipped it to another location 30 minutes south to expedite repair. The work is guaranteed through my insurance and caliber. when my daughter had a problem and wanted to bring the vehicle into this location, Corey, the manager took great care of her. It was a minor adjustment. My daughter is thrilled with the work and Corey was a great help assisting her and keeping me informed

I had a dent on the passenger side of the car on my still like-new 2024 Camry with the beautiful reflective paint. Repair quote was very reasonable as compared with others and came in even less than quote. The customer service at Caliber was excellent at the Mint St, Charlotte NC location. My rep John was personable, always available, and able to answer all questions. Repair work was beautifully done and seamless. Paint was awesome and car returned washed and cleaned inside and out. I rarely write negative reviews because everyone has an off day, however every time I brought my car in - Caliber Collision broke or ruined another part, requiring unnecessary repairs to the point where I did not trust them to touch it again. I called and asked to speak to a manager, they would not let me speak to anyone besides my service contact. While he was a kind man, the whole process was infuriating. I took my car in after being rear ended, and got it back incomplete (brackets missing), my aux cord missing, and the side view mirror falling off (did not know until after leaving, went to adjust it and it just fell off). When I took it back to have the mirror replaced, I then got it back with small slits in my leather dashboard. They offered to fix that and I let them. I got it back after that and a huge rectangular outline in my leather dash on the passenger side. I did not want that fixed since the “leather repair” was extremely mediocre and a repairing it in a large area with the same quality would look awful. They then offered to replace the entire front part of my car which by that point, I was skeptical of any other repairs since nothing simple could be done correctly, much less the entire front dash. There were no other options offered. All of the surveys to provide feedback timed out because this went on for so long and this review is about a year past due because life happens and I already wasted too much time with Caliber Collision. Worst experience ever.

I had a wonderful experience working with Caliber Collision in Charlotte (Mint Street location)!! I worked with John, and he was always happy to answer any questions I had with my repair. My insurance Progressive sent me here and I'm glad they did as they also have great reviews. I was rear-ended at a red light by a truck; luckily low speed impact but both doors on my Clubman had to be replaced, along with a few other things. I brought the car in February 4th (day after accident) and left with the car fully repaired February 26th. All OEM parts and paint matched exactly. Couldn't be happier! Thank you Caliber!
