He always gives me a great deal vs other repair shops. Explains everything that is wrong, gives you a fair timeframe for parts. No weeks of waiting for anything. What a pleasant experience here with the owner. Ricardo is very fair, honest, and I cannot believe how positive the entire experience was. He was real with us and did not attempt to overcharge or upsell unnecessary stuff. We had brought the car to a different mechanic first which is right across the street from Ricardo. The other people gave us a laundry list without any explanation as to what was absolutely necessary and what was more wish list type of stuff. Just the hefty price tag. Ricardo was super straight forward and told us what was absolutely needed in the moment and what we could wait on and save for down the road. Best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic.
