Jim price gives excellent service, they are trustworthy and when you need them they are there. If I were to buy another car,it would most likely be a Hyundai simply because of the service department.

On VERY short notice on Saturday, called for a minor Hyundai car issue (long road trip next day) and I was given appointment. Also, fair price for the work. Very pleased.

If I could give a 0 I would. Purchased a car a few months ago. Just got around to writing the review one I received a email from Jim Price. I purchased the car and was called several days later to be told that they charged me to much for gap insurance and I needed to come back to sign a new loan statement. ( I am from Richmond VA so this is a 1 and a half drive and I had to leave work to do this) So okay whatever, no big deal. The financing man was amazing. But when I go back up there I had mentioned that two days after I bought the car I brought it to a local mechanic (Which gave me a estimate of $500) to have the wheel bearing fixed..So Jim Price sold me a car with a bad wheel bearing. I told this to the finance man and he stated that he would contact the in house service center and apologized. He was super nice. Now we get into the service center,. Its 12pm and I tell them I have to leave by 3pm (again it's a hour and a half ride back) I have to pick my son up and do not want to be stuck in rush hour traffic. I told them if they cannot accommodate that then I cannot get the car looked at. So they said it wouldn't take that long. So I sit inside the waiting area. at 3:00pm I go outside and ask if they had a time frame of when the car would be done. The man at the desk was the most RUDE unprofessional person that has ever helped me. I mean come on.. ya'll sold ME a car with a bad bearing. That was gonna cost me $500 to fix. He told me they were still looking at it and said "well do you want it fixed or not" I stated yes but stated I told them in the beginning of my time restriction and he huffed at me. (I literally told them what side the bearing was bad on....all they had to do was drive it and they would hear how loud it was!) then he was like we'll keep the car and give you a rental since you seem in such a rush and cannot wait. WHO WANTS TO DRIVE A RENTAL A HOUR AND A HALF HOME ONLY TO HAVE TO BRING IT BACK!! (AND TAKE MORE TIME OFF WORK I MIGHT ADD) I was very polite and stated they shouldn't have told me they would be able to get to it if they didn't have time.. He was like "Do you want your keys back or not? You wasted our time and your own" Wow..rude. I was like I want the keys. He told me to go wait outside. I go outside and guess what.... THEY NEVER EVEN PULLED MY CAR IN AND IT HADNT EVEN BEEN LOOKED AT! So they lied...told me they were reviewing it. They are the single handed most rude service center I have ever delt with. I work in management for customer service. They lack it. I have lots of friends and co workers from that area and I wouldn't recommend that service center to anyone. And guess who still ha a bad wheel bearing? SMH worse dealership shop ever!!! Go look at all the reviews on yelp.

Excellent experience! Purchased a gem of a Chevy Silverado in basically no time. A great deal for my extenuating circumstances including being out of state, a roll over loan from a total loss of my last truck, and recent hit on my credit score. Thanks Anthony and Eric!

Our adult daughter called to make an appointment for an oil change. All of her questions were met with sarcasm from the service person. She was made to feel dumb about what she was asking. No offer from him to make an appointment or look up any of our information to help her out. We have always had good experiences here in the sales department so this was very disappointing. Customer service did not seem to be a priority for this person.

Once again Jim Price service center came through in a pinch for me, because it pays to deal with a professional. As you read this you might think I'm blowing a lot of smoke, maybe I have some kind of ties to this dealership but I don't. And I've always been very skeptical of dealership service centers thinking that they charge way too much money for mediocre work, and that might be true for other dealerships but not Jim Price. Give them a try I know you won't be disappointed.

Service at Jim Price Chevrolet and Hyundai is one of a kind. I started taking my car there last year and make appointments throughout the year. Every single time I am nothing short of impressed with the quickness and reliability. Daniel is a extraordinary servicer. He is quick, prompt, calls and explains, does not lie, and does not beat around the bush when it comes to what is best. I happened to overhear him speaking with another customer today actually; he not only approached them while they were sitting in waiting room, but he sat down with them, made eye contact, and explained to them what they should do. He encouraged them to NOT spend x amount of money but gave other advice as to what they should do -- that is something you don't hear often or ever from a dealership. Quality with a capital Q.

