I called up Transwest Auto at the very end of the day. Don, worked with me as the vehicle had not been through its initial breakdown for inventory. He said call back in the AM. I did and found out I wouldn’t have to wait to get the part (initially he said it could take up to 5 days). I asked if I could check the part to confirm its likeness. He had it pulled and ready to go before I got there (25 min later) and I was out the door with the part that was needed! Great customer service and ended up saving me over $200 getting this used part vs brand new. Perfect timing!

Called Don looking for a hard to find part, it is Discontinued by Manufacturer. What a fun person he is. Seems like he really enjoys his job which is hard to find in todays world. I think we poked fun at each other more than we actually searched for the part. He sent me to another auto yard business that might have the part I needed. Focusing on Customer Satisfaction and not necessarily the Sale. I will not hesitate to call him again when I have need for another part for my truck. 5 1/2 Bright Stars for your review sir. Transwest saves the day!! My experience with this company could not have been better i found an exact match color, interior, exterior side molding for the door i needed on my truck but the listing said pick up only and considering i live in florida and there located in utah pick up didn't seem like an option but after calling emailing sam he was able to ship the door out to me at a very good rate and as a complete assembly with the panel so a plug and play installation, he was very friendly and informative through out the process, delivery took exactly a week from placing the order to arriving at the door of my shop as i just received the door will add more pictures when i get it home and get it unwrapped.. if i ever need anything for my vehicles again i will definitely start my search here.. absolutely an awesome all around experience.. highly recomended..

My experience was great !! Don took time to explain to me my options for my spare tire that I wanted to make sure was good before I traveled to Colorado. He was happy to order one for me and make sure I would have before my trip the next day . I felt comfortable having time to check my tire out and know I still had an option if my tire didn't work . My tire was fine thankfully, I thought that it was pretty stand up of him to help me save some money and also make sure I was good to go on my trip with one less thing to worry about . He wished me safe travels as I was leaving!

I bought 2 front doors for my SUV on eBay. Sam offered to ship them out even though the description says local pick up only. I live in CA so it'd be a long road trip. And I got to know I can't load these 2 doors on my car at once after receiving the doors. So he saved me in many ways. Sam and Lisa provided an amazing customer experience. This place is seriously great kinda pricey but the saying goes you get what you pay for and they deliver great parts they will also show you pictures of the vehicle and videos of it running. Don is the man to go to he was super kind and understanding he helped me out the best he could on the price I bought a truck and the owner lied to me and I got a truck with a bad engine and with Christmas right around the corner money is tight already so Don came through and got me a great running engine for the best price he could he's the go to man!

I was trying to find a part that I needed, so I called Transwest Auto to see if they had what I was looking for.Well to make a long story short they did not have it. Although they did go a step or two further. The gentleman that was assisting me looked for other places to find it for me. I was pretty impressed with that kind of old fashioned service, it brought a smile 😊 to my face. To no avail though, but like I said two steps, he put me on to a place in central UT. to try a find what I was looking for because they specialize in older model vehicles. I’m incredibly grateful for Don. He has been extremely helpful and truly a lifesaver! He’s such a hard worker and definitely deserves a raise. Don was quick, honest, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to go over several engine options with me and clearly explained what he thought would be the best choice and why. He was always prompt in his responses and made sure I understood everything along the way. He even managed to have some fees waived so I didn’t have to pay my mechanic anything extra. Don made sure I was completely taken care of. As a widowed mother, every dollar counts. When you're doing everything on your own, unexpected expenses can be incredibly stressful. I’m so thankful I didn’t have to worry about finding more money or figuring out how to cover extra costs. Thank you so much for everything, Don! if i could give him more stars I would

Parts received quickly. Fast service. Ordered an engine off thier website, it worked & fit the car intended. The shipping price was was a bit expensive to have it ship to their yard. Staff was helpful. We got yelled at for stopping at a vehicle to look at the condition of the door to make sure it would work for a different vehicle (apparently that is not allowed-we didn't know that). Other than that it all went well. Part worked, they have a lot of different parts for all types of vehicles.
