We took in to Carnival car care an eight-year-old Audi A5, which we purchased through a used car dealership in Ohio. We lost two vehicles in a recent flood here on the West Coast of Florida. We had them perform a full 80,000 mile service and dropped off the car early in the morning and picked it up around 5 PM. Ross, manager and owner, as well as the staff of mechanics were all extremely interested, knowledgeable, helpful, and made recommendations without being overly aggressive. We now consider that service facility to be the one which we will use henceforth and fully commend and recommend them!

Ross is so awesome. My daughter locked her keys in her car and she wasn't even at his shop. She was next door at the doctor's office. I walked over just to see if they can help. Ross was so nice he came over to see if he can open the door. He tried until he actually opened the door. We offered just to get him anything even give him something for his troubles. But he did not want anything. When I tell you, this man is so awesome. It's not even saying how nice he is. I would recommend anyone to go to his shop. He show you the same respect that anybody will be gladly to do business with him. As a matter of fact, I'm going to do business with him. Just show him my gratitude. Very awesome man.

I’ve been to Carnovale’s twice now since moving to South Pasadena and have always been so impressed! Having grown up in a four-generation dealership family who operated a very similar business, I am so grateful for their exact service style. Most recently, Ross went above and beyond in an attempt to find my exact tires which Continental no longer manufactures. 5 star experience BY FAR!!!!!! Easiest shop I’ve ever had to deal with in my life! First I was dealing with Nick Griglione. He helped with tremendously with informing me on the best parts to use for my build. Not only informed me, but was able to get everything ordered, and almost immediately in! I dropped my ford explorer ST off to the shop Friday evening, and by Saturday around the same time my vehicle was done! A massive shout out to Rosario! He also has helped tremendously in this process making it as smooth as possible! Even ended up saving me hundreds off my total bill by allowing me to pay without swiping my card! These guys are the absolute truth and will be the ONLY ones to touch my ST from here on out! Big thanks to Rosario and his team!

Meeting a new mechanic can be nerve racking when you own a 2017 S Class Mercedes out of warranty. They did a good job repairing a water leak & serpentine belt at a fair price. Unfortunately, they need to further train their mechanics to take more time when putting things back together. Driver's side intake material torn and intake system on engine loose and lopsided because he didn't reconnect the sensor wire and it was stuck under the intake box. I fixed it! Now my CK engine light is OFF!!! I will be disputing the charge and asking for a credit for cost of replacing torn hose...he actually said he would glue it 😦 took zero accountability when shown the torn hose

As someone who has only ever done maintenance at the dealer due to bad experiences in the past at other shops, I highly recommend giving Ross and his guys a shot. Have come in a few times now for various work, and everyone is solid. Ross knows his stuff; the ins & outs of your vehicle that the dealer won’t take the time to explore / recommend. Also a great shop for any aftermarket upgrades you may want. His guys did a great job with my lowering springs, spacers, and sway bar. Alignment was perfect and exactly to spec. Will be back for more upgrades.
