We took our van in here for an insurance claim from Geico. While there, we had them do another door panel (through our insurance company, Farmers). Clinton was great to work with and sent daily updates on our vehicle. The rental vehicle was at Caliber when I dropped off my vehicle in the morning. All I had to do was give Clinton my keys and drive off in the rental. The tailgate, rear bumper, and side door were all fixed and the painted 3 days early! When I picked up my newly fixed van, it had been vacuumed and shampooed on the interior and there was no sign of damage anywhere on the exterior. I was very satisfied by the repairs. The scratches and dents came out to about $5,000, but that was all covered through the insurance.

They were excellent at keeping me frequently updated with the repairs throughout the process and finished well before the projected fix date. Which is understandable that they give such a broad and long projected time in case something goes wrong or takes longer than necessary to fix. Regardless it was finished well before the date they originally gave to me.

Poor quality work. I had my truck in for repairs a few times and something as simple as wind guards and putting light bars back on cannot be accomplished. After having my truck back in after incomplete and crappy work. I got my truck back to find that the light bar was bolted only on one side again.. I had to bolt it myself to secure it. I Do not recommend caliber to any one.

These guys were great to work with! I had a broken windshield and side mirror, smashed door (damage inside and out), scraped paint extending just beyond the door, and some frame damage just beyond the door on the other side after a distracted driver flew through her yield sign and t-boned me. The repairs to my car were done before the original estimate date, the communication was excellent and I received frequent updates on the progress/status of my car. They made sure to get the details right. They worked well with my insurance (USAA) and the repairs look great! Overall, this was a very pleasant experience after a frustrating/traumatic event.

From start to finish this experience has been awful. Chris at Provo location was impersonal, and just wanted to be elsewhere. We were told the vehicle should be done either Friday or Saturday even though in the computer it said the completion date would be the following Wednesday. The front desk girl as well as Chris stated that the system gives a generic completion date but that the vehicle is typically finished before the estimated date. My wife and based our weekend trip on Caliber telling us the car would be done Friday or Saturday at the latest. Friday went by, Chris said they ran into some issues, then Saturday, same thing in the which he said the car will for sure be done Monday. Monday came it wasn't ready, he said the paint people at Caliber messed up the paint job so they had to redo everything. By this time my wife and I had to cancel our air b and b in Wyoming and Colorado which had no refunds, we lost over 1100 dollars and also missed several business meetings which cost us money and clients. TUESDAY came and the car was not ready, (calibration) issues Chris said. This experience was completely horrible.It cost us thousands of dollars not to mention the job that was done was absolutely amateur and horrible! He replaced one of the fog light areas below the main headlight on the driver's side with a cheap 15 dollar plastic piece of garbage and did not match the other one on the passenger side so they had two completely different looking fog light area panels leaving our Audi looking like complete trash, the bumper and fender on the driver's side was NOT fastened properly leaving it not sealed up properly and flaring out. This company is a complete joke.

At first, the issues seemed minor, but they quickly added up and turned into a very frustrating experience with Caliber Collision. When I initially picked up my vehicle, there were a few spots that hadn’t been polished that I noticed later on. That alone wasn’t a big deal. However, after that, it became one issue after another. The biggest problem was that they did not cover the rear window properly during repairs, which resulted in damage to the headliner. From there, things went downhill. They had my truck back at their shop two additional times trying to supposedly address the issue. We got it back and it looked exact the same. We got no explanation when they dropped off the truck. We had to call again to mention it looks the exact same. They took it again and same thing. Not to mention the door had to be adjusted that wasn’t aligned correctly. To be fair, they did offer to pick up the truck both times, which I appreciated. However, this still meant a lot of time without our only vehicle, and much of it could have been avoided if things had gone more smoothly the first time. Communication was another major issue. Our technician repeatedly said he would call us back, but we often never received a call, even after waiting days when he promised he’d let us know on a certain day or time, it never happened. We constantly had to reach out ourselves just to get updates. It began to feel like we were harassing them, simply trying to get answers. During the process, we were told that a detailer came to their shop but didn’t have equipment precise enough to clean the headliner. When we later took the truck directly to the detailer ourselves, the manager stated that they do not even offer a mobile service, which made the explanation we were given very confusing. Eventually, we were told the headliner could only be cleaned using window cleaner, and that anything more aggressive would damage it. Had this been clearly explained upfront, it would have saved hours of time, multiple trips, and unnecessary frustration. What started as small oversights turned into repeated return visits, poor communication, and inconsistent information. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Caliber Collision. They did end up getting everything addressed eventually however it was not easy to get to that point. The stain went away and hopefully it doesn’t come back.

Their tech Matthew was very rude and unprofessional. I called on Friday and asked when they would finish putting my truck back together. Matthew said by Monday. I called back numerous times Monday and let them know I needed my truck back that day. When I talked with Matthew again 2 hours before they closed he said it wouldnt be done till Tuesday which makes things very inconveinent for me. I asked why its taking so long, he said just backed up. They have had my truck for almost 2 weeks. I said you didnt have any time in those 2 weeks to put it back together. He said nope but I could come get it and put it back together myself. Very rude and unprofessional.
