I got the basic exterior detail and the brake dust removal service done on my 2017 VW Passat. After the service the paint looked great, but I wasn't 100% satisfied with the brake dust and tar removal from the wheels and there were still some bug remnants left in the grille of the car. This is where the guys at Car-Gard went above and beyond all expectations. They wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the job that I paid for. They came out to my house the very next business day and took care of my remaining concerns. They wanted to make sure that I was absolutely satisfied with the work they did. This level of customer service is not something that you see every day. The guys at Car-Gard truly care about their customers and are proud of the work they do. On top of this, they have the integrity to recognize when a mistake was made on their part and will do anything they can to make it right. I have no doubt that anyone who brings their vehicle here for service will leave without being 100% satisfied with the work that was done. Car guard turned my frown upside down. I really thank car guard for the work and specifically Luis who got stains out of my interior that I thought might’ve been permanent. The center council, the dash, the carpet. This truck was a work truck before and now it looks like you can drive your family around in it again. I mean just an amazing job from car guard, again I thank those guys for everything they did to my truck and again specifically Luis that guy was a master magician. I brought in my Subaru 2012 WRX Hatchback and all I gotta say is that I’ve taken my cars here many times and they make a amazing job with cleaning your vehicle. The car looks shiny but there’s some flaws such as very small spots where paint came off and some chips. I honestly don’t remember seeing those spots at all and the black stripes are damaged nothing major to me planing on taking them off but I though I would let others know about the black stripes. Other wise I’m still satisfied with the work and how clean my car is now. Looks really great to get other guys/girls to turn their heads.

This is our third time using Car Guard for a windshield replacement, and they continue to impress us every time. A rock cracked my daughter’s windshield on the highway, and they made the whole process incredibly easy. Their prices are always comparable (often lower) than the big companies, and the quality is excellent. I had the unpleasant pleasure of waking up to a shattered rear window in my vehicle. Called around to a couple different places before scheduling an appointment with Safelite :| (DON'T DO IT!!) I'm a single mom, so money is tight to begin with. Safelite quoted me literally just under $600 to fix it. OUCH! I did some more calling around before finding Car Guard. Thank you God!! These guys are AMAZING!! I did a quote online and literally not more than 45 minutes later, they called me. Gave me a quote of just over HALF of what Safelite wanted!! FOR THE SAME TYPE IF WINDOW!! HALF!! When I say amazing, I mean AMAZING! I was told they were booked out until the following week. Said I needed it fixed asap. Phone calls were made on their end. They literally moved appointments around, pushed them back a bit or figured it out to where I could get the window replaced the following day! Guys, this place!! I was bringing my daughters car to get a windshield on because it was badly cracked. We called around but when we came across Car Guard and did three way calling our daughter said I want to go to them. She said that she is a good judge of people and could tell by the conversation with Todd (Manager) over the phone that Car Guard would be the place I want it done. When we got there they were very kind and professional and did a wonderful job. Also, it was so wonderful to actually talk to someone and not a recording or needing to press numbers. You went straight to a person that took his time to answer all our questions. Thank you for all your help getting our wind shield back to new again. Jeremy you were awesome.
