It's an automatic car wash, pretty ineffective at getting any real grit off of a car. Too expensive for what you get. We still had to hand wash after going through the full wash package. Not recommended--save your money and use a hose.

Not happy about this place. Needed a quick wash and vacuum to return a rental car. Came here to find that their vacuum is old-school cash only. The wash itself is nothing special and pricy. The arm that goes around the car was grinding against the bumper. Thank God it didn't make any damage.

This carwash was a regular stop for me until last month when it the machine didn't work correctly. The sprayer must have been clogged-it sprayed no water & the soaps/etc splattered randomly on the car. With a half sudzy car the dryer started. So because there was no water rinse it left a nasty film on my car; my car left in worse shape than when I pulled in. BUT the worse part was that after repeated calls & emails to the company about the experience I got NO response. I had my receipt/reference number. I told the exact time/location. NOTHING. So my request for a refund or certificate for a free wash was ignored. With that level of customer service, I won't be returning.

Lights Waxing $1 for vacuum use. 4 Minutes to use the vacuum per dollar.

This is a spray-only car wash. Takes credit cards, and offers 4 choices of washes $6-13. You are out of there in 5min. That said, spray-only washes are fine if you want to decrud your car after a winter storm, but it's not as good as a a wash where cloth makes contact with your car as mine still had a film of dirt after my going through the priciest of washes.

I was at Car Lovers Car Wash on 9/15/2013. Someone had spattered something (it looked like coffee with cream) all oner the hood of my car. This car wash didn't even remove those spatters. It left my windshield dirty (I could still see the marks my wipers left) and left soap all over the windows. Don't waste your money on this place! I gave it 1 star only because a lower rating wasn't possible.

The top car wash for option for $15 doesn't get bug spots off hood. Ok if you just want a rinse off, headlights still cloudy.

I just brought the work package and went yesterday to wash my car. I thought it’s a good deal as it comes with 30days protection but it didn’t cleaned my car properly. I need to clean it again manually and didn’t found any use of this package as it sprays protection coating on the dirty car.

Decent enough touchless wash. Sometimes still leaves soap on my vehicle. As another user mentioned, dryer mainly just blows water around & not completely off. Worst of all, 90% of the time I go through, it's out of receipt paper which I need as a rideshare driver.

Got what was supposed to be the top level wash which did wax too. When I got home 5 minutes away I noticed thick streaks of wax all over my car that I had to scrub off. I might try a less expensive without the wax, but if I want to scrub my car myself I'll just wash it on my own instead of spending $15.

Decent for a quick car wash. It's touchless which is nice but also means it doesn't get the car super clean. The quick air dry only blows the water around. Worth it to rinse off pollen or dirt but not a full wash.

This car wash won’t accept any of my credit cards and only washed the sides of my suv. Left soap all over it. Terrible.

The car wash was just fine in a good way. Perfect for the wear and tear of salt and pollen. Not too expensive and not gimmicky. I had bought a pass for 5 washes and thought it included the ivy location, alas, but I called the number listed and talked to the owner? He was great! Gave me a pass to get my car washed that day and I’ll have the rest of the passes switched over. I’m not sure about the other locations, but this gentleman I talked to on the phone was very kind and did me a solid so I will be returning and recommending. Never had a problem solved so quickly.

Used to work at a car wash and I can definitely attest to this wash being pretty decent. Its touch-less which I love. I got the best one and it definitely helped rain drops bounce off. Only thing is that it doesn't dry it all the way 100%, but who cares. Its dry enough.

I got the $12 car wash. It lasted around a minute and didn’t do anything? Rain washes my car better. :(

The worst possible vacuums. I didn’t mind that the vacuums asked me for a dollar, but I did mind the two options available. The Turbo Vac (2 minutes / dollar) gave me the lightest suction possible, incapable of cleaning up anything, weaker than if I sucked through a straw. The other option, Power Vac (4 minutes / dollar) had absolutely no suction to my pleasant surprise. Please fix you machines if you’re going to have them actively taking your customer’s money.

This used to be my favorite automatic car wash, but they raised the price for the top wash to $18 and it now doesn't do as many passes, or as good of a job. Not worth it any more at all.
