Good guys but ignored my flowmaster super 10s that I had in hand and wanted installed. So they just cut my mufflers off and put different diameter tubing on instead 🤦🏾♂️ sounded terrible but I got it fixed at a different muffler shop

Took my car there days ago this guy charge me 85 the do some muffler repair took back to him to put weld my new muffler on and him told me he lost money on work the other day and now wants to charge me 200 for the same wirk done. Said he list money but they was the one who set the price and I paid what he told me it would cost. Now they ripping me off wanting 200 jus to weld a muffler to the pipe I will never take me car to them again it dont cost 200 jus to weld muffler to pipe .

If you want flash, go somewhere else. But if you want your car fixed at reasonable price by someone you can trust, look no further. Andy's Auto Service has been treating customers right for years. I have been one of many faithful customers since 1991. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else. Andy and Gaines get the job done right. They take care of their customers. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

My daughters car broke down in Charlottesville and I had no idea where to take it to get it fixed or what was wrong with it. We live more than an hour away. I came across Andy's while searching on the internet and had it towed there. To give Andy's 5 stars is an understatement! The muffler had become detached from the rest of the exhaust system and they repaired it before lunch time the next day. They were in communication with me and the prices were very reasonable. The customer service is phenomenal, something that is a rarity these days. I cannot thank these guys enough for turning what could have been a nightmare, into an easy and pleasant experience!

Had a break in my exhaust pipe connecting to my muffler. Had two different shops look at it only to tell me they couldn't fix it without replacing the entire muffler and catalytic converter. One shop even charged me $50 to give a quote. Meineke could fix it but wouldn't bother looking at it for a couple hours. I went to Andy's, they looked at it for 30 seconds and told me it would be $150. They were done in half an hour, and they even invited me to check out the repair before charging me. If I have another problem, I will definitely return to Andy's Auto.

Quality service at a great price. Had a hole in the intermediate exhaust pipe of my pickup. A replacement part would've been $60, plus shipping, plus labor. They fabricated and installed a replacement in about an hour for $80, and pressure tested my exhaust system to make sure there were no other leaks.

Was in town over for a long weekend and had my exhaust pipe broke right before the cat. Called some of the big names and they said it would be hours before they'd be able to look at it. Andy was able to fit me in, weld the pipe back in place and get us back on the road quickly. Pricing was very fair for such quick and great service!

The only negative I can think of is there doesn't seem to be any customer space, like an indoor air conditioned waiting area. If there was I didn't see it. I was also a little worried about leaving our vehicle there overnight, but that was just because the feel of the location for us seemed like it might be sketchy. That could have been completely unfounded and there was no incident or problem. There might be better security here than it looks. First time we were here, so we didn't know. Outside of that, this is an old-school local auto shop. Andy apparently does a lot of different work but we were here for an exhaust repair. He does patch-in's other shops wont or cant do and can actually bend and create exhaust pipe runs...and weld. This shop was recommended to us by our regular auto place who couldn't patch-in the exhaust section that was damaged and could only replace an entire section that bolts or clamps on. They didn't even want to price it at first, just telling me to take it to Andy's. Well, I did ask them to price it and they were right, having Andy piece-in what was needed saved A LOT of money. Very nice guy, as well as his Dad (I think) who seems to help out with the phone, etc.. Although Andy's is about 22mins vs. the 11mins away our regular shop is, I may consider using him for more than exhaust repair. I feel pretty confident he can do a variety of stuff and may be less expensive than our regular shop. But then again he doesn't have their overhead, customer space, paved parking etc., so it makes sense.
