We were looking for a mower but they are out of stock at this time so it is difficult to give them a rating. It wasn't their fault just the time if year. The salesman was very friendly and helpful with what type of mower we would need for our properties. They have plenty of mower accessories. Will return when next years models are in.

Good facilities I have mixed feelings about my experience. I took a saw in for repair. The service manager right out the gate tried to talk me into buying a new saw. Then when i called and put 100.00 limit on repairs he called me back and said the tech would pay the bill if id let him have the saw. I question motives.

As a first time tractor owner, I came to Campbell with very little to no knowledge of this world. I was fortunate to get Jesse Steinebach as my guide throughout the process. He helped us narrow down and finalize our equipment selections, made solid suggestions on accessories and most importantly educated us along the way. It’s a rare thing these days to have a salesperson who is also an expert in what they are selling. Jesse is this guy. He’s also assisted us with dumb rookie questions post delivery and even on the weekend. Top notch service, expertise, and the highest quality equipment one can invest in. The very worst service department I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. After two days and eight phone calls just to get a response on my zero turn mower. After not hearing from Campbell’s tractor and after spending $6,000.00 thousand dollars I went to see for myself the status of my mower. After arriving at their store in Nampa Idaho, no one was at the service office. The person at the next window said” Oh I have your contact info, however no one is working today. Things the could have told me over the phone. Dan Campbell, are you aware of the fact that your people are lying to your customers, are you even aware of what’s going in your name? And your store?

WORST & most expensive service dept to deal w in 65 yrs! No one answers the service phone, takes several days of calling to get a service person to answer, extremely excessive prices, charging more for service for your mower than service for my car! $800.00 is beyond excessive. Deck never level when I get the mower back, given clean, returned dirty, charged for labor on mower that they said couldn’t do, tried but were unsuccessful & charged me anyway. I see good reviews for selling you equip, but horrendous service dept. They think an oil, filter & fuel filter change is rocket science & worth $400., when it only takes about an hour to do, then they always forget to grease ALL the fittings! Last time I use Campbell Tractor to service my John Deere mower, I will look for someone else.

Purchased a mower from here. The salesman was responsive and honest. You pay a bit more buying them here as opposed to Home Depot or Lowes, but you will save on time when servicing is needed. I will be back for other purchases in the future, and will recommend Campbell's to others.
