It's hard to rate a business that doesn't really want to do business, but here we go. I called on a Friday morning to schedule an appointment. It went to voice mail. Someone called me back shortly after and asked me to text them my address. They said that they would be there after 1PM. I hadn't heard from them by 4PM, so I called and texted them to see if they were still coming. I got no response. I called and texted them again the following day. I got no response again. In fact it's been nearly 2 weeks since this incident, and still no response. Don't waste your time with this place. They have no respect for your time.

The gentleman I spoke to was friendly enough. However, when they replaced the glass in my truck, they left broken glass (from removing the other 2/3 of my window) in my truck bed, interior and all over the parking area at my apartment. Needless to say my apartment manager wasn’t at all happy and neither am I. I had a cover on the truck bed that I had to remove, so there was absolutely no glass there until they did the work. Really? What glass shop doesn’t clean up the broken glass from their install? I won’t be using them again. I had to call the insurance company (they are the ones paying them) to see if they could get someone out to clean up the glass.

The prices were very competitive and reasonable (half of what some of the competitors were charging), they were easy to deal with and schedule the replacement, and they came right to me and did professional, excellent work.