A Mark of great customer service, that acknowledges customer value, is when a manager asks, "What can I do to make it right?" On May 17, 2017, my second vehicle purchased there was taken in for service, but it was less than stellar. The Service Manager, Mr. Persian, listened tentatively, offered to handle the situation personally, and even granted a request that any ongoing resolutions be taken care of by Service Advisor, Mr. Jeff Frazier. Mr. Frazier ordered the parts needed for my return visit, of which, he worked with "my schedule" to get me back in to have the work completed. Also during the interim wait, he calmed my stress when an unexpected "change oil" caution light appeared on the dashboard (they had just changed it days earlier), signaling a possible need for a tow, as per OnStar. For me, I call Mr. Frazier, Mr. service with a smile, as he is always pleasant, courteous, dedicated to getting the job done, and smiling. When my family is in the market for a third vehicle purchase, Jim Price Chevrolet is at the "top" of the list. Also, might I suggest, if you are ever in their nicely stocked waiting area, that you take a look at the Jim Price photo journal. It features some foundational messages upon which the business was constructed. In conclusion, they are excellent!!!

Salesman Phil Jones was great! No high pressure. Very friendly. Very efficient. Very helpful. We felt very comfortable with him. I was a first time buyer from this dealership. I would recommend Phil to anyone. I'm not related to him. Didn't know him before this transaction to buy a used 2013 Toyota.

Jim Price’s Service Department takes forever. Don’t go there without clearing your entire schedule AND bringing your phone charger. Also, make sure you eat well before coming. I came to get a chevy remote programmed and they have to start all over because they thought they could do it without cutting a new key. 3 hours waiting and counting. They’ve actually shuttled me back home to wait on their call. They have a vending machine and complimentary coffee. A section of their waiting room has a tv with a remote so you can put something you want to watch on. None of this makes up for the wait time.

The service center at this location works hard to provide quality service in a timely manner. On the rare occasion that service is taking longer than expected, they offer a comfortable waiting area with snacks, drinks, TV and magazines. On one occasion, my service fees were waived due to the extended time it took to complete my services. A real class act dedicated to excellent customer service.

Service and Sales are a good expereince. After picking up the car with Sandra in Service, popped over to Sales to check out the new Trailblazer. Sandra is relaxed, confident, and has quick access to the Mechanics to answer questions. Service prices are good compared to many. Highly recommend Jim Price Service.

I'm very upset regarding an incident that happened yesterday. Our vehicle was there for a routine oil change, rotating tires, etc. a few months as ago. The brakes should have been checked but after a near accident this past weekend when the brakes failed I discovered that the rear brake pads were completely worn down to bare metal. I should have been informed the last time the vehicle was serviced that the pads would need replacing soon. Only 9000 miles had been put on the vehicle since last inspected there. Brake pads don't wear out that fast so they should have caught it at the inspection. No one at Jim Price was helpful when confronted about this yesterday. Actually the service manager laughed in my face. He was very disrespectful. In my opinion the purchase of a Certified Vehicle and the service you get is a joke. The manager said his workers should have caught that but did not offer to do anything about the situation. I was told the night before after talking to the salesman who sold us the vehicle that they would make it right but yet again, that was a joke too.

Terrible. Start to finish. Been here two times, both the worst. Customer service is awful from when you walk in until you leave. Will not come back for anything. Thought I would give them a second chance. Do better! That was an embarrassment. Not even a hello!

Just bad. Came by 4 times and couldn’t simply have a front license plate bracket put on my Tahoe. Didn’t have one first visit, then ordered the wrong one, and then on the fourth visit after calling ahead and saying I’d be there in 5 min said it’d take two hours because they are backed up and to schedule and come back the following day. Don’t waste your time here.

This seller is fantastic. The people are very polite, kind, and serious. Donald, the seller, represented the Malloy company exemplarily, as did the supervisor, Vincent.A huge thank you goes out to these guys, including the logistics office that handles the financing and loans. An exceptional work staff, my experience was 10 stars. Thank you Donald and Vincent, thank you to all the staff. My wife and I were very happy with your work, education and kindness. Thank you for the trust you placed in us by Vincent, the senior sales manager, by allowing us to test drive the car before purchasing.Based on my personal experience, I recommend this seller without hesitation.
