Great shop! Very reasonable and honest people. I like how they give ur car for inspection just to do. I like the fact they dont try to just sell you parts not needed. Great prices on full synthetic oil changes at 50 bucks I used to spend at least $90-$100.

I have been here several times with all of my vehicles but will not be coming back. I have had issues a couple times previously but I came back again, mostly out of convenience. I had my Jeep towed in because my brake line broke. They were going to look it over and get me a price. When they called they said the line rusted through and it would be just under $500 although it might be more if they ran into unforeseen problem. I told them $500 was the most I had planned on putting into it because it is 20yr old rusted vehicle and I was just going to sale it to salvage yard. Then I got a call later towards the end of the day saying my calipers needed to be replaced because the bleed screws were too rusted and couldn’t get them loose but everything else was fine including the master cylinder. Wasn’t that part of the inspection i wondered. At that point it raised the cost to nearly $1,000. Again I told them I would of junked it if I knew it was going to be that much. Hoping I could get the $1,000 back if I traded it in for something I agreed to it. I called the next day to get update. Oh we’re still working on getting the brake line in. Ok fine. After I hung up, I wondered how did they test the master cylinder because I knew if they had to replace that, that was expensive. Maybe they have a way now but years ago there wasn’t when I worked on them. By the end of the next day I called to get an update and they said, oh the Jeep has been ready. News to me I’ve been waiting for a call. Then he was like, well sometimes numbers get blocked and don’t go through. Well no, your number is in my phone and I’ve talked to you several times in last year. No answer to that. Then when I go pick it up on the bottom of the paper it said declined jobs-remove replace front gasket. Whats this? I didn’t decline anything. Then I was told that was just something for them to keep an eye on. Well maybe you should tell the customer about it too and not say I declined it! Oh, and there was brake fluid all over the master cylinder. Update: (increased to stars) The district manager reached out to me and apologized and agreed the calipers should of been caught on initial inspection. They are going to reimburse me the calipers cost which I appreciated. I reiterated I have had problems in the past and this was the last straw for me as a returning customer because of trust. He stated he was going to try and make their place better which time will tell.

Car fix Shelby is the best around! My truck sat at the Serra Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Lake Orion dealership for six months last year. I still needed work done that wasn’t covered under my warranty, but I couldn’t afford to have it sit at the dealership for another six months. Car Fix Shelby serviced my engine, brakes, fuel injectors, etc. and it was only there for 2 1/2 days!! For all my fixes/replacements, you can’t beat that, my truck runs beautifully now. The customer service and communication is top tier. I primarily dealt with Raamiz, what a pleasure! He explained things so I could understand them and sent pictures so I could reference what was being said. I also spoke with Hayden, Thomas and Ryan ALL very wonderful and knowledgeable. The staff works hard and the prices are very fair. I’m telling everyone I can about Car Fix Shelby!

Took my Chevy trax in yesterday to have the valve cover inspected due to an engine code. This car hasn’t let me down in the 4 yrs having it so I knew eventually I’d need some sort of repairs done soon. Car runs so smooth again. Carfix was very honest and also let me know about another problem that’s not a big issue at the moment but for piece of mind I will be returning for my intake manifold in the coming weeks. Super amazing place. the people that work they are incredibly friendly and thorough when explaining things to you. They do a safety inspection on your vehicle when you get work done and they send you pictures of the things that need done so that way you’re not blind when saying yes to these things. The service was pretty fast. I had my car back in two days and I got charged a great price as well. I didn’t use this service but they offer a shuttle in case you don’t have a ride when you drop your vehicle off for repairs. They even cleaned the snow off my car. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this shop more.

10/10 amazing shop full of amazing people. They were patient, informative, kind and really took care of us. They explained everything in detail and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe for my kids. Cheaper than most mechanics around and honestly couldn't imagine taking my vehicles anywhere else. If you want a shop that will treat you right I highly recommend these wonderful people. Brought my car in same day. All the young men were nice,helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to keep my car and get it back to me next day. They even stayed late on Saturday afternoon so i would have it. It's the best customer service I have experienced in a long time and the price was definitely fair for the work i had done.
