Love these guys. Our car was repaired in two weeks, everyone was nice, helpful, and personable, and it was a painless process. I enjoyed chatting with Latitia while I waited, and she and Mo filled in holes Geico left out. Victor was thorough in the estimate and review, and everyone went above and beyond. It's a great place. Highly recommend.

TLDR: Go somewhere else. Tell your insurance no and find a better body shop! If I ever (hopefully I do not, but) have to get body work done to my vehicle again, I will not be returning to Caliber. Waited three weeks for a drop off appointment and then received every excuse in the book as to why it was taking so long for my vehicle to be complete. The employees are awful at communication, both with the customer and each other. The manager tells me one thing, the person calling me about my repairs has no clue what I am talking about when I mention what the manager said. Every employee tells me something different when I call asking for updates. Repairs were poor, I had to take my vehicle back multiple times to fix things. They broke more items than I went to the shop to have repaired. There were things on my vehicle that they messed up that I am unsure why they were even touching. They tried to blame things on recalls that I still have yet to hear about from the dealership.. I honestly do not know why insurance recommends them, surely they're losing money with how much Caliber messes up. Every single time I was told my vehicle was done, I would arrive to pick it up, and something else was wrong. Do not recommend, will not return, and I will fight my insurance on where to go next time.

Awesome service, excellent communication and excellent quality of repairs. They towed our vehicle to their shop, worked with the insurance and started the repairs all in the first 48hrs... Searching for mediocrity in collision work? Look no further. Hoping their professionals will know their way around your vehicle? Not a chance. Almost two years in and I am still taking my vehicle back and forth to their location. This establishment is notorious for removing trim, plugs, and accessories, and not replacing them after. The fender cover came flying off while driving on the interstate a few days ago after their most recent assessment to my car. Go with this company if you enjoy wasting your time.

On June 30th, my brand new 2025 vehicle was egged causing damage to the paint on the hood. I turned it into insurance and they recommended Caliber Collision in Bloomington Indiana, worst mistake was taking my vehicle here… it’s been one month and one week since the vandalism to my vehicle and I’m still not satisfied with the work Caliber Collision done to my vehicle. After picking my vehicle up the first time, there were black marks on the hood in multiple spots that were not there when I dropped it off. I brought this to their attention and they said they would get this issue fixed. Also, my door visor was removed and reinstalled incorrectly causing the rubber gasket around the window to be damaged. When it was raining, water was dripping into my vehicle from their poor repair. When I brought it to them to check my issues, they scratched my door visor. I again left my vehicle there to have their mistakes repaired and was called by the manager who said my vehicle was ready. Upon arriving, the same black marks were on my hood, clearly the work wasn’t checked before having the manager call to tell me my vehicle was ready. I yet again left my vehicle with them last week and was told it would be ready today. I went to pick up my vehicle today and the black marks on the hood were fixed but my vehicle was left a mess. There was buffing compound all over my windshield and windshield wipers, there is dirty marks on the fabric inside, green marker still on my vehicle, trash from the repairs left in the back seat, and an oily substance on my driver side floor matt that has caused the break and gas pedal to become very slippery. If you have any vehicle repair needs, is NOT the place to go unless you want endless frustration and poor repairs from “new technicians”

After the Indianapolis location (robbins rd) did body work through my insurance claim there were a couple parts that they said was replaced but clearly wasn't. The Indy location kept giving me the runaround for weeks about getting the parts in/ replaced and wanted me to drive to their location to get the parts put on (I live in Bloomington) and these parts should of already been on in the few weeks they had my car in their shop. I contacted the Bloomington branch spoke with the manager George there he said absolutely not driving back to Indy and that he will have all the repairs done at his location once he gets the parts in from Indy he will call me. Just like George said, he called once the parts came we scheduled a time to be dropped of and the next day picked back up! He was very polite, professional, apologetic and I was very happy with work.

Recently, I had the opportunity to utilize the services of the local Caliber Collision auto repair shop, following an accident. I was directed there by the insurance company that represents my car (Progressive Insurance) and feel like I truly got my monies worth in service. Caliber works with a local branch of Enterprise Rentals, who furnished a car for me to use while my car was repaired, while Progressive worked through the claim. The repair work was finished before it was predicted to be, which saved me some bucks in the end. I am quite pleased by the service I received!
