Nightmare experience that ended in litigation. After having it for nearly a year, Car Doctor abandoned my valuable motorhome, left in good faith in their care, in an adjacent lot that did not belong to them. It was first badly damaged and then ultimately stolen. They informed me of this theft MANY DAYS after it had been removed from this random lot and had not even filed a police report. They offered no apology nor explanation of this grievous and reckless misconduct. I searched and found my motorhome at an equally unethical scrap yard, and the damages to my rv caused by Car Doctor's absolute indifference to even basic professional conduct, amounted to tens and tens of thousands of dollars. Gordon Seybold dismissed and blamed me for this situation stating that my insurance would cover the damages caused by his gross negligence. I am very saddened and disappointed by this experience as I had believed Mr. Seybold to be an ethical businessman after growing up with his services.

The 4th street Car Doctor in Pueblo, Colorado has been a God send to us. They have excellent mechanics who know cars inside and out. We've gone to them for all our vehicle repair needs for 6 years and we're glad to have found them. They do not charge exorbitant fees and explain the charges. Gordon and his staff have at times provided us with a loaner vehicle while ours was in the sick shop. They have been courteous, reasonable, consistent and reliable. I called today and asked what it would cost to have a serpentine belt change. Not only can I NOT bring my own parts, but I was told the belt was near 65$ and labor was near 90$, with taxes I was looking at a total of 175$ FOR A SERPENTINE BELT CHANGE. That is outrageous pricing. A serpentine belt is $33 for a good quality one at O Reily(why I asked if I could bring my own). I had an alignment done there about a year or two ago and it was only 80$. MIDAS changed my transmission fluid for 120$, including a new gasket and new filter. I know I won't be considering this place again. Simply OUTRAGEOUS pricing now.

Recently had a dead battery and Car Doctor was the solution I needed. Went to their shop to have tests run to see if there were other problems that needed to be addressed. They ran the test quickly and even fixed my driver's side window when they noticed it wasn't running smoothly. I am extremely happy with their services and assistance while at the same time educating me so I can be a smarter car owner. Thanks to John and all his crew!!!
