Customer service is not a word at Huntington, tried making me stupid and really just pissed me off. I attempted to fix a problem with my car that I had compared to the same problems other people were having (who doesn't do this?) so I took the part out couldn't put it back it so I took it to them thinking they would be able to tell me what was wrong, so I drop my car off first was rude first I asked if they had any openings because I forgot to make an appointment and he goes well I need to know what I am working on first. while he is correct he does I do not know what all information he needs at this point any person with minor customer service skills asks what they need to know to get the customer the answer they need. I then asked him if he knew what the part I had was, he asks me you mean what kind of car it goes to? Does he really think I don't know what kind of car it goes to? it came off of my car that I drive, Id hope I know what my car I drive is. So then after they take my car he calls me and asks who determined the problem with my car, I told him the internet and he says you are kidding right? Then the most disgusting part is he tells me he wished I wouldn't of took out the part so he could know exactly how to put it back in! Then he tells me the actual problem with my car so I ask how much that is going to cost and he says he doesn't know... Needless to say I drove back over there very heated grabbed my keys and walked out of the store. Stay away from this auto store, especially if you are a female or young male.

I took my daughter's and my car there for oil changes and asked them to check anything that needed maintenance. They said our cars were working well. Immediately after, my car was leaking oil and antifreeze. My oil was severly overfilled and the oil was dirty like it had not been changed(prob why the oil change light did not go off). They told me my water pump was bad and wanted to charge $600. My water pump is fine but my engine is trash. The owner said it was not his problem. As for my daughter's they put watered down antifreeze in it which has caused its own set of problems. Don't take your cars there. If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would!

I called with a question regarding my brakes. The owner quoted me a price (130-150) then told me there was a part i could buy for 40$. Then, 5 minutes later he called back and gave me a specific part number for exactly my problem. For cheaper. He took time out of his day to give me a way to fix my own problem, costing him a job. Amazing service.

My car was acting up real bad. Check engine light was on and I ran the codes and had some cylinders miss firing. Turns out I needed new fuel injectors and spark plugs. Called these guys up they told me to come on down and we will figure it out. They took care of me and had my car running the next day for work. The owner was super nice, old dude who you could tell he knew his stuff. Worked late to get my car done. Shop was older than me and he’s been working on cars his whole life. I’ll definitely be going back. Thanks again Huntington Auto 🤟🏼

Honest and experienced! I can't tell you how grateful we are to your Mechanic Trevor. He asked us questions to troubleshoot the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. The " other" place we took it to wanted to remove the parts that didn't need to be replaced. Trevor just had to "reset" the codes. What a concept! Only an honest person would do this! Huge thank you to Trevor and your good people there.
