Have had work done on two of my family vehicles with them recently. Cannot recommend them more. Courteous, professional, and fair with the pricing (from the initial quote to final bill). You get what you pay for, and when it comes to my car, I do not compromise on quality. Quality is what I got. Cherry on top: they deep clean your car and turn it over to you cleaner than you drove it off the dealership. You don’t want to end up at a body shop. But if I did, I would go to CARSTAR Walt’s North Topeka.

I am very pleased with my repairs from Carstar. They were very friendly and welcoming, made me feel as if they actually wanted my business. The waiting/reception area was clean and comfortable. Very professional attitude. They did stellar work on repairing the damage on my car, and to top it off even sent it back to me with a good wash, wax, and interior cleaning. I swear my car hasn't been this clean in ages! I hope to not need their services again in the near future, but if I am ever in need of some body work, I'll be giving Walt's a call.

The repair men did a nice, quality job fixing the hood & right passenger side door. The paint job looks great! They even went beyond & put in new headlights that I had taken to them & new hood lifts for under the hood. Only cost me for the lifts no charge for labor on that. Matt Petty is a very good customer relationship & estimator & team at North Car Star in Topeka, KS do a really good job! I would recommend them to anyone!

Very friendly service. When I dropped my car off and had to wait for my ride, they let me sit inside seeing it was cold outside. There truly a family oriented company. Had great conversation as well! Gave me a estimated time for completion that wasn't even that far out so I wasn't without my car for long at all! They did an excellent job on the repairs as well! 10/10 will definitely come back for business! I'd say they earned 10 stars. But 5 is the max sadly.

This was my first insurance claim so I was not familiar with the process. Joe explained to me what I needed to do (which was very little thanks to Joe) and CARSTAR took it from there. Joe kept me advised of the status of the repairs throughout the time they had it and answered all of my questions. When we picked it up the truck was beautiful! Not only were the repairs excellent, they cleaned and detailed the truck inside and out. What a wonderful touch to an overall great experience. I highly recommend CARSTAR in North Topeka!

I was very pleased with the work I recieved from Carstar! This was for a insurance claim but they helped significantly in the repairs not being delayed due to communication issues on the insurance side. When I dropped off my car, they called the rental company to ensure they knew i had arrived and wouldn't be forgotten. They were great at staying in communication while it was in the shop. I got my car back with the repairs done but also in better shape as the interior had been cleaned (vaccumed) as well. I'm a working mom of a toddler and I know my car was much dirtier than this. I'm not sure whether it's something they do with every job. But it is SO appreciated and truly made my day! So, it really felt like they gave the absolute BEST customer service from the 1st phone call to pick up.

They were absolutely amazing. I have had a rattle under my car fir several years now. It had finally driven me nuts so I called to get an estimate. They told me to be there in an hour. I got there and Matt went out opened my hood and found a rock. He removed the rick and said if that was not the issue to come on back. Unfortunately it was not the issue so I went right back over. Matt went for a ride with me and almost immediately thought he knew what was wrong. I told him I would like an estimate so I could figure it into my budget. We hot back to the shop, agsin he got on the ground and looked under my car. Sure enough it was what he thought. He drive it in, lifted the car up and tightened what was loose. My car is sooo quiet niw, I forgot what that was like! They dud not charge me anything even though it was about an hour out of his day!!! I am so grateful to them and would highly recommend. As a single woman I was afraid of what they would charge me but to do it for free!!!! I did give them a tip even though I'm sure it was not enough. They genuinely cared and that is amazing to see these days!!!!

Car Star Walt’s North Topeka did an excellent job fixing my back bumper from a rear-end accident. Their estimate was cheaper than 2 others, mostly cuz labor charge hourly was more reasonable. They were done 2 days early, fixed 2 other spots close to damage on back side panel, but not from accident and not in estimate. Car was cleaned inside and outside. Car looked great and smelt good. I felt they went above and beyond! I will use them again if needed.

I recently had a repair done on my rear bumper after someone had backed into it. They answered the phone quickly to set up my estimate, prepared the estimate quickly and got me booked for the repair. He helped me with all the questions I had about insurance and the rental car even though he could have just told me to call State Farm/ Enterprise. They completed the job quicker than expected, even over a holiday week, keeping me updated on the projected completion date. When I received my car the work done was perfect. You would never had known it was hit. They also cleaned my car up by vacuuming and detailing it inside and out. I have two small kids so it really needed it. Would definitely go back to them if any work is done in the future!
